Abstract

Setiap tahun hampir semua sekolah akan melakukan proses  penerimaan siswa baru pada awal tahun ajaran sekolah. Pendaftaran sekolah secara manual akan membuat antrian disekolah yang cukup panjang dan ramai di datangi oleh calon siswa dan  orang tua yang akan mendaftarakan anaknya ke sekolah tersebut. Pendaftaran siswa baru berguna untuk menyaring calon siswa yang terpilih untuk menjadi siswa didiknya. Pada saat ini SMA NEGERI 2 Toboali mengalami permasalahan yang sering terjadi  dalam pelaksanaan proses penerimaan siswa baru secara manual sehingga calon siswa terkadang merasa kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan melakukan proses pendaftaran. Menghindari terjadinya kecurangan dalam penerimaan siswa baru. Dalam Proses pemberkasan penerimaan siswa baru cendrung lambat, karena data calon siswa yang telah mendaftar belum terintegrasi dan terkelola dengan baik. Proses penerimaan siswa baru melalui papan pengumuman dan setiap hari dilakukan update data jika ada siswa baru yang melakukan pendaftaran. Proses penerimaan siswa baru pada SMA Negeri 2 Toboali menggunakan atau berdasarkan zona. Salah satu cara untuk menyampaikan informasi tersebut melalui atau mengguna Sistem Informasi Oneline. Penelitian Ini menggunakan metode Web Enginering dengan menggunakan tools UML. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web bisa memberikan kemudahan bagi calon siswa dalam mendapatkan informasi dan proses pendaftaran sampai dengan pengumuman. Bagi Pihak Sekolah Pembuatan sistem berbasis website ini dapat meringankan dan meningkatkan kinerja bagian Tata Usaha dan panitia dalam melakukan pencarian,penyaringan data serta pengolahan data bisa lebih terjaga.

Abstract

The ALAR welding workshop is a welding industry that welds various types of metal using various methods and techniques. Material inventory is crucial in this business. Currently, material inventory recording is still done manually, resulting in frequent data errors, information delays, and difficulties in tracking inventory, as it is still manually calculated. Given these issues, the author designed and built a web-based material inventory information system to help manage material stock effectively and accurately. This system replaces error-prone manual processes and improves operational efficiency at the ALAR welding workshop. The method used in this study is the waterfall method because it has a step-by-step design process, namely needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and system maintenance. The research results show that the developed information system can facilitate workshop staff in recording, monitoring, and reporting material inventory in real time. This system also improves data accuracy, time efficiency, and supports owners in making faster decisions in the material procurement process, because it is supported by actual and well-documented data. Therefore, this web-based inventory information system can be an effective solution for material management at the ALAR Welding Workshop.
