Abstract

The development of world life, in general, encourages people to move towards the era of globalization which increasingly demands an increase in the standard of order in various ways.This research is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data, with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques, while the data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, because in this study the author describes the leadership style and employee performance at College.The results of the study indicate that the leadership style in the economics faculty at a university is a selling leadership style because in the economics faculty the task is very high and the relationship is also very high and the leadership always provides direction and explains the results of decisions. And also the leadership style at the Faculty of Economics because his leadership puts forward good relationships and high examples and very maximum and optimal tasks.Employee performance can be said to qualify as a good employee because the employee has been conducting in the accordance job description of each and they also work following the standards of quality, quantity, and time standards set by the faculty. However, in terms of working time discipline, more serious attention must still be needed. This can be seen in the data obtained by researchers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari return on asset (ROA) terhadap financial distress, current ratio (CR) terhadap financial distress, debt to asset ratio (DAR) terhadap financial distress pada PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk periode 2013-2022. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel  yang digunakan adalah neraca dan laba rugi pada laporan keuangan pada PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk periode 2013-2022. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) return on asset (ROA) secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap financial distress dengan nilai thitung 4,384 > ttabel 2,447 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,005 < 0,05. (2) current ratio (CR) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap financial distress dengan nilai  thitung -1,020 < ttabel 2,447 dan nilai signifikasinya 0,347 > 0,05. (3) debt to asset ratio (DAR) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap financial distress dengan thitung -2,689 < ttabel 2,447 dan nilai signifikasinya 0,036 < 0,05. (4) return on asset, current ratio dan debt to asset ratio secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap financial distress pada PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk periode 2013-2022 dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai  fhitung 12,578 > ftabel 5,41 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,005 < 0,05 dengan koefisien determinasinya berpengaruh 86,3% sisanya 13,7% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain.
