Abstract

Data technology has become the main means for activities in various sectors of life, one of which is location-based services for SMA/SMK schools in the Bangka Belitung area. By using a location-based service application, it is expected to be able to overcome the problem of finding the position of SMA/SMK in the Bangka Belitung area. In this study, we would like to discuss the search for SMA/SMK positions. Through the push, Location-Based Service will be displayed in the smartphone, which will help identify the presence of the school's position on the smartphone. The result of the application that is formed is an Android-based application that can recognize the presence of SMA/SMK positions. This study aims to create a location-based service application that is combined with the concept of overlaying geographic position information from augmented reality perception, which is one type of augmented reality. The overall application quality test results include 1). Based on the Functionality aspect, the percentage of the actual score got a total score of 91.8%. 2). Based on the aspect of reliability, the percentage of the actual score got a total score of 97.6%. 3). Based on the Usability aspect, the percentage of the actual score gets a total score of 92.2%. 4). Based on the aspect of efficiency, the percentage of the actual score gets a total value of 76.5%. 5). From the calculation of the total score in percent is 89.5%. So based on the total score in percent, it can be concluded that the overall application quality test results are 89.5%, so the prototypes produced in this study are included in very good criteria.

Abstract

Scheduling is a very important issue in an educational institution. The many obstacles sometimes make scheduling difficult to create. One method for solving such problems is to use genetic algorithms. Based on this background, the formulation of the problem of this study is "how to implement genetic algorithms for subject scheduling applications at SMK Bakti Pangkalpinang". The purpose of this study is to implement genetic algorithms for subject scheduling, formulate subject scheduling problems so that they can be solved with genetic algorithms and help schedule preparation to be more efficient. Genetic algorithms are heuristic search algorithms based on biological evolutionary mechanisms. In this study the author uses a prototype model, which includes activities such as gathering needs, designing and evaluating. The result of this study is an application that can be used to compile a lesson schedule with the desired results. Testing is done with blackbox testing and the test results show the application can function properly.

Abstract

Transformasi digital sangat penting bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk mempertahankan daya saing di pasar yang dinamis saat ini. Meskipun potensi manfaatnya besar, namun banyak UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami seluk-beluk teknologi digital. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada sebuah UMKM, yaitu Warung Makan Mbak Sundari. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat meliputi penerapan QRIS atau sistem pembayaran digital, pembuatan akun media sosial (khususnya Instagram), dan penyertaan lokasi makan di Google Maps. Transformasi digital tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga membuka peluang promosi dengan anggaran terbatas. Dengan menavigasi lanskap digital, UMKM seperti Warung Makan Mbak Siti Sundari dapat memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif di pasar yang sangat kompetitif.

Abstract

Gas is one of the fuels used by the community. The process of recording and managing transactions is still done manually, therefore the ABC 3kg LPG gas base faces challenges such as gas inventory, an inefficient ordering process, lack of information for customers, unstructured data management. To overcome this problem, the author conducts several stages starting from identifying existing problems, literature study, data collection is carried out by interviewing, observing customers, owners, analyzing needs, system design, implementation and system testing. This study aims to design and develop an e-commerce information system for the ABC 3 KG LPG gas base using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, because using this method can emphasize a fast and iterative development cycle, allowing continuous adjustment and improvement based on user feedback. Which has also been proven by the achievement of measurement results using blackbox techniques based on usability aspects where the results of this study reached a percentage of 97.8% success rate.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan keterampilan dan kemampuan siswa yang ada di Indonesia terkhususnya di Bangka Belitung pada saat ini, dirasa perlu untuk melalukan pelatihan terhadap kemampuan kejuruan yang ada. Pada hal ini dikuhuskan pada jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ). Dimana TKJ merupakan salah satu jurusan dengan minat yang tinggi pada Tingkat SMA. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini dapat memberikan lebih banyak pilihan terhadap siswa Ketika lulus nanti. Selain itu kegiatan ini mererapkan metode ceramah dan diskusi serta pemecahan masalah yang ada yang didasari pada materi-materi pengembangan atau advance yang diperlukan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalag peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan siswa terhadap materi-materi yang ada pada TKJ. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 2 hari dan diikuti sekita 17 orang siswa. Dari hasil pemantauan terhadap kegiatan pengabdian masyarkat ini dapat ditarik Kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan seperti ini sangat diperlukan untuk kebutuhan terhadap menghadapi tantangan kedepannya

