Abstract

In this digital era, social media has become one of the tools of political communication channels. Like what happened at the 2019 general election, political campaigns also used social media. The activities aim to boost the voice especially from the younger generation who are the biggest internet users in Indonesia. Unfortunately, political campaign activities were also accompanied by increased hoaxes before and after the voting day. The emergence of the phenomenon of the spread of hoaxes is actually due to the low digital literacy in the community. Kemendikbud has launched a digital literacy program since 2016 to address this problem, especially for school students. This research aims to look at the relationship of level of digital literation program implementation at senior high school with the level of political participation of young voters in Malang Raya. The research method in this research was quantitative inferential with correlation test. The population in this research were high school students who have the right to vote in the 2019 general election in the Malang Raya area. The number of samples in this research were 503 respondents. The sampling technique used multistage random sampling. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of digital literation program implementation at senior high school with the level of political participation of young voters in Malang Raya. Categories for each major variable were also classified as high, namely 68,8% in the variable level of digital literacy implementation, and 64,6% in the variable level of political participation.

Abstract

Current community activities cannot be separated from the use of technology, one of which is in the field of public services at the village level. Various factors that have not been able to involve village communities in the use of digital technology in public services are still difficult to obtain information, lack of literacy, and limitations in understanding digital literacy, especially in rural areas. This community service is carried out to increase digital literacy for the village community, especially about public services. The method of implementing this service uses Participation Action Research (PAR) in the form of socialization and mentoring. Three main conclusions were obtained from this community service activity, namely; First, the Kabuna Village Community, especially the community service target, has experienced an increase in digital literacy skills. This can be seen in the ability to access public services. Second, the people of Kabuna Village gain new knowledge and experience, especially those related to administrative mechanisms. Third, the people of Kabuna Village are able to utilize the village website as one of the media to promote the values of local wisdom that develop in the community.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in Antosari Village, Bali, using 18 Village SDGs indicators. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with research informants consisting of parties who have the authority in the implementation of SDGs in Antosari Village. Data collection techniques involved in-depth interviews and direct observation. This research provides a comprehensive picture of the implementation of SDGs in Antosari Village and offers valuable insights for other villages looking to adopt a similar approach in achieving sustainable development goals. The results show that the implementation of the SDGs program in Antosari Village has been carried out with various comprehensive and sustainable initiatives. Each of the village's SDGs indicators, ranging from poverty alleviation, quality education, to women's involvement and environmental sustainability, have been implemented with a variety of specific programs and activities. These programs include improving education infrastructure, skills training for women, environmental awareness campaigns, and improving access to health and sanitation. While there are challenges, such as limited resources and socio-cultural constraints, Antosari Village has demonstrated a strong commitment to achieving the SDGs. The programs implemented not only have a positive impact on community welfare, but also create a collective awareness of the importance of sustainable development. Keywords: Village SDGs, Antosari Village, Implementation, Sustainable Development. Abstrak. Setiap indikator SDGs Desa, mulai dari pengentasan kemiskinan, pendidikan berkualitas, hingga keterlibatan perempuan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan, telah diimplementasikan dengan berbagai program dan kegiatan yang spesifik. Program-program ini mencakup perbaikan infrastruktur pendidikan, pelatihan keterampilan bagi perempuan, kampanye kesadaran lingkungan, serta peningkatan akses kesehatan dan sanitasi. Dari hasi analisis terdapat tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kendala sosial-budaya, Desa Antosari telah menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat dalam mencapai tujuan-tujuan SDGs. Abstract

ABSTRACT Sustainable development has become a key strategy in addressing the challenges of economic inequality and environmental degradation at the village level. This study aims to assess the success of implementing the Village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Bonjeruk Village, Jonggat Sub-district, Central Lombok Regency, by focusing on community participation based on Cohen and Uphoff’s theory, which includes the dimensions of planning, implementation, utilization, and evaluation. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied by distributing closed-ended questionnaires using a Likert scale to 21 respondents selected through simple random sampling, supported by observations and interviews to strengthen the analysis. The results indicate that community participation is relatively high, particularly in the utilization stage of the tourism village program, with an average score of 3.37. This is reflected in the dominance of “agree” responses, where 52.4% of respondents acknowledged that village tourism activities contribute to economic welfare, 57.1% strongly agreed that information on tourism development programs is well communicated, and 52.4% confirmed the support of the village government through resource provision. The active involvement of the community in strategic planning, program implementation, economic benefit distribution, and program evaluation illustrates a collaborative success between the village government, the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), and local communities. The findings suggest that structured and sustainable community participation through institutions, mechanisms, and clear regulations is the key to the successful implementation of the Village SDGs in Bonjeruk, positioning the village as a model for sustainable and collaborative tourism village development.Keywords: Village SDGs, community participation, Pokdarwis, tourism village  ABSTRAK Pembangunan berkelanjutan telah menjadi strategi utama dalam mengatasi tantangan ketimpangan ekonomi dan degradasi lingkungan di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai keberhasilan implementasi Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Desa (SDGs) di Desa Bonjeruk, Kecamatan Jonggat, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, dengan berfokus pada partisipasi masyarakat berdasarkan teori Cohen dan Uphoff, yang meliputi dimensi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif diterapkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert kepada 21 responden yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling, didukung oleh observasi dan wawancara untuk memperkuat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat relatif tinggi, khususnya pada tahap pemanfaatan program desa wisata, dengan skor rata-rata 3,37. Hal ini tercermin dari dominasi respons "setuju", di mana 52,4% responden mengakui bahwa kegiatan pariwisata desa berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan ekonomi, 57,1% sangat setuju bahwa informasi program pengembangan pariwisata dikomunikasikan dengan baik, dan 52,4% mengkonfirmasi dukungan pemerintah desa melalui penyediaan sumber daya. Keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam perencanaan strategis, pelaksanaan program, penyaluran manfaat ekonomi, dan evaluasi program menggambarkan keberhasilan kolaboratif antara pemerintah desa, Kelompok Sadar Pariwisata (Pokdarwis), dan masyarakat setempat. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan melalui kelembagaan, mekanisme, dan regulasi yang jelas adalah kunci keberhasilan implementasi SDGs Desa di Bonjeruk, memposisikan desa sebagai model pengembangan desa wisata yang berkelanjutan dan kolaboratif.Kata kunci: SDGs desa, partisipasi masyarakat, Pokdarwis, desa wisata

Abstract

The farmer group development program is a form of corporate social responsibility (CSR) implementation that seeks to improve the social and economic capacity of the community. PT Arutmin NPLCT implements a development program for the Nirati farmer group in its operational area as part of its sustainable community development strategy. This study aims to analyze the social capital formed within the Nirati farmer group, describe the forms of empowerment provided by the company, and examine the relationship between the two in improving the group's capacity. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Informants consisted of the chairperson and members of the Nirati farmer group, PT Arutmin's CSR facilitators, and relevant village officials. The results of the study show that social capital, in the form of trust, norms, and social networks, plays a role in sustaining the coaching program. The empowerment program, which includes technical training, facility support, institutional strengthening, and intensive assistance, provides opportunities for capacity development. However, collective participation remains limited, activities are mostly individual, and a majority of members are not consistently engaged. These results highlight the challenges of translating empowerment initiatives into sustained collective action, emphasizing the role of social capital in supporting gradual improvements.
