Abstract

Assessment in leadership is an important part of the management function, namely controlling (supervision/assessment) to measure the progress and performance of the Principal. And the Principal's Leadership Assessment cannot be separated from the foundations of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. The results will have an influence on efforts to improve leadership in an education towards change, improvement, improvement, development and maintaining the achievements that have been achieved in the institution, so that it is a quality and superior educational institution. The study method and approach used in the research is through an approach approach, namely by conducting a literature review and field study. Data was collected through Interview, Observation and Documentation. The data were analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Management problems in school governance are problems that are often not in accordance with the complexity of environmental changes, both in terms of planning, coordination, implementation, direction and supervision (evaluation). The development of school principals carried out by the government (through the education office) has not yet given maximum results in improving the quality of education. This happens because the empowerment of all components in the school environment has not been optimal. However, the implementation of the assessment on the basis of religion, philosophy, psychology and socialism on the leadership of the Head of the DKI Jakarta Education Office is clearly visible in the supervision process, this can be seen in clearly written points (indicators), for example having noble character, being an example of noble character, honest attitude, commitment and integrity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara islami terhadap prestasi kerja, serta menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini juga ingin memberikan beberapa rekomendasi tentang bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja karyawan divisi distribusi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Duta Indomandiri Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 orang. Selain kuesioner, data juga dikumpulkan melalui wawancara singkat. Alat dalam mengumpulkan dan menganalisas penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan oleh SmartPLS 2.0 M3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kompensasi dan prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan kondisi yang terjadi di lapangan, penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan kerja ke depannya terkait dengan kompensasi, motivasi dan prestasi kerja.

Abstract

Abstract

The management and utilization of natural resources by a country are manifestations of exercising national sovereignty. The Doctrine of Sovereignty is designed to provide equality among nations under the law to develop their countries towards prosperity and well-being. The policy of restricting and prohibiting the export of raw materials in the mining sector, such as nickel, gold, and tin, by the Indonesian government, is recognized under international law, particularly international trade law. This policy will bring beneficial impacts to Indonesia's economy. By having the capability to process natural resources independently, Indonesia can enhance its economic self-reliance, reduce dependency on imports, and improve the country's position in the global competition in the mining sector, ultimately leading to increased national revenue and providing greater well-being for the entire Indonesian population.

Abstract

Education policy according to Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System is that the state is responsible for the original and absolute responsibility for realizing the ideals of the Indonesian nation. Every citizen has the right to receive education that is in line with human values and justice. Educational problems in Serang City include the many damaged facilities and infrastructure in schools. There were 583 school units that were damaged. However, only 300 classrooms in the seriously damaged category have been proposed, and will be realized in 2024. This article aims to find out the responsibilities of the Serang City Regional Government in Providing Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Based on Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System and looking at the inhibiting factors and solution efforts of the Serang City Regional Government in Providing Educational Facilities and Infrastructure in Serang City . The research method used in this research is empirical juridical methods. The regional government of Serang City has a big responsibility in meeting the needs for providing high quality education, including providing adequate facilities and infrastructure. Providing adequate educational facilities and infrastructure is an important component in efforts to improve the quality of education in Serang City. The Responsibility of the Serang City Regional Government in Providing Facilities and Infrastructure. Educational responsibilities based on Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System have not yet been fulfilled optimally. The Serang City Government, through the Serang City Education and Culture Office, continues to be committed to advancing the world of education. On the other hand, physical construction of new classrooms (RKB), tables, chairs, teachers' and principals' rooms, library rooms, laboratory rooms, prayer rooms, toilets, sports fields, and roads to schools and New School Units (USB) continues to be pursued. For facilities and infrastructure, the Serang City Education Department continues to take inventory of poor facilities so that they can be built so that the facilities and infrastructure are good and appropriate so that teachers and students who carry out teaching and learning activities are comfortable.
