Abstract

ABSTRAK             Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh  kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh  kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Medika BSD Tangerang.            Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan  Rumah Sakit Medika BSD Tangerang Tahun 2016 sebanyak 151 orang. Adapun sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode  random sampel yang bersifat heterogen dimana data ini diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber utama dan diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diperoleh dari Karyawan Rumah Sakit Medika BSD Tangerang Tahun 2016. Adapun alat pengujian hipotesis menggunakan software SPSS  22.            Dari hasil uji regresi didapatkan variabel kompensasi (X2) memiliki nilai beta yang paling besar yaitu 0,483 dengan signifikansi 0,000, diikuti oleh variabel  kepemimpinan (X1) dengan nilai beta 0,227 dan signifikansi 0,009. Nilai R Square menunjukkan nilai 0,347 atau 34,70%, hal tersebut bisa diartikan bahwa 34,70% kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Medika BSD Tangerang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan kompensasi, sisanya sebesar 65,30% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain.            Kesimpulannya adalah kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan  dan kompensasi. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kompensasi. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Kinerja

Abstract

An orphanage is a social institution that provides protection, care and education for children who are neglected, orphaned or do not have families who are able to care for them. The background to the establishment of an orphanage is closely related to various social, economic and cultural factors that exist in society. Overall, the background to the establishment of orphanages involves a combination of complex social, economic, cultural and policy factors. Although the main goal is to provide protection and education for children in need, challenges and changes in society continue to influence the role and function of orphanages in responding to the needs of neglected children. However​ at the orphanage care sometimes Where does the problem of bullying occur ? matter the is a serious situation and can impact the emotional and mental well-being of the children living there. Method used​ in activity devotion public This is with give training and socialization To use build pattern think and be enthusiastic children House For understand and can " fight" bullying. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengabdian ini berjudul Dampak Buruk Pemakaian  Media Sosial Terhadap Semangat dan Capaian Belajar Siswa SMP Arraisiyah  PamulangTujuan dilakasanakan pengabdian ini adalah  untukmembantu siswa dan siswi dalam memahami literasi internet dan  media sosial, dan memberikan wawasan siswa dan siswa tentang dampak  buruk yang terjadi dari ketergantungan media sosial serta bagaimana Implementasi  yang baik dengan pemakaian media sosial dengan bijaksana untuk meningkatkan semangat dan capaian belajar siswa                        Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah dengan  mengadakan kunjungan kepada siswa dan siswi di SMPArraisiyah  Pamulang dan  memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan  di lokasi tersebut.Persiapan yang dilakukan adalah segala hal yang terkait dengan materi, bahan dan alat sesuai dengan tema secara baik dan benar. Hasil persiapan tersebut dimaksudkan agar materi tersampaikan dengan dan mudah dimengerti serta dipahami oleh para siswa siswi SMP Arraisiyah  Pamulangdan serta kami tidak lupa akan selalu memantau hasil dari pasca PKM ini apakah berhasil diterapkan sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang diharapkan dari tujuan PKM ini.Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalahMedia sosial  di gemari oleh siswa-siswi SMP Arraisiyah  Pamulangdalam memperoleh informasi, Namun tidak sedikit para kalangan siswa-siswi melakukan penyalahgunaan media sosial mereka tidak sesuai aturan waktu sehingga menganggu waktu belajar dan  menurunkan semangat dan capaian belajar.Denganadanya  pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dalam rangka pencegahan dampak buruk pemakaian media sosial terhadap semangat dan capaian belajar siswa. Dengan adanya materi ini siswa SMP ARRAISIYAH PAMULANG diharapkan dapat bertambah wawasan intelektual dalam pembentukan karakter yang baik dan bijaksana terhadap pemakaian media sosial sehingga dapat di manfaatkan untuk meningkatkan semangat dan capaian belajar siswa di sekolah menjadi lebih tinggi.Kata Kunci: Dampak Buruk Pemakaian Media Sosial, Semangat dan Capaian Belajar Mahasis

