Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the leadership style, motivation, and work atmosphere influence on the performance of head-village Office employees, partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Kuta Village Office, Badung Regency with a sample size of 36 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests and F tests assisted by the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously leadership style, work motivation and work atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kuta Village Office, Badung-Bali. So that in an effort to improve employee performance it is recommended that leaders need to involve subordinates in making decisions, give awards to outstanding employees and create a conducive work atmosphere.

Abstract

The capital market is a dynamic arena, influenced by various factors that can cause fluctuations in securities prices. Among these many factors, information has a significant role in influencing securities prices, especially shares. This research aims to examine the differences in average abnormal returns and average trading volume activity before and after the Russian and Ukrainian conflict on February 24 2022, especially in companies listed as members of the IDX30 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is event study with a comparative quantitative approach. The research period involved 15 trading days, consisting of 7 days before the event (t-7), the day of the event (t-0), and 7 days after the event (t+7) of the declaration on February 24 2022. Hypothesis testing was carried out using paired tests sample t-test for the abnormal return variable and the Wilcoxon signed rank test for the trading volume activity variable. The results of hypothesis testing show that the average abnormal return does not have a significant influence on the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, while the average trading activity volume has a significant influence on the conflict. However, there is no significant difference in abnormal returns, while there is a significant difference in volume trading activity before and after the Russian and Ukrainian conflict. These findings contribute to understanding the impact of geopolitical events on capital markets and provide insights for investors and financial practitioners.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang penggunaan aplikasi SMART PLS dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan model struktural yang kompleks dan memiliki banyak konstruk bagi mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia Handayani. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan terdiri dari tiga bagian, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pelatihan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data angket yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia Handayani dalam menggunakan program SMART PLS untuk penelitian kuantitatif menjadi meningkat dan respon mahasiswa dalam pelatihan menggunakan program SMART PLS untuk penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan respon yang positif. Serta dapat meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman, keterampilan mahasiswa tentang cara mengoperasikan program SMART PLS penelitian kuantitatif, menginput dan memproses data serta membaca output atau menginterpretasikan hasil pengolahan data tersebut

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Piutang terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Industri sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Jenis data yang digunakan data sekunder dimana diperoleh dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan, dan sampel tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) Versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa baik perputaran kas maupun piutang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya manajemen kas dan piutang yang efisien dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya yaitu diharapkan untuk menambah variabel bebas lainnya seperti misalnya perputaran persediaan dalam mempengaruhi nilai ROA serta variabel Profitabilitas selain ROA Misalnya ROI, ROE, NPM. Objek penelitian juga dapat diperluas tidak hanya pada perusahaan sektor industri saja tetapi pada jenis perusahaan lain. Selain itu hasil penelitian ini dapat juga dipergunakan sebagai salah satu bahan pertimbangan untuk berinvestasi bagi Investor.   This research aims to determine the effect of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The type of data used is secondary data which was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with a total sample of 11 companies, and the sample was then analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) Version 25 application. The results showed that both cash turnover and receivables have a positive and significant influence on profitability. The practical implications of this research highlight the importance of efficient cash and receivables management in improving company performance. Suggestions for further research are that it is hoped to add other independent variables such as inventory turnover to influence the ROA value as well as profitability variables other than ROA, for example ROI, ROE, NPM. The research object can also be expanded not only to industrial sector companies but to other types of companies. Apart from that, the results of this research can also be used as a consideration for investing for investors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Travel Bureau employees in Denpasar City, as well as the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the effect of motivation on employee performance. This type of research includes quantitative research. The population is all employees of the Travel Bureau in Denpasar City, while the research sample is 100 people. The sampling technique uses purposive random sampling. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire. The analytical method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis to test the research hypothesis. The conclusion of the research shows that motivation has an effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, work motivation has an effect on employee performance, and work motivation has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
