Abstract

This research was conducted to test the urgency of Product Quality, Price and Service Quality in relation to Purchasing Decisions. This research was conducted at Rizza Embroidery, which produces fashion products, which is located in the City of Probolinggo, East Java. The method used in this research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population in this study were consumers of Rizza Embroidery in the period August, September and October 2020. Samples were taken using the incidental sampling method developed by Roscoe, and obtained 83 respondents. Multiple Linear Analysis is carried out using the SPSS tool to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that product quality, price and service quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. Thus it can be concluded that Product Quality, Price and Service Quality have an urgency to be considered in relation to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Andyla Snack Kampung is an micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) actor who still does business with conventional marketing so that the marketing reach is less broad and when the Covid-19 pandemic hits it causes income to decrease because consumers are constrained by the ordering system which has to go to the MSME place or via WhatsApp with limited consumers who know the cellphone number MSME. We are devotees trying to help Andyla Jajanan Kampung MSME with digital marketing so that the marketing reach is wider and followed by an increase in income. The implementation method in service is mentoring, socializing and training on the use of social media as a means of online product marketing. The results of the training and mentoring activities are partners have a strong will to develop business by utilizing social media, have logos, brochures and accounts on social media facebook, youtube and instagram and can manage these media as a means of promotion. This makes Andyla Jajanan Kampung Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which originally used an offline marketing strategy to become an online strategy (Digital Marketing) so that it has a wide reach which leads to an increase in income.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial performance, capital structure and company size on company value. This research uses a quantitative approach based on a cause-and-effect hypothesis. There are 26 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 and 2022. Using sampling criteria, 20 companies were selected as samples, resulting in 60 companies with data value for three years. The research results show that the financial performance variable partially has a positive and significant effect on company value as shown by (t count 5.820 > t table 2.003). On the other hand, the capital structure variable (t count 1.216 < t table 2.003) and the company size variable (t count -1.130 < t table 2.003) do not have a significant effect on company value. Meanwhile, simultaneously financial performance, capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on company value (F count 11.511 > F table 2.77). With a standard Beta coefficient of 0.658, the financial performance variable has a dominant influence on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of NPM, ROA, ROE and Company Scale on the share price of companies classified in the LQ45 index during the 2019-2023 period. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis using quantitative methods. The total research subjects include 45 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling and 18 companies were observed for 5 years, so the total information tested was 90 information. The information testing method used in this study includes statistical review, mean difference test, and conjecture difference test where information processing is assisted by using EViews software version 13. The results of this study indicate that ROA has a significant positive effect on stock prices (t = 2.717456 sig = 0.0083) while NPM, ROE, and company size have no effect on stock prices. simultaneously the four variables explain 54.02% of stock prices (Adjusted R square = 0.540264).

Abstract

Kemunculan virus Covid-19 sangat berdampak pada semua sektor di Indonesia, salah satunya sektor pendidikan. Pembatasan berkumpul secara fisik di era pandemi merupakan salah satu penyebab perubahan sistem belajar dari offline menjadi online. Beberapa hambatan dalam pembelajaran daring menjadikan belajar siswa tidak maksimal. Hal tersebut menjadi dasar pengabdi melakukan pendampingan belajar siswa. dalam pengabdian diawali dengan tahap survei lapangan yaitu melakukan observasi untuk memperoleh informasi sitem pembelajaran saat pandemi Covid 19. Tahap berikutnya pengajuan ijin kepada Kepala Desa Pegalangan Kidul untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pendampingan belajar. Tahap ketiga persiapan yaitu melakukan pembagian kelompok belajar berdasar kelas, pembagian tim pengabdi. Berikutnya tahap pelaksanaan yaitu pendampingan belajar dan terakhir tahap evaluasi untuk mengetahui kebermanfaatan pendampingan belajar. Hasil pendampingan belajar siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sangat baik. Sebelum pendampingan siswa malas dan cepat bosan belajar karena tidak bertemu langsung guru, dengan pendampingan belajar menjadi bergairah dan semangat lagi belajar, siswa lebih terpacu belajar seperti di kelas dan mengerjakan tugas yang menjadi kewajibannya. Orang tua yang kurang mampu mengoperasikan media menjadi trampil karena diberikan arahan teknis mengoperasikan media pembelajaran daring. Guru terbantu dengan perubahan siswa yang sebelum pendampingan kurang bergairah belajar menjadi bergairah dan semangat belajar. Pendampingan belajar sangatlah bermanfaat dan disarankan pengabdi agar siswa dan orangtua menyalurkan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang teknis belajar on line dan belajar mandiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji analisa Model Zmijewski Score Untuk Memprediksi Financial Distress Pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 perusahaan di Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi dengan menggunakan metode analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan model Zmijewski Score untuk memprediksi Financial Distress pada perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi terdapat 27 perusahaan dalam kondisi sehat dan 1 perusahaan yang diprediksi akan mengalami financial distress dimasa yang akan datang yaitu perusahaan Bentoel International Investama Tbk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Kota Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Studi ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan variabel independen budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja serta variabel dependen kinerja karyawan Jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 orang diperoleh dari populasi dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas uji reliabilitas uji asumsi klasik analisis regresi linier berganda koefisien determinasi R square pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji t Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan selain itu secara parsial budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai urgensi untuk mendapat perhatian karena mempunyai pengaruh terhadap upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan < p> This research was conducted at PT Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the urgency of Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance this study was conducted on employees of PT Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara The type of research used is quantitative with the independent variable Organizational Culture and Work Environment and the dependent variable Employee Performance The number of samples as many as 34 people was obtained from the population using a saturated sample that is all members of the population were used as samples The data analysis method used validity test reliability test classical assumption test multiple linear regression analysis coefficient of determination R square hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t test The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance in addition partially Organizational Culture has an influence on Employee Performance and the Work Environment also has an influence on Employee Performance Thus it is proven that Organizational Culture and Work Environment have urgency to get attention because they have an influence on efforts to improve employee performance < em>< p>
