<![CDATA[AbstrakSalah satu problematika pada era digital saat ini adalah terkikisnya sikap tasamuh siswa, hal ini terlihat dari seringnya kasus bullying, pertengkaran antar siswa, perilaku siswa yang fanatik tidak mau menghargai perbedaan pendapat menunjukkan karakter ta’asshub. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana sikap tasamuh siswa MAN 1 Pasuruan dan bagaimana peran guru di era digital dalam merekonstruksi sikap tasamuh siswa MAN 1 Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus retrospektif dengan analisa data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 25% dari total populasi siswa MAN 1 Pasuruan secara acak dan perwakilan guru mata pelajaran MAN 1 Pasuruan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket kuesioner melalui google form, wawancara, observasi di lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih ada siswa MAN 1 Pasuruan kurang bersikap tasamuh. Terbukti adanya beberapa siswa yang tidak pernah menghargai perbedaan pendapat sebagai suatu yang setara dan insani, tidak pernah bekerjasama dengan teman dan guru tanpa memandang suku, ras etnis, dan status sosial dalam kegiatan dikelas maupun di sekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peran guru sangat dibutuhkan dalam merekonstruksi sikap tasamuh siswa sebagai upaya meminimalisir problematika yang ada. Dari hasil penelitian menujukkan guru MAN 1 Pasuruan tanpa disadari telah berperan membangun sikap tasamuh siswa, namun perlu ditingkatkan dan diterapkan secara rutin agar semakin merekonstruksi sikap tasamuh siswa secara signifikan. Untuk itu perlu adanya penekanan terhadap peran guru melalui peningkatan strategi pembelajaran afektif berupa proses pembiasaan dan memberikan contoh keteladanan yang baik terhadap siswa. Harapannya hasil penelitian ini dapat menginformasikan dalam merekonstruksi sikap tasamuh siswa di lingkungan Madrasah. Kata Kunci: tasamuh, peran guru, era digital Abstract One of the problems in the current digital era is the erosion of students' tasamuh attitudes, this can be seen from the frequent cases of bullying, fights between students, fanatical behavior of students who do not want to respect differences of opinion, showing the character of ta'asshub. This research aims to find out what the tasamuh attitude of MAN 1 Pasuruan students is and what the role of teachers in the digital era is in reconstructing the tasamuh attitude of MAN 1 Pasuruan students. The method used in this research is a retrospective case study with descriptive qualitative data analysis. The sample used was 25% of the total population of MAN 1 Pasuruan students randomly and representatives of MAN 1 Pasuruan subject teachers. Data collection techniques use questionnaires via Google Form, interviews, field observations and documentation. The results of the research show that there are still MAN 1 Pasuruan students who lack tasamuh attitudes. It is proven that there are some students 2 who never respect differences of opinion as equal and human, never collaborate with friends and teachers regardless of ethnicity, race, ethnicity and social status in activities in class or at school. Based on this, the teacher's role is very much needed in reconstructing students' tasamuh attitudes as an effort to minimize existing problems. The results of the research show that MAN 1 Pasuruan teachers have unwittingly played a role in building students' tasamuh attitudes, but they need to be improved and implemented regularly in order to significantly reconstruct students' tasamuh attitudes. For this reason, there needs to be an emphasis on the role of teachers through increasing affective learning strategies in the form of habituation processes and providing good role models for students.
