Abstract

Instagram social media can be used by all levels of society to carry out daily activities, one of which is marketing activities, one of which is marketing activities. By using Instagram as a promotional strategy you can increase sales and interest in products without spending a lot of money and effort. Apart from that, promoting products on Instagram can make it easier for consumers to buy and find information about the products offered. This research method uses a quantitative method a questionnaire via Google from. The population in this study was 322,000 Instagram followers @commuterline. The number of samples for this research was the total Instagram population using the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The results of the research show that the determinant coefficient test (R2) value of R square is 0.604. This value shows that the effectiveness of Instagram media is influenced by 60.4% of sales variables. So it can be concluded that Instagram social media has an influence on sales effectiveness of 60.4% and the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Digitalization media activities have been carried out in various daily lives. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has been felt by the community since the enactment of the PSBB on March 15, 2021. Community activities are forced to be carried out by digital transformation in services, transactions and work, for example the Depok City Government. This research was conducted to determine the Digital Communication Management of the Depok City Government in an inclusive and sustainable Economic Recovery. The object of this research is the Depok City Government. This study uses the method of Phenomenology of Edmund Husserl. Data collection techniques in this study by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings that the results of the data and discussion can be concluded that the Depok City Government has implemented a digital communication management process starting from planning, activities and evaluations in an Influential and Sustainable economic recovery in Depok. From Digital Communication Planning, the Depok City Government has tried to provide a lot of training, information to make Depok people know and care about the development of the city of Depok through the Depok City DPRD Instagram Platform.

Abstract

The importance of employee performance is often a problem that needs to be addressed and he carries out the work to achieve these work results. The purpose of this study was to determine how much motivation affects employee performance at PT Fiber Networks Indonesia in Tanjung Barat and also what variables are contained in this study This type of research uses quantitative research. The quantitative approach is a research method based on the philosophy of potivism, used to research on certain populations or samples. by using 2 variables between variable X (Motivation) and also variable Y (Employee performance). Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the data that has been described, there are conclusions that can be drawn from research on the effect of motivation on the performance of Fiber Network Indonesia Tanjung Barat employees, namely the variable influence of motivation (X) has a significant and positive effect on the employee performance variable (Y). This can be seen from the results of the T test where the value is 13.487 t in the table of 1.98667 and a significance value of 0.000 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variable influence of motivation (X) has a significant effect on the performance variable performance employeesolved by the company to achieve its goals. Employee performance not only refers to the work results that a person achieves when carrying out the work assigned to him, but also how.

Abstract

Culinary enthusiasts in Indonesia are increasing, especially in the field of processed noodle culinary. Indonesia itself ranks 2nd (second) in the world in the largest noodle consumer. With this, it certainly affects Mie Gacoan to develop business and innovations made to influence customer purchasing decisions. This study aims to measure the effect of word of mouth and store image on the purchase decision of Mie Gacoan in East Bekasi Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 100 respondents. In this study using data analysis techniques in the form of statistics with data testing using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests with t tests and f tests, as well as coefficient of determination tests and Pearson Correlation tests. The results of testing the regression coefficient partially obtained a tcount value on the word of mouth variable of 20.206 and the store image variable obtained a tcount of 3.003, all calculations showed greater than the ttable calculation of 1.984, which means that each independent variable partially affects the dependent variable. In the f test simultaneously obtained the results of fcount of 40.564 greater than the ftabel 3.09 so it can be concluded that word of mouth and store image have a significant influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the development of businesses engaged in the freight forwarding industry is increasingly rapid. Punctuality and Shipping Rates are important to affect customer satisfaction. This study aims to measure the Effect of Punctuality and Delivery Rates on Customer Satisfaction of PT J&T Express Tanah Tinggi Delivery.This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents. In this study, data analysis techniques were used in the form of statistics with data testing using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, coefficient correlation tests, determination coefficient (R2) tests, and f-tests. The calculation shows that it is larger than the calculation of table 1.986 which means that each independent variable has a partial effect on the bound variable. In the f test, the results of f calculation were simultaneously obtained of 46.333 greater than f in table 3.10 so that it can be concluded that Punctuality and Delivery Rates have an influence on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

In the air conditioning industry, business face intense competition in terms of both pricing and product quality. The sales instability observed at Pt. Mitra Indo Teknik indicates underlying issues influencing purchasing decisions. This research aims to analyze the extent to which product quality and price influence the purchasing decisions of Daikin air conditioners at Pt. Mitra Indo Teknik. This research adopts a quantitative approach. The population consist of all customer of Pt. Mitra indo Teknik who have purchased Daikin air conditioners. The result reveal a positive and significant influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, with a calculated tvalue of 10.897 ttable value of 1.980 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 likewise, price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a calculated t-value of 2.831 > t-table value of 1.980 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. Simultaneously, product quality and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, as indicated by an F-test value of 73.109 > F-table value of 3.07 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The Combined contribution of product quality and price to purchasing decisions is 53.9%, while the remaining 46.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
