Abstract

Activities supervision Academic are very necessary for educators, because the driving and determining factors for education outcomes are strongly influenced by the quality of the educator. Therefore, periodically the principal of madrasah needs to carry out supervision activities. The principal’s duty as a supervisor is to supervise the work done by his educators. One of the supervision activities that need to be carried out by the head of madrasah is to carry out academic supervision. Through academic supervision, it is expected that the academic quality carried out by educators will incerease and have quality. Therefore, the principal of the madrasah must be able to know the achievements of his educators in carrying out the process of teaching and learning activities.The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of academic supervision by the principal in improving the quality of teachers at MTs SA Miftahul Hikmah Parengan Tuban. The research that the authors do is included in qualitative research. In collecting data, the write used interview, observation and documentation methods. Research subjects consisted of the head madrasah and the entire teacher council in MTs SA Miftahul Hikmah Parengan Tuban.The results of the study show that the implementation of academic supervision at MTs SA Miftahul Hikmah Parengan Tuban has been running quite well, it can be seen that the implementation of ecademic supervison techiques is carried out by the principal in improving the quality educators. Supervision is carried out once every semester, there are two supervision carried out by the principal, namely academic supervision and administrative supervision. Where these two things can support in improving the quality of educator, as for the support in improving the quality of educators. Namely in the form of MGMP, education and training, seminars and workshops

Abstract

This study describes the problems of new student admissions (PPDB) at SMP Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara during the covid-19 pandemic. This is a system designed to make selections starting from registration, the selection process to the selection announcement process. The PPDB system is expected to be able to meet public expectations regarding the implementation of objective and transparent new student admissions. This study was conducted to describe the management of new student admissions at SMP Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, including planning, procedures, implementation, control, factors supporting success and inhibiting factors. The methods used in this study are (1) a qualitative descriptive approach, (2) the location of the study was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, (3) data was obtained from vice principals, and teachers (4) Data was collected by in-depth interviews, and observation, documentation (5) The data were analyzed descriptively with interactive analysis, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the problems of PPDB at SMP Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, among others 1) are not yet ready for prospective students who use the online/online system. Considering that the previous academic year was held manually, when in conditions of the implementation of restrictions on community activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it felt awkward, surprised and seemed unprepared. 2) differences in school status, when accepting new students from schools under the auspices of the ministry of religion, for example from madrasah Ibtidaiyah, it is difficult because of differences in parent numbers, whereas from public schools using NISN. And number 3) is the lack of maximum socialization techniques applied.

