Abstract

Employee discipline serves as the primary foundation to achieve the company's goals. However, several factors can influence a company's success or failure, namely leadership and work motivation. This research aims to comprehend the influence of leadership and work basis on employee work discipline at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch. A saturation sampling technique is employed for sample selection in this research, which involves the entire population existing in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch, totaling 88 respondents. This research uses a questionnaire directly administered to the respondents. The analysis method utilized Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research findings demonstrate that leadership and work motivation impact the work discipline of employees at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch

Abstract

This research is entitled the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Millenium Ratanindo Perkasa which aims to find out how organizational culture and work motivation influence employee performance. This research method is quantitative and the population of this research is employees of PT. Millenium Ratanindo Perkasa. The sample collection method is non-probability sampling with a collection technique, namely purposive sampling, namely sampling based on criteria. The sample consists of 100 permanent production division employees. The analysis technique in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research prove that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

Job readiness is the ability of a human being to do things related to work activities. Job readiness is a trait and behavior that will be needed by students, especially final year students. To build job readiness, it is also necessary to practice field work, motivation and self-efficacy of students. This research is a type of quantitative research. This study made a sample of final year Management students Faculty of Economics and Business, UPNV East Java The sample technique used was Simple Random Sampling with a total of 94 students and data analysis techniques using the PLS (Partial Least Square) method, using validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of previous research on research related to the variables of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence on the influence of field work practices, motivation, and self-efficacy on work readiness.

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi menjadi pendorong terjadinya transformasi dalam banyak aspek pada kehidupan manusia, digitalisasi adalah salah satu dampak perkembangan teknologi yang mempengaruhi bagaimana cara manusia bekerja, berkomunikasi, dan mengakses informasi. Penggunaan teknologi informasi membuat manusia merasakan kemudahan dalam mencari informasi dengan cepat, para pelaku UMKM menggunakan teknologi dan informasi seperti aplikasi berbasis mobile sebagai kebutuhan yang penting. Salah satu aplikasi yang banyak digunakan oleh pelaku usaha adalah Shopee, adalah salah satu bentuk pasar online yang bisa digunakan untuk penjual memasarkan produknya dan pembeli yang akan membeli dan terjadinya suatu perdagangan. Artikel ini bertujuan sebagai penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan aplikasi Shopee pada UMKM dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan pemasaran dan peningkatan penjualan. Dengan menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi pemanfaatan aplikasi Shopee diharapkan dapat berdampak positif bagi pelaku UMKM dengan mempermudah pemasaran serta bertambahnya konsumen.

Abstract

HR plays an important role for an organization, to help and advance an organization, everything depends on existing human resources. Therefore, HR can determine the results of an organization in the long term. However, in reality there are many challenges that employees must face in supporting the successful performance of a company. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative method with a population of 77 samples taking the entire population of 77 production employees. Data was obtained through a questionnaire compiled based on indicators for each research variable and then analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that compensation has no effect on employee performance and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Gold Market event organized by PT Pegadaian Regional Office XII Surabaya represents a strategic innovation in community empowerment through an integrative approach encompassing gold literacy education, health promotion, and support for local MSMEs. This community service program was conducted as a collaborative effort between financial institutions and local communities to enhance financial awareness and socio-economic well-being. The implementation method involved active participatory observation, MSME assistance, direct public education, free health services, and digital publication of the activities. The outcomes showed that the event effectively increased public understanding of gold investment as a secure and accessible financial instrument. The availability of free health screenings also raised awareness about early detection and healthy lifestyles. Moreover, participating MSMEs in the pop-up market benefited from increased product promotion and revenue. The active involvement of more than 1,000 visitors served as a strong indicator of the program’s success in engaging the public. Overall, this activity reflects a community-based service model that can be replicated in other regions to support sustainable social and economic development.