Abstract

Stunting is a vital public health priority that affects millions of children from all over the world, especially in developing countries, where chronic malnutrition impairs their physical growth and cognitive development. Early detection of stunting is necessary for its timely intervention to reduce long-lasting effects. The following study deals with the application of higher-end machine learning techniques in order to detect stunting with more accuracy, using XGBoost, Random Forest, SVM, and k-NN algorithms. Using a dataset sourced from Kaggle, containing 10,000 samples of anthropometric and demographic features, we addressed the significant class imbalance of the data; the number of samples representing stunted children was only 15% of the total. We surmounted this limitation using SMOTE to generate synthetic data in order to balance the representation for this minority class. Further feature selection to improve the performance and interpretability of the model was done using backward elimination, where less impactful features like "Body Length" and "Breastfeeding" were systematically excluded, while putting more emphasis on more predictive variables such as weight, age, and socio-economic indicators. The evaluation of machine learning models showed significant improvements in performance with the integration of SMOTE and optimized feature selection, especially regarding recall and ROC-AUC metrics, which are critical in healthcare settings where the minimization of false negatives is of high importance. XGBoost was the best-performing model among those evaluated, yielding an accuracy of 0.8574, a recall of 0.8914, and an ROC-AUC of 0.9311, hence balancing precision and sensitivity more appropriately than other models. These results emphasize the efficiency of XGBoost in stunting detection while overcoming challenges arising from imbalanced datasets. It then illustrates the potential of merging machine learning techniques with synthetic data augmentation methodologies for the optimization of outcomes related to population health, and forms a basis for healthcare practitioners and policymakers by locating the at-risk children on time. The findings not only point to the importance of advanced data-driven approaches in stunting detection but also lay the ground for future research on machine learning applications in the fight against other malnutrition-related public health challenges, which could be crucial for improving child health and well-being across the world.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan sumber daya yang paling berharga didalam sebuah organisasi. Kemajuan dari perusahaan salah satunya didukung dari kualitas karyawan yang baik. BCA salah satu instansi yang bergerak dibidang jasa perbankan. Tidak semua karyawan yang bekerja sudah menjadi karyawan tetap, ada beberapa diantaranya masih tercatat sebagai karyawan kontrak. Masalah yang sering dihadapi selama ini adalah sulitnya memilih karyawan yang akan dilakukan perpanjangan kontrak karena konsep penilaian masih bersifat konvensional. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. SPK telah banyak digunakan sebagai alat bantu pemecahan masalah dalam sebuah keputusan didalam sebuah organisasi. Dengan melihat permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Bank BCA dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap perpanjangan kontrak, maka perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan agar sistem penilaian karyawan untuk perpanjangan kontrak menjadi lebih optimal. Dengan menerapkan metode topsis sebagai metode yang multikriteria, didapatkan penilaian terhadap data yang diuji adalah Christina Yaputra dengan nilai 0.7875, Andre Gumora dengan nilai 0.7694, Fendy Saputra dengan nilai 0.5018, Carvany dengan nilai 0.1462. Dengan kata lain, Christina Yaputra dan Andre Gumora akan mendapat perpanjangan kontrak karyawan diantara beberapa karyawan lain.

Problems occur in the management of companies that still use a manual system, so that companies have difficulty determining the stock of updated goods, recaping incoming and outgoing goods, and making routine reports. This will affect the next inventory planning and the company makes inventory with estimated needs or when goods run out without being known. To overcome this problem, an application is needed that can manage the company's inventory of goods. This study uses object-oriented methods and prototyping models. Accompanied by an inventory planning calculation model using the Economic Order Quantity model. In its design, it uses a unified modelling language, encoded with the PHP programming language, and tests are carried out with black-box testing. Inventory control applications built on the web by implementing Economic Order Quantity as inventory planning can run well, so that companies can use them to overcome inventory management and planning problems.
