Abstract

The use of information technology aims to improve the performance of public services to be more effective and efficient. But problems arise in the Public, for example in e-commerce users or the Olx.co.id website. Problems that arise include the lack of public desire to use technology and (Perceived Usefulness), the technology cannot be fully used by the Public. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the level of acceptance of the Olx.co.id online buying and selling website by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework as a conceptual model. At the beginning of the study, information work was carried out by collecting data from the questionnaire results from 500 respondents as samples and processing them with AMOS 22 software. Then after being processed as a whole, the writer tries to re-process the existing data, but the difference is the separation of the data based on gender respondents (male and female). Thus, a significant relationship will be obtained and can be used as recommendations for improvement for e-commerce websites.

Abstract

This research aim to developing new application and program of psychological profiling testing. This based on need assessment about condition of pandemic that needed for psychological test in website based, for facilitate a testee for testing service. This research was a research and development and using Borg & Gall’s design with 9 phase such exploration study, literature review, arrangement of hypothetic, expert judgement, model revision, try out, analysis and revision, final model, diseminasion and socialization. This product using expert judgement and validation process with Interrater Agreement Model, and research subject were guidance and couneling students of Masoem University. The result of the research with the development process have been revised and have succeeded in developing and functioning of the guidance and counseling and profiling psychological test for all testee or student were needed in Masoem University.

Abstract

SMK Bakti Ilham Rancaekek is located on Jln. Peundeuy. No. 32, Bojongsalam, Kec. Rancaekek, Kab. Bandung 40394. Currently, the teacher performance assessment process is still relatively long due to the absence of a decision support system and the assessment process is still subjective because it does not refer to things that have nothing to do with teacher performance assessment in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that can assist the school in the process of assessing the performance of teachers and students, peers and principals also participate in providing an assessment for teachers. The system was developed using the prototype method and system modeling designed using UML which includes use cases, activity diagrams and relationship tables. At the programming stage using the programming language PHP, CSS, HTML and MySQL as database management. The result of this thesis is a website-based teacher performance appraisal decision support system that can help schools to be faster and more efficient and objective.

Abstract

Panyadap Village which are Village Government Agencies whose duties are to collect population data, Make Family Cards, Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Certificates Moving, Business Certificate and others. The public administration system in the Panyadap village administration is still manual or semi-computerized, not yet making full use of Information Technology. So that the process of public service becomes difficult and slow. With the creation of a Website-Based Public Administration Information System Design, it can make it easier for staff or officers to do their work. Make it easier for members of the public to know and be more thorough about the requirements when submitting correspondence so that services become more effective and efficient.

Abstract

SMK Piramida beralamat di Jl.Gandang Kp.Popojok, Rancaekek, Kabupaten Bandung. Perpustakaan SMK Piramida dalam proses bisnisnya masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan pada bagian-bagian tertentu seperti stok buku, kehilangan dan kerusakan pada laporan peminjaman atau pengembalian buku. Proses peminjaman, pengembalian dan pembuatan laporan kunjungan perpustakaan pun memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam pembuatannya. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang diuraikan diatas yaitu dengan membuat sistem informasi perpustakaan yang terkomputerisasi. Maka dari itu dibuatlah rancang bangun sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis Website. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, metode untuk pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) dengan alat pengembangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Berdasarkan rancang bangun sistem informasi diperoleh bahwa sistem yang dibuat dapat mempermudah proses transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, meminimalisir kehilangan atau kerusakan data pada transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian, mempercepat pembuatan laporan pengunjung perpustakaan serta membuat informasi stok buku yang lebih terstruktur.

Abstract

Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Garut is currently still experiencing difficulties in managing information related to social welfare services, so it is necessary to strive for better information management, one form of implementation is by implementing a computer-based information system and technology. In information technology there are three interconnected parts, namely: hardware, software, and databases. Planning an integrated information system architecture and in accordance with the organization's business goals is one of the efforts to improve services in a better direction so that they can compete with other organizations. This study discusses the architectural planning of social welfare service information systems using Enterprise Architecuter Planning (EAP) which was developed and integrated with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Garut, where the discussion is focused on four stages, namely: business architecture planning, data architecture planning, application architecture planning, and technology architecture planning. The results of the research that has been carried out are recommendations for the development of information system architecture to support the improvement of public service performance and system integration into all parts of the organization.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is an important component in efforts to improve the quality of education. The use of a Decision Support System (DSS) with a website-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with PHP and SQL allows the teacher performance assessment process to be more efficient and objective. This system integrates information from various sources, such as student data, exam result data, peer evaluations, and classroom observations. Muthia Harapan Vocational School is a vocational school with a private educational institution. Decision making for teacher salary increases is still manual or not yet computerized, which causes errors and not being on target. In this research, designing and developing a website that functions as a platform for assessing teacher performance. Teachers can enter their data and upload evidence of their performance. The system then performs calculations based on the weighting criteria determined by the school or educational institution. The SAW method is used to calculate teacher performance scores based on these criteria. It is hoped that the use of the Decision Support System using the website-based SAW method can increase objectivity in assessing teacher performance, enable more precise decision making, and contribute to improving the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Sales Information System Design is made to make it easier to manage goods at the Grocery Store, the previous transaction recording process was still using a manual system, making it difficult to know the stock of goods, errors occurred in recording and it was slow in making sales transaction reports. This research was made based on the descriptive method approach in collecting data and information needed to implement objects in a systematic, factual, accurate and in accordance with the facts. As for system design using the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) method with the UML (Unified Model Language) model. This website is implemented using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and stored using a MySQL database, Web Server using Xampp and Visual Studio Code. The results showed that Haji Agus Grocery Store can increase the efficiency and productivity of grocery stores in managing transactions, stock of goods and others and can provide information in real time.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to develop a website-based decision support system application that can determine the best students using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method and developed with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The SAW method was chosen for its simplicity and its ability to accommodate various assessment criteria, including academic grades, attendance, extracurricular participation, and student achievement. The RAD method was used in the development of the system to ensure a rapid development cycle and flexibility in adjusting user needs. The results show that the developed application is able to provide objective and transparent assessment, and simplify the process of determining the best students efficiently. The system also improves accessibility and accuracy in managing assessment data, reduces manual errors, and speeds up decision making. User testing and evaluation showed a high level of satisfaction, with recommendations for additional feature development in the future.
