Abstract

Education as a system is an organization that aims to create graduation which have multi-intelligence so it can manifest themselves as part of civil society.To achieve the goals of education above, Communication within organization is an important element of that forms and allows an organization to work. The fact in the field of attention of Madrasah to communication is very low. This research will discuss about Model and Application of Islamic Education Organization Communication (A Research in MAN I Takengon, Aceh Tengah, Aceh). This research aims to descriptive of the model and application of organization communication. This research used a qualitative approach, the data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documents about various communication models used, then analyzed data, by describing qualitatively using the concept of miles and Huber man. The research’s result shows that the communication model used varies, no ones of model of communication is superior. Communication tools are both internal and external relatively the same, the used of information powerless computing or ICT has not been maximized. It is not significant obstacles are found in establishing internal and external communications, although the committee and parents are not proactive in establishing communication with the Madrasah.

Abstract

It takes a strategy for proper character education for children in Integrated Islamic Schools (IT) by combining two different concepts, namely the concept of religion and the concept of economics. The combination of these two concepts is expected to be able to form a strategy that is considered appropriate for students. The combination of these concepts is expected to be able to form a strong character for children. The religious character is expected to increase faith and piety while the economic concept will build an entrepreneurial spirit in children from an early age. By using ANP, it is expected to be able to form an appropriate strategy in achieving the goals of character education. In determining the strategy it is necessary to identify the main problem then make a solution in answering the question and will produce an appropriate strategy. In achieving the right character education for children in integrated Islamic schools, synergy is needed between schools and families. This synergy will produce a pattern of character education that can be achieved in character education.

Abstract

             The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility study of investment in developing MSMEs in the culinary sector. The objects of this study are from the aspect of business feasibility studies, namely: 1) Marketing aspects; 2) Legal aspects; and 3) Social and economic aspects. The study of business feasibility analysis in culinary MSME businesses uses qualitative research methods which are carried out in analyzing and assessing the feasibility of developing a business. Qualitative data obtained based on the results of interviews and observations. The results of this study found that the development of culinary MSMEs has great potential, especially with the right marketing approach, a deep understanding of market potential, and a mature investment feasibility analysis. In conducting a feasibility study, it is important to consider marketing aspects, market potential, and realistic financial analysis so that culinary businesses can develop and compete sustainably. The feasibility study of investment in the development of MSMEs in the culinary sector provides a clearer picture of business prospects, the risks involved, and the potential profits that can be obtained.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan merupakan keterampilan penting yang mencakup pemahaman dan penerapan konsep-konsep keuangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam hal menabung, berinvestasi, serta mengelola utang dan pengeluaran. Dalam konteks Islam, literasi keuangan syariah mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip syariat seperti larangan riba, gharar, dan maisir, serta pentingnya pengelolaan harta yang halal dan bijak. Namun, tingkat pemahaman literasi keuangan syariah di kalangan mahasiswa, khususnya pada Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah, masih tergolong rendah. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menyusun perencanaan keuangan pribadi yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan pemberian tips pengelolaan keuangan, dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran peserta terhadap pentingnya literasi keuangan syariah serta kemampuan dalam menyusun anggaran, menabung secara konsisten, dan mengelola utang secara sehat. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berperan sebagai media edukasi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pemberdayaan mahasiswa agar menjadi generasi yang melek finansial dan mampu mengambil keputusan keuangan yang bijak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.
