Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan hasil interaksi dari beberapa faktor, yaitu pekerjaan itu sendiri sebagai faktor eksternal, dan karakter maupun persepsi pekerja sebagai faktor internal. Karyawan kantor Kelurahan Jagakarsa banyak mengalami stres kerja, yaitu 8 dari 15 pekerja (53,3%). Stres kerja yang tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bukan hanya bagi pekerja, namun dapat berdampak negatif juga bagi tempat kerja. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Stres Kerja pada Karyawan di Kantor Kelurahan Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan sebagai upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional yang dilakukan pada tahun 2019 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden dari jumlah populasi 115 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis bivariat dengan Uji Chi-Square. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil sebesar 8,8% responden mengalami stres berat dan 91,2% responden mengalami stres ringan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 variabel hanya variabel konflik kerja yang memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan stres kerja (p-value = 0,015). Sebaiknya dilakukan langkah pengendalian atau manajemen stres untuk karyawan, diantaranya seperti melakukan komunikasi efektif dengan pekerja, memberikan time limit bagi setiap pekerjaan untuk mengendalikan konflik peran, memiliki wadah konsultasi bagi karyawan, mengadakan pelatihan mengenai pencegahan dan penanggulangan stres kerja, mengadakan program manajemen stres, dan mengadakan family gathering. Abstract

Abstract: Bullying is a serious issue in Indonesia’s education sector as it negatively affects victims and the school environment. This study aims to identify bullying prevention strategies through the implementation of group guidance using the sociodrama technique. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation and interviews. The study involved 34 ninth-grade students from MTS Khairul Ummah, selected using the saturation sampling technique. The results indicate that group guidance with the sociodrama technique is effective in increasing students’ awareness of bullying and equipping them with skills to handle bullying situations positively. The findings of this study indicate that group counseling services using the sociodrama technique contribute to strengthening the bullying prevention theory by supporting the group counseling approach as a preventive strategy that can reduce aggressive behavior and promote the development of social solidarity among students Keywords: Bullying, Group Guidance, Sociodrama, Bullying Prevention. Abstrak: Bullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia karena berdampak negatif terhadap korban dan lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pencegahan bullying melalui implementasi bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 34 siswa kelas IX MTS Khairul Ummah yang dipilih menggunakan teknik saturation sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa mengenai bullying serta membekali mereka dengan keterampilan untuk menghadapi situasi bullying secara positif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama memiliki kontribusi terhadap penguatan teori pencegahan bullying, melalui dukungannya terhadap pendekatan bimbingan kelompok sebagai strategi preventif yang mampu menekan perilaku agresif dan mendorong terbentuknya solidaritas sosial di kalangan siswa. Kata Kunci: Bullying, Bimbingan Kelompok, Sosiodrama, Pencegahan Bullying.

Abstract

This research is a philological study of a classic manuscript on the theme of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah creed from the collection of Kemas Haji Andi Syarifuddin. This study aims to reconstruct the original manuscript and reveal the contents of the creed teachings contained therein, especially in protecting Muslims from deviant ideologies. The methods used include heuristic stages (searching and identifying manuscripts), codicological descriptions, transliteration of texts from Arabic script to Latin script, critical editing, and content analysis with a theological approach. The results of the study show that this manuscript emphasizes the main principles of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah creed, such as belief in Allah and the reward for that belief, namely heaven or hell, and explains the concept in a distinctive style that is easily understood by the local community. This study emphasizes the importance of preserving the scientific heritage of Islam Nusantara, as well as the contribution of local scholars in spreading and maintaining the purity of creed through written works.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve and compare emotional intelligence between students and students at SDN Margamulya through the implementation of innovative learning media in the form of the Emotional Monopoly game. This media is the work of Fikri Suhardi, a Guidance and Counseling teacher as well as a content creator who focuses on children's character education. The game is designed to help learners recognize, understand, and manage their emotions in a fun and interactive way. The method used in this activity is a quantitative approach with a simple experimental design. Data was collected through emotional intelligence measurement instruments before and after the implementation of the game, then analyzed using an independent sample t-test to determine the significant differences between groups of students and students. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the emotional intelligence of students and students after participating in this activity. The average emotional intelligence score of female students reached 7.90, while students obtained an average of 6.50. These findings indicate that female students have a higher and more stable level of emotional intelligence than students after participating in the Emotional Monopoly game. This activity not only contributes to improving the emotional aspects of students, but also shows the great potential of educational game media as an effective means of social-emotional learning at the elementary school level. Therefore, it is recommended that similar games can be integrated more widely in learning activities and guidance and counseling services in schools.
