Authorities, transparency, and public participation to the accountability of village fund management and finds the obstacles to its implementation. This Research using multiple regression analysis, with convenience sampling and using questioners. Results show competencies on the execution of village government authorities have effect negative and significant, contrary to Transparency have positive and significant, but Public Participation does not have effects. According to the result, competencies on the execution of village government authorities still low, villagers knows about village funds in Kecamatan Tigaraksa because they all get the benefit from village fund, and they only follow the instructions

Wedding organizer merupakan penyedia jasa yanggsecara pribadi membantu dalam pernikahan, perencanaan, pengawasan dan pelaksanaan serangkaian kegiatan acara sesuai dengan jadwal dan anggaran yang telah ditetapkan. Permasalahan yang terjadi ketika calon pengguna ingin mengetahui informasi atau memesan jasa wedding organizer dan pemilik tidak ada di tempat, sehingga menyebabkan calon pengguna harus bolak-balik mendatangi wedding organizer dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup banyak. Tujuan pada penelitian ini membangun sistem informasi manajemen wedding organizer untuk membantu pengguna dalam pencarian informasi, harga, dan transaksi jasa wedding organizer, sedangkan untuk pihak manajemen wedding organizer dapat menjadi fasilitas permasalahan dan membantu proses transaksi, sistem ini dapat mengakomodir pemesanan wedding organizer secara online, dapat membantu promosi para vendor dalam hal pemasaran produk dan jasanya.Penelitian ini menggunakan agile metodologi dengan pendekatan scrum dan dirancang berbasis web menggunakan framework codeigniter. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjadi sebuah alternatif bagi penyedia jasa pernikahan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran dalam hal produk dan jasanya. Penggunaan sistem informasi ini dapat memudahkan pengguna untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai wedding organizer dan dapat membantu proses transaksi pemesanan wedding organizer.

This study aims to examine the effect of partially balanced funds, local tax revenues and regional expenditure on the financial performance of local governments in the Indonesian province. This study was conducted at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) Ministry of Finance in the period 2012-2018 through the official website www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. Regional financial performance is measured using the ratio of fiscal decentralization by comparing the Original Regional Revenue and Total Revenue, while the balancing fund, Regional Tax Revenue and Regional expenditure are calculated based on each of the realization of these variables. The population used in this study is all provinces in Indonesia during the 2012-2018 period as many as 34 provinces. Sampling uses the Purposive Sampling method with the criteria of the provincial government which has an official website of the local government and which publishes the Budget Realization Report (LRA) so that a sample of 14 provinces is obtained over a 7-year period. The results showed that simultaneous balancing funds, local tax revenues, and regional spending affect the financial performance of provincial government in Indonesia. Whereas partially shows that regional tax revenue and regional expenditure affect the financial performance of the provincial government in Indonesia while the balance fund does not affect the financial performance of the provincial government in Indonesia. Future studies can develop the results of this study by adding other variables such as regional retribution, size and wealth, and can replace financial performance measurements with efficiency ratios or regional independence ratios

This study aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of capital structure and ownership structure that is proxied by managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the company's financial performance with firm size as a control variable on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the SRI-KEHATI Index period 2013-2018. In this study researchers used quantitative research types. And the method used in this study is the associative method, with a total sample of 42 samples from 7 companies selected using purposive sampling techniques based on predetermined criteria. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements that have been audited from 2013 to 2018 taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: capital structure has a negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance, ownership structure that is proxied by managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance, ownership structure that is proxied by institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance. And the results of the research on capital structure and ownership structure proxied by managerial ownership and institutional ownership, and the size of the company influence the company's financial performance.

Language skills have four skills, namely listening, reading, writing and speaking. The students 'diverse abilities in material capture during the learning process, make educators have to be able to set methods that are suitable for students' abilities. In addition to the selection of methods, the lack of desire of students during poetry learning is due to a lack of vocabulary that makes it difficult for students to put their ideas into writing. By creating poetry texts students can actually help increase vocabulary and sensitivity. For this reason, through routine education and writing practice, it can help students increase their vocabulary. Writing poetry can be done according to students' varied abilities. With the VAK method (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) students can appreciate their poetry with the same understanding through their respective abilities. This study uses the pre-experimental design method. The pre-experimental design research design applied is a one-group pretest-posttest design. This design consists of one class to measure students' abilities before and after being given treatment. From the results of data analysis on the ability to write poetry texts from the scores of students' knowledge and skills in writing poetry, it was concluded that students of class X IT Development Vocational School were able to make poetry texts better by learning using the VAK method can be seen from the average results before using the VAK method (65.04) and the average after using the VAK method (77.36) which has been tested for normality, homogeneity, and significant differences

This study aims to examine the factors that Affect the value of the company. The independent variable used is Managerial Ownership, Profit Management, Intellectual Capital and Aggressive Tax Action.This research method uses secondary data types. The sample of this research is manufacturing company of industrial sector of consumer goods listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling. The number of companies taken as the sample is 10 companies 2011-2015 period. To test the hypothesis, this study uses a significant level of 0:05, it shows that managerial ownership, management and aggressive tax earnings measures have no significant effect on firm value, while intellectual capital has a positive and significant influence on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to find the best dosage of Trichokompos fertilizer which gives the best results on shallot plants and to determine the amount or frequency of weed control that affects shallot plants. Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province , since November 2019 until January 2020. The research used the Split Plot design 4x5 consisting of 2 factors and repeated 3 times. The First factor is Trichocompos fertilizer (t) consisting of 4 levels, namely (t0) No Fertilization, (t1) 2,5 kg plot-1, (t2) 3 kg plot-1, (t3) 3,5 kg plot-1. The second factor is weed control (g) consisting of 5 levels, namely (g0) without weed control, (g1) once a week equivalent to 8 times weed control, (g2) once a week equivalent to 4 times weed control, (g3) once a week equivalent to 3 times weed control, (g4) once a week equivalent to 2 times weed control. The results showed the effects of weed control on the number of leaves at the age of 40 and 60 dap, the number of tubers showed a significant effect. Plants that are free from weeds will show better growth when compared to those grown with 6.69 tubers of weeds. Then the lowest average result is the treatment of 5.36. Weed control also had a significant effect on weed populations and weed dry weight. It is suspected that there are weed seeds that are buried in the soil during the soil cultivation process causing the seeds to be lifted back to the surface of the soil during weed removal which causes new weeds to grow.

This research aims to determine the influence of Prudence, Profit Growth, Corporate Governance on Quality of Profit in Energy Sector companies for the 2017-2022 period. Prudence variable with CNSV, Profit Growth is measured by the Profit Growth Index, Corporate Governance uses two proxies, namely Institutional Ownership and Managerial Ownership. Quantitative research and secondary data in the form of annual financial reports from the IDX and the official websites of each company. purposive sampling is the technique used in this research. This research has a sample of 9 companies. The Eviews version 12 software program is a data analysis tool in this research. The results of this research state that Prundence has a significant positive effect on Quality of profit, while Profit Growth and Corporate Governance have no effect on Quality of Profit.
