Abstract

Muslims are under pressure to elaborate rationales for their growing sense of nationalism within the context of the pesantren community. The three-volume National Jurisprudence Book was created by Pesantren Lirboyo in response to this occurrence. The researcher adopted a qualitative hermeneutic viewpoint to better understand the pesantren community's patriotic ideals. In-depth interviews with long-term validity checks, document analyses, and meeting observations are the data sources. While the developed analysis criticizes Antonio Gramsci's ideological hegemony's underpinnings. The results of the investigation indicated that problem-solving efforts employ the yellow book study method and contemporary legal studies (contactability). Thus, fiqh can acquire a broader (contextual) meaning without excluding fundamental values such as patriotism from the realm of faith. In conclusion, Pesantren Ma'had Aly Lirboyo contributes to the formulation of Fiqh Kabangsaan values recognizing the existence of the Indonesian nation. In this manner, the community of Pondok Lirboyo opposes all movements that reject Pancasila as the foundation of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This article examines the Policy of Integrating Islamic Science and Science in Islamic Universities. Policy of Integration of Science and Islamic Studies in Islamic Higher Education. In general, this policy is like the government's response to science development, which was born from the conflict between science and religion. This study uses a literature review approach by citing and reviewing reading sources according to the research focus. The results of this study indicate that the Policy of Integrating Islamic Sciences and Sciences in Islamic Universities has not shown the government's concern for the development of science. The integration policy through the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia following Minister of Religion Regulation Number 10 of 2010 concerning Organization and Work Procedures does not want to control the pace of scientific development. However, PTKAI's spirit of campus integration is not solely due to the policies of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion following Minister of Religion Regulation Number 10 of 2010 concerning Organization and Work Procedures, but rather the enthusiasm to continue scientific development. The policy of integrating Islamic knowledge and science in Islamic Religious Higher Education has not shown the government's concern for knowledge development.

Abstract

The effort to find a form of scientific integration is a special attraction in this study. However, this study specifically focuses on the integration of turotas and national values ​​in Ma'had Aly Lirboyo, Kediri City. Factually, Ma'had Aly Lirboyo has succeeded in integrating the values ​​recorded in the book Fikih Kebangsaan. In this context, it is important to get answers to the integration logic, integrated values ​​and forms of integration in Ma'had Aly Lirboyo, Kediri City. This study uses interview techniques, comprehensive document studies and participant observation. During the study, research ethics to scientific validation were carried out simultaneously. This is a form of moral accountability for the study. As a result, the values ​​that are confirmed are Indonesian and Islamic values ​​(sourced from turots). All values ​​are formulated in a moderate ideology that is strengthened by the understanding of Ahlusunnah Wal Jamaah. The form of integration is reflected in the learning curriculum which includes courses based on turots books (classics). Implementation of learning in bayani, burhani, and irfani rational thinking to produce graduates who are highly competitive and contribute positively to an increasingly complex global society.
