Abstract

Digitalization media activities have been carried out in various daily lives. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has been felt by the community since the enactment of the PSBB on March 15, 2021. Community activities are forced to be carried out by digital transformation in services, transactions and work, for example the Depok City Government. This research was conducted to determine the Digital Communication Management of the Depok City Government in an inclusive and sustainable Economic Recovery. The object of this research is the Depok City Government. This study uses the method of Phenomenology of Edmund Husserl. Data collection techniques in this study by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings that the results of the data and discussion can be concluded that the Depok City Government has implemented a digital communication management process starting from planning, activities and evaluations in an Influential and Sustainable economic recovery in Depok. From Digital Communication Planning, the Depok City Government has tried to provide a lot of training, information to make Depok people know and care about the development of the city of Depok through the Depok City DPRD Instagram Platform.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in the value of Indomaret's Top Brand Index which indicates that there are problems in marketing communication and brand image that have an impact on consumer purchase decisions, besides that there are problems in Indomaret's marketing communication that need special attention carried out through personal selling in outlets and also the frequency of salespeople in promoting loyalty programs is still lacking so that consumers are less attractive to join. This study aims to determine the influence of marketing communication and brand image on product purchase decisions at Indomaret's modern retail outlet in Bekasi. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. The study results showed that marketing communication and brand image positively and significantly affected purchase decisions, partially and simultaneously, with a contribution of 76.3% to the variation in consumer purchase decisions at Indomaret's modern retail outlet in Bekasi.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the development of businesses engaged in the freight forwarding industry is increasingly rapid. Punctuality and Shipping Rates are important to affect customer satisfaction. This study aims to measure the Effect of Punctuality and Delivery Rates on Customer Satisfaction of PT J&T Express Tanah Tinggi Delivery.This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents. In this study, data analysis techniques were used in the form of statistics with data testing using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, coefficient correlation tests, determination coefficient (R2) tests, and f-tests. The calculation shows that it is larger than the calculation of table 1.986 which means that each independent variable has a partial effect on the bound variable. In the f test, the results of f calculation were simultaneously obtained of 46.333 greater than f in table 3.10 so that it can be concluded that Punctuality and Delivery Rates have an influence on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

One of the businesses that need a positive image through marketing communication is the food and beverage industry (restaurant), the development of restaurant business is seen from the increasing number of restaurants or restaurants, various types of food offered from traditional food, fast food, and food from abroad. This makes Marugame Udon to think how to maintain a positive image through proper marketing communication. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Communications on image. Population and sample of this study are consumers of Marugame Udon Summarecon Mall Bekasi. The method used is quantitative method. Data retrieval techniques are used in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population of this study was consumers of Marugame Udon. Sampling technique in this study is probability sampling with simple random sampling method. A sample of 100 samples. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS). The results of this study showed that the variable marketing communication has a significant effect because the count 16.002 > ttable 1.984 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So it was concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between marketing communications to the image of Marugame Udon Summarecon Mall Bekasi amounted to 72.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the control of raw material inventories on the production process at PT. Dayup Indo. The population in this study is the entire number of employees in the production and warehouse. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample in this study were 60 people with Non Probability Sampling technique, namely saturated Sampling. The independent variable in this study is the control of raw material inventory, while the dependent variable is the production process. Simple linear regression test results obtained Y = 4.215 + 0.728X which means that the value of 4.215 with 0.728 which states the effect of variable X on Y is positive. Based on regression analysis (t-test), it is known that t-value > t-table is 9.757 > 1.672 which means that raw material inventory control affects the production process at PT. Dayup Indo. With the coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 0.621 indicates that the magnitude of the influence of raw material inventory control variables on variables of the production process is 62.1% while the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other objects that are not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect price and product quality on purchasing decisions. The study used a quanttative method ith a population of 19,400 samples before then 100 samples were obtained. The research results showed that on the atitude variable, the tcount value 9495 > the table value 1.984, then the attitude variable is declared to have a positive effect. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis that price affects purchasing decisions is accepted. The count value 6 270 > the table value 1.984, therefore, based on he calculation results, & can be concluded that the hypothesis that product quality affects purchasing decisions is acoepted. Simutaneous test (F-test) that was carried out resulted in Fcount of 44,709 which means that the independent variable has a signifcant relationship to the dependent variable, with a signicance value of o.000. So, the hypothesis that the price and product qualty atfect purchasing decisions is accepted. There is a signficant effect of the price and product quality variables on purchasing decisions by 48% on the other hand, 52% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Pariwisata memiliki peranan yang penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Masyarakat di daerah wisata dapat menciptakan lebih banyak sektor ekonomi lokal seperti penginapan berupa homestay, kuliner, transportasi, hiburan dan ritel, sehingga penyediaan layanan tersebut dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat lokal dan juga menurunkan tingkat pengangguran. Wilayah pesisir Indonesia menyediakan semua sumber daya alam yang memiliki potensi besar untuk berbagai pilihan pengembangan pariwisata. Salah satunya adalah Kepulauan Seribu. Sumber daya potensial wisata bahari Kepulauan Seribu memberikan peluang bagi industri pariwisata yang harus dikelola secara profesional, dan dimanfaatkan serta tujuan wisata kelas dunia. Kementerian Pariwisata Republik Indonesia meyakini bahwa Kepulauan Seribu memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan sektor pariwisata Indonesia dan menetapkannya sebagai salah satu dari 10 destinasi wisata teratas di Indonesia. Namun, masih ada beberapa masalah yang harus diperbaiki oleh pemerintah daerah untuk mendorong peningkatan pariwisata di Kepulauan Seribu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui masalah dan tantangan terkait dengan strategi pengembangan pariwisata, dan untuk mengamati dampak signifikannya terhadap masyarakat lokal. Untuk mendapatkan sudut pandang yang jelas dari para peserta, penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemerintah daerah Kepulauan Seribu telah menerapkan tujuh strategi dalam mengembangkan industri pariwisata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash conversion cycle, net working capital   on cash holding on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampel used in this study is a company listed on the Indonesia. The research period was the period of 2015-2019. The sampel of this study was obtained used a purposive-sampling method where 35 companies met the criteria. This research used secondary data and was analyzed using SPSS 26. The data analysis method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that cash conversion cycle have a negative and significant on cash holding and net working capital have a positive and significant on cash holding. The ability of independent variables to explain the dependent variable is 40,5% and 59,5% was explained by other variables outside of this study