Abstract

Kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikanbagaimana meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada diri peserta didik di era pandemi covid-19 pada YPMS Darussalam agar menjadi siswa/i yang kreatif dalam menghadapitantangan di masa pandemic covid-19.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM)ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi serta role play dalam konteks mensosialisasikanbagaimana cara meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada diri peserta didik agar menjadisiswa/i yang kreatif dalam menghadapi pembelajaran di era pandemi covid-19. Adapuntahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: Tahapan PersiapanMengunjungi YPMS Darussalam Kedaung Pamulang untuk mengajukan proposalPengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), Pembagian kerja (jobdesk) anggota kelompokPKM, Penyusunan bahan/materi yang akan dibawakan saat kegiatan PKM berlangsung,Tahapan Pelatihan, Membawakan materi pelatihan (training) tentang bagaimana carameningkatkan motivasi belajar pada diri peserta didik, Role Play, bagaimana mekanismenpembelajaran yang tepat agar menjadi siswa/i yang kreatif dalam menghadapi pandemicovid-19, Ice Breaking (games), agar peserta pelatihan (siswa/i YPMS Darussalam) tidakmengantuk dan tidak bosan dalam mendengarkan paparan materi.Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yaitu kami mengunjungi YPMS Darussalam danmengusulkan proposal yang telah kami buat agar kegiatan PKM dapat direalisasikan. Atasberbagai pertimbangan, akhirnya pimpinan YPMS Darussalam Kedaung Pamulangmemutuskan untuk memberikan izin kepada kami, Dosen Program Studi SarjanaManajemen Universitas Pamulang, untuk dapat mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihankepada peserta didik di YPMS Darussalam Kedaung Pamulang. Judul ini kami anggappenting karena dalam menghadapi era pandemi covid-19 dibutuhkan peningkatanmotivasi belajar siswa/i yang kreatif dan kompeten di bidangnya sehingga mampumelaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan baik dan maksimal. Dengan adanyasosialisasi dan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membawa dampak yang positif kepadaYPMS Darussalam pada umumnya dan para peserta didik pada khususnya agar semakintermotivasi dan mengembangkan motivasi belajarnya.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Pandemi, Covid-19

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Bengkel Nawilis CabangParung Bogor ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang bagaimanamelaksanakan pelatihan terhadap karyawan dan bagaimana meningkatkan pemberian reward danpunishment bagi karyawan serta meningkatkan motivasi karyawan dalam belerja.Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu tahapsurvei yaitu sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menyusun berbagai hal yang akan disampaikan padasaat kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yang meliputi: penyusunan materi yang akandiberikan, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi, pembagian tugas tim pengabdian dan survei kelokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitu sebelum kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan terlebihdahulu dilakukan tahap sosialisasi yaitu melakukan silaturahmi dengan kepala sekolah,menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan jalinankerjasama dan menentukan jadwal kegiatan pengabdian. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdianpada masyarakat adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis jurusan manajemen sebanyak 5orang. Tim pengabdian memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk materi dan praktek dalammenghadapi permasalahan yang ada.Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan bagiPara Peserta (karyawan) di Bengkel Nawilis Cabang Parung Bogor agar mereka terlatihmeningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya serta motivasinya semakin meningkat dalam upayamemperbaiki skill mereka. Ilmu yang diperoleh pada Pengabdian Masyarakat kali ini diharapkanmampu memberikan semangat baru bagi kita dalam menyampaikan materi dan motivasi sertaberkontribusi bagi generasi muda, baik dilingkungan dunia usaha, kampus dan keluarga.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pelayanan, After Sales

