Abstract

The New Student Admission is a mandatory process conducted by all educational institutions to maintain the continuity of student cohorts within the educational framework.  At Vocational High School Piramida, The New Student Admission process adheres to a traditional methodology, resulting in subjective and protracted selection procedures.  Consequently, the author employs the C4.5 algorithm as a classification technique that produces decision trees from potential student data.  The created system is intended to manage The New Student Admission process with greater efficiency and objectivity.  This study utilizes descriptive analysis, and the system development adheres to Object-Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE) principles.  The system architecture employs the PHP programming language in conjunction with the Laravel framework and a MySQL database.  This study demonstrates that utilizing the C4.5 algorithm can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the student selection process, reduce errors, expedite data administration, and lead to a more objective student selection process.  The method enhances information accessibility for prospective students, consequently augmenting its attractiveness to candidates.

Abstract

Law practice in Bandung provides professional legal consultation services characterized by high competence and integrity.  It aspires to establish itself as a reliable law firm for both Indonesian and foreign populations, addressing their needs and concerns.  This law firm in Bandung encounters the issue of insufficient online access to legal service information, necessitating clients to visit the office for consultations.  Moreover, the scheduling of consultations and payment processing remain manual, rendering the procedure laborious and inefficient.  An alternative option is presented to address these difficulties by deploying a dependable computerized system.  This study seeks to establish a legal consultation service utilizing Information Technology (IT).  The system is web-based, developed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 3 framework, and utilizes MySQL as its database management system.  The author utilizes Object-Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) in this research methodology.

Abstract

The stock management process is essential for SMEs, as one SME in Bandung employs a manual approach that often requires considerable time and data collection.  The swift progression of technology facilitates the presentation of information with ease, speed, and efficiency.  Manual stock management can be converted into a computerised system referred to as stock management information systems.  A technology-driven stock management system will enhance efficiency by supplanting the manual system with a systematic approach.  This project aims to analyze and develop a web-based stock management information system suitable for a small to medium-sized enterprise in Bandung. The research conducted is descriptive and utilises a qualitative methodology.  The inventory management approach employed is FIFO (First In First Out), whereas the system development methodology adheres to the Waterfall SDLC model.  Flowcharts, entity relationship diagrams, and data flow diagrams underpin the design.  This stock management system is constructed with PHP as the programming language, Visual Studio Code as the code editor, XAMPP as the web server, and MySQL as the database.  The implementation of the FIFO approach in inventory management is expected to resolve problems associated with dim sum being stored for extended periods in the warehouse, resulting from the prior flow of items, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of stock management.  This research should be further developed into a mobile application to provide user access via cellphones.

Abstract

Outlier detection is a critical task in informatics, particularly for analyzing large, complex datasets such as electrical energy consumption records. Identifying anomalies enables the recognition of abnormal usage patterns and potential non-technical losses, which are essential for ensuring reliability and efficiency in innovative grid systems. However, conventional supervised learning approaches are often unsuitable due to the unlabeled and imbalanced nature of real-world consumption data. To address the challenge of validating unsupervised models without ground truth, this study utilizes a controlled synthetic dataset with precise anomaly injection. This approach allows for a rigorous comparative evaluation of two widely adopted algorithms, Isolation Forest and One-Class Support Vector Machine (OC-SVM). The analysis examines detection accuracy, F1-score, and computational efficiency under identical experimental conditions. Results demonstrate that Isolation Forest consistently achieves superior performance, attaining a Detection Accuracy of 0.9948 and an F1-Score of 0.9478, significantly outperforming OC-SVM, which yielded an accuracy of 0.9521 and an F1-Score of only 0.5108. Furthermore, Isolation Forest proved to be exceptionally efficient, requiring only 0.9207 seconds for computation approximately 21 times faster than OC-SVM (19.9460 seconds). These advantages highlight its scalability and suitability for large-scale, near-real-time monitoring applications. Overall, the findings provide empirical evidence of Isolation Forest's effectiveness and offer practical guidance on algorithm selection for intelligent grid analytics

Abstract

Clothing entrepreneur partners today must be observant of the tastes and trends that are currently prevailing in society, besides that it is a challenge for entrepreneur partners to develop management, promotion and marketing that must be done. If you only rely on direct sales, of course, it must be supported by a variety of very good resources, such as a strategic location and an attractive spatial layout. Therefore, business partners need to penetrate into the form of online sales which of course requires various preparations that must be made, including by providing sufficient tools and human resources. Sirwal pants are one of the traditional clothing products that are currently quite popular among young people in the community. The opportunity to produce and market it is quite wide open, and the production process is relatively easy to do. To support the sales process progressively, of course, it is not enough to do it only by passive sales, but the online sales process must be carried out live within a certain period of time. The output of this activity is in the form of an account on an online sales application and the concept of live streaming or video sales applied to promotion and marketing by business partners.