Abstract

An independent curriculum continues the direction of previous curriculum development. This independent curriculum is based on project-based learning (PjBL). In this learning, students need their soft skills to optimally fulfill and complete the level of class activities. The focus of the problem in this research is the actualization of an independent curriculum based on Project Learning (PjBL) in developing students' soft skills at SDI Al Hadad Kedungjambe Singgahan Tuban. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type of research. This research uses observation methods, structured interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the actualization of the independent curriculum based on project-based learning (PjBL) in developing students' soft skills at SDI Al Hadad, namely the new independent curriculum, will be implemented in the 2022-2023 academic year and has only been implemented in classes I and IV. This independent curriculum contains the main pillars of educational policy guidelines, namely the Pancasila lesson profile, which consists of six dimensions, including a) faith, devotion to God Almighty, b) global diversity, c) cooperation, d) independence, e) critical reasoning, and f) creativity. The independent curriculum implements project-based learning (PjBL). This is to discover how independent and creative the students are in developing the soft skills they possess internally and externally. Supporting factors include: institutional readiness for implementing an independent curriculum based on project-based learning (PjBL), the active role of students, the creativity of students, and the creativity of teachers in learning that implements an independent curriculum based on project-based learning (PjBL). while the inhibiting factors are: Limited educators in teaching the independent curriculum, limited references at the institution, and time management arrangements.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that an analysis of the quality of the questions on the examination test had never been carried out. The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the level of difficulty, differentiating power, and distractors of questions on odd UAS class III theme 1 growth and development of living things. The method used in this research is concurrent embedded with qualitative methods as the primary method while quantitative methods are secondary. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation from school principals, teachers and administrative staff. Research results: 1) In terms of level of difficulty, there are 5 questions in the easy classification, 5 questions in the medium classification, and 5 questions in the difficult classification. 2) In terms of excellent discriminating power, there are 2 questions, 3 questions with good discriminating power, 0 questions with good discriminating power, 8 questions with poor discriminating power, and questions with poor discriminating power. Once there are 2 questions. In terms of level of difficulty there are 5 questions in the easy classification, 5 questions in the medium classification, and 5 questions in the difficult classification. 3) In terms of distractors, the questions in the very good classification are 2 question items located in question numbers 8 and 12. The question items in the good classification are 5 question items located in the numbers 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15. The question items in There are 6 questions in the poor classification located at numbers 1, 4, 6, 9, 11, and 13. There are 2 questions in the poor classification at numbers 2 and 12.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of the Miftahul Hikmah Parengan Tuban Islamic Boarding School in managing DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) in Jatirogo Tuban. This research uses qualitative research with data sources coming from interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis used in this research is the Miles and Huberman analysis model, including data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. Meanwhile, in checking the validity of the data, researchers used the triangulation method. The marketing strategy of the Miftahul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Parengan District, Tuban Regency in Managing DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) in Jatirogo District, Tuban Regency, consists of two aspects, namely the use of a marketing mix, namely product, price, place and promotion. Promotions at DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) are carried out by means of online and offline promotions. The manager carries out an indirect (online) promotional strategy, namely through social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp stories by uploading all the menus at DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) as well as new menu promos. The direct marketing strategy is to introduce and promote DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) products directly to customers. This is done by providing promos every Sunday. Apart from promotions, direct marketing is also carried out by introducing additions to the menu at DCR (Drink Corner and Resto). The current menu additions are seblak abah and kebab, as a form of product development for DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) from the previous and current owners.

Abstract

This article was written to review the operational Mechanism of Kaleng Nu at the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh Nahdlatul Ulama Institution (Lazisnu). The type of research used in this research is a literature review. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the Operational Mechanism of Kaleng Nu at the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh Nahdlatul Ulama' (Lazisnu) Institution so that it is beneficial for the people and the poor. The research method used in writing this article is qualitative descriptive, by presenting theoretical studies and existing sources and presented in the form of a description. NU D Can Operational Mechanismith The way to pick up the ball is to go directly to the house muzakki. Collection of zakat, infaq, and alms is carried out once a month by collecting at the donor's house by providing a muzakki savings book as proof of monthly donor payments.

Abstract

This research talks about the implementation of total quality management in zakat management at LAZISNU Plumpang. Total quality management is an approach to running a business that tries to maximize organizational competitiveness through continuous improvement of products, services, people, processes and the environment. Therefore, the author formulates the problem 1) what is the process of implementing Total Quality Management in zakat management at LAZISNU Plumpang? 2) What efforts has LAZISNU Plumpang made to improve TQM for zakat management? 3) what are the obstacles of Total Quality Management in managing zakat. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data that is collected laterinterpreted with words. This research uses observation methods, structured interviews and documentation. After obtaining the data, the author can conclude that TQM is a strategy to maximize competitiveness that is oriented towards customer satisfaction with the goods and services offered by the organization. By maximizing employee performance in order to achieve organizational improvement and progress.

Abstract

One of the sharia financial instruments is sukuk which has the role of ownership of an asset, for this reason, sharia compliance plays an important role in discussing sharia compliance in the context of sukuk restructuring. This role is important because if there is a change in the conditions of the sukuk, the rights and obligations of holding the sukuk itself will be affected. This research uses a type of library research through theoretical, conceptual, and exploratory studies, and discussion of plans. The research results show that Sharia compliance ensures that sukuk restructuring must lead to sharia principles. Compliance is the foundation that ensures sukuk restructuring continues to run in accordance with guidelines maintains trust for investors and ensures the sustainability of the sharia financial industry. The implications of Sharia compliance on sukuk restructuring are Sharia compliance on sukuk investment, securities crowdfunding, the role of technology on crowdfunding platforms, education, and research.