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence leadership style and work motivation have on employee performance at PT Bagoes Global Central Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 65 respondents, and data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The research results show that: (1) Partially there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance at PT Bagoes Global Central Jakarta. This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 20.301 + 0.789 x1, the correlation value is 0.767. The coefficient of determination value is 76.7%, and the t value is 5.334 > t table 1.998 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Partially there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance at PT Bagoes Global Central Jakarta, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 14.029 + 0.884 x2. The correlation value is 0.669. The coefficient of determination value is 66.1%, and the t value is 2.346 > t table 1.998 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bagoes Global Central Jakarta, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y= 13.114 + 0.602 (x1) + 0.340 (x2). The coefficient of determination value is 62.1%. And the Fcount value is 50.894 > Ftable 3.15 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and  work environment on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang. The research method used  this research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were employees of PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang.. The sampling method used by the author in this study is the saturated sample method, where the sample is the employees of PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang, totaling 53 employees. The data collection method used in this research is primary data. The primary data taken is the data from the answers of the respondents, amounting to 53 respondents. The results of this study indicate that leadership style a partial effect on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable or (3,853 > 2,007). This is also strengthened by the value of Sig. < 0.05 or (<0.001 < 0.05). The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable or (4,170 > 2,007). This is also reinforced by the value of Sig.<0.05 or (<0.001 < 0.05). leadership style and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Paragon Tecchnology And Innovation Factory Departement at Jatake Tangerang as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable or (122,631 > 3.18), this is also strengthened by the value of Sig. < 0.05 or (<0.001 < 0.05).

Abstract

The increasing need to improve household income in rural areas has encouraged innovative approaches to community empowerment. This study focuses on educating the residents of Desa Cicalengka, Banten, on crafting plant media from recycled plastic bottles, aiming to promote environmental awareness and provide alternative income sources. The purpose of this community service activity was to enhance the economic capacity of local households by equipping them with practical skills in upcycling plastic waste into useful planting containers. The activity was conducted at the Desa Cicalengka Office, Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency, Banten, on September 28-29, 2024. The implementation involved 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang and 31 community members from Desa Cicalengka. The methods included material presentation, hands-on practice, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding and skill acquisition. Results indicated that participants successfully created functional planting media from plastic bottles and expressed increased awareness of waste management and income diversification. This initiative not only promoted sustainable environmental practices but also empowered the community by providing them with a simple, replicable technique to generate additional household income. The positive reception suggests the potential for scaling and integration into wider community development programs.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information in today's era poses significant challenges for youth, particularly in shaping strong character and moral values. Responding to this issue, the Community Service Program (PKM) titled "Efforts to Build Youth Character through Education at Tajaul Karomah, Situgadung Village, Tangerang Regency" was conducted to instill positive character values among students and educators. The main objective of this PKM activity was to strengthen the moral foundation and personal development of the youth through educational approaches and interactive learning methods. The activity was carried out on May 4, 2025, at the Tajaul Karomah Educational Institution Hall in Situgadung Village. It involved 15 lecturers from Pamulang University as facilitators and 45 participants consisting of students and teachers from Tajaul Karomah. The implementation method included material presentations, simulations, group discussions, and Q&A sessions. The PKM process was divided into three main stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. The results of the activity showed increased awareness among participants regarding the importance of character education, better understanding of values such as discipline, responsibility, and respect, as well as improved interaction between educators and students. This program effectively supported the educational institution’s mission to cultivate morally sound and socially responsible youth.

Abstract

A positive work environment plays a crucial role in enhancing the motivation and performance of human resources, especially in rural community settings. This community service activity aimed to examine the influence of a positive work environment on the motivation and performance of human resources in Desa Cicalengka, Kecamatan Pagedangan, Kabupaten Tangerang. The implementation took place at the Desa Cicalengka Office on May 5, 2024. The activity was conducted by 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang and involved 27 local community members as participants. The methods applied included material presentation, practical exercises, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The PKM activities were systematically carried out through stages of planning, execution, and reporting. Results from the activity indicated that fostering a positive work environment significantly improved participants’ motivation and overall work performance. Community members showed increased enthusiasm, commitment, and cooperation in their respective roles after participating in the program. This improvement is expected to contribute to sustainable development and better governance in the village administration. The findings highlight the importance of continuous community empowerment efforts focused on creating supportive and motivating workplace conditions. Future programs are recommended to maintain and further develop these positive environmental factors to ensure long-term benefits.
