Abstract

Research to analyze the student complaint service system at Banten Jaya University so that it can be more effective in accepting and serving students for the advancement of the academic community on campus. Complaints and consultations are the process of conveying information, aspirations and complaints, whether complaints regarding the lack of campus academic services, regarding learning activities and so on. At Banten Jaya University the process of handling complaints and grievances is still done manually and the complaint data has not been computerized. So there is a lack of information regarding the complaint handling process that can be known by the consultant. The aim of this research is to design the UNBAJA Peduli (SIJALI) Application to assist in distribution and complaint handling services at Banten Jaya University. This application is designed to be website-based so it can be accessed easily and uses the ILAD method as a problem solver.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement an IT-based inventory management system in the retail industry to optimize the supply chain. By utilizing IT, this system is expected to improve stock management efficiency, reduce operational costs, and increase customer satisfaction. The research methodology involves needs analysis, system design, testing, and implementation of an inventory management system in several retail branches. The implementation results show significant improvements in inventory data accuracy, speed of response to market demand, and reduction in storage costs. A case study of one of the retail branches implementing this system shows a 15% decrease in inventory costs and a 20% increase in customer satisfaction in the first six months after implementation. This study concludes that an IT-based inventory management system is effective in optimizing the supply chain in the retail industry and providing added value to customers.

Abstract

Web-based e-learning systems have become a major focus in improving accounting learning in higher education. This research aims to design an effective e-learning system to enrich students' learning experience and support better interaction between students and teachers in the context of accounting education. Key challenges in the implementation of e-learning technology include appropriate integration with academic content needs, as well as optimisation of user experience to improve student participation and learning outcomes. Effective evaluation methods are needed to measure the success of e-learning system implementation, considering various evaluation aspects such as user satisfaction, system efficiency, and learning achievement. The impact of using a web-based e-learning system is also analysed on the interaction between students and teachers, which has the potential to enrich the learning experience in the accounting education environment.
