Abstract

Le cours de communication interculturelle à l’UNNES traite de la culture en Française et en Indonésie, comprenant la nourriture. Sur la base des observations faites par la chercheuse, il existe plusieurs gastronomies indonésienne et française qui sont presque similaires, donc la chercheuse est intéressée à faire une recherche en appliquant l’apprentissage par projet basé sur les activités interculturelles faire des recettes de la cuisine indonésienne-française. Cette recherche utilise une approche expérience. Cette étude examine les étapes l'apprentissage par projet sur la basé des activités interculturelles pour former les étudiants écrivent de recettes à contenu interculturel. Les variables de cette étude sont faites des recettes de la cuisine indonésienne-française pour les étudiants du semestre III. Dans cette étude, il y a quatre étapes principales dans l'application de l'apprentissage par projet. Les résultats de l'application de l'apprentissage par projet sur la basé des activités interculturelles se présentent sous la forme d'un livret de recettes de la cuisine indonésienne-française donc dans le livret, il y a 4 recettes indonésiennes et 4 recettes françaises presque similaires, ainsi que 8 recettes d’innovations. In Universitas Negeri Semarang, there is Communication Interculturelle course which studies about French and Indonesian cuisine, including typical food. The previous research shows some of Indonesian gastronomy same as France gastronomy, so we are interested to research apply project based learning on intercultural activity in making French-Indonesian cuisine recipes. The researcher applied experiment app to do this research. This research discus steps of project based learning on intercultural activity to train the students in writing the cuisine recipes with cross cultural. Variable of this research is writing skill of the third semester students which focuses on Indonesian-French recipes. There are 4 main steps of this research in applying project based learning: planning, designing, executing, and reporting. The result of the application of the project based learning is an Indonesian-French recipes and its innovations consisting of 4 Indonesian recipes and 4 almost identical French recipes, and 8 innovation recipes

Abstract

  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and  work environment on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang. The research method used  this research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were employees of PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang.. The sampling method used by the author in this study is the saturated sample method, where the sample is the employees of PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang, totaling 53 employees. The data collection method used in this research is primary data. The primary data taken is the data from the answers of the respondents, amounting to 53 respondents. The results of this study indicate that leadership style a partial effect on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable or (3,853 > 2,007). This is also strengthened by the value of Sig. < 0.05 or (<0.001 < 0.05). The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable or (4,170 > 2,007). This is also reinforced by the value of Sig.<0.05 or (<0.001 < 0.05). leadership style and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable or (122,631 > 3.18), this is also strengthened by the value of Sig. < 0.05 or (<0.001 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study explores an information retrieval system for news document search, leveraging both syntactic and semantic approaches. The Word2Vec model, utilizing the skip-gram architecture, is employed to capture semantic relationships between words, transforming news articles into vector representations. Semantic similarity is measured using Word Mover’s Distance (WMD) and Cosine Similarity, while a syntax-based method employs regular expressions for keyword matching. The dataset comprises 2,813 news articles from Liputan6.com and Tempo.co, collected between 25–31 August 2019, containing 25,951 unique words. Preprocessing steps include case folding, filtering, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming to enhance data quality. The system was evaluated using six user queries, with performance assessed through Precision@k and Mean Average Precision (MAP). Results indicate that Word2Vec with Cosine Similarity achieved the highest MAP score of 76.86%, outperforming WMD (75.65%) and regular expressions (72.06%). This demonstrates the effectiveness of semantic-based retrieval for news documents. Future work should focus on larger datasets and advanced models like Doc2Vec to improve retrieval accuracy and contextual understanding.
