Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) memiliki pengaruh terhadap pergerakan harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI dan pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan 5 perusahaan dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 43 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi data panel menggunakan Random Effect Model dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan CAPM tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, EPS berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, CAPM dan EPS tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan secara simultan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode pendidikan islam yang diterapkan oleh Rasulullah saw. sebagaimana tercermin dalam dua hadis shahih, yakni hadis Muslim No. 2581 dan Bukhari No. 347. Latar belakang kajian ini adalah urgensi peneladanan metode pendidikan Nabi dalam membentuk karakter siswa di era modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research) sebagai teknik utama dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kedua hadis tersebut, Rasulullah menerapkan prinsip pendidikan berbasis kasih sayang, keteladanan, dan penghormatan terhadap potensi individu. Selain itu, terdapat unsur pembinaan karakter melalui pendekatan yang persuasif dan situasional. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa metode pendidikan Rasulullah bersifat fleksibel, humanis, dan relevan untuk diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan Islam kontemporer.

Abstract

Abstrak: The Influence of Using E-Learning And Self-Efficacy on Students' Learning Achievement In The Covid-19 Pandemic.Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong semua sekolah di Indonesia melaksanakan pembelajaran secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: 1) penggunaan e-learning terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemic covid-19; 2) self efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemic covid-19; 3) penggunaan e-learning dan self efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal menggunakan desain ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X program studi Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Pengasih sejumlah 72 siswa. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan e-learning terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19 sebesar 33,3%; 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19 sebesar 37,8%; 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan e-learning dan efikasi diri secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sebesar 40,4%. Kata kunci: E-learning; Pandemi covid-19; Prestasi belajar; Self efficacy Abstract: The Influence of Using E-Learning And Self-Efficacy on Students' Learning Achievement In The Covid-19 Pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has pushed all schools in Indonesia to carry out online learning. This study aims to determine the effect of 1) the use of e-learning on student achievement during the co-19 pandemic; 2) self-efficacy for student learning achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic; 3) the use of e-learning and self-efficacy on student achievement during the co-19 pandemic. This research conducted with causal associative research using ex post facto design with a quantitative approach. The population of this research was class X students of the Automation and Office Management study program at SMK Negeri 1 Pengasih with a total of 72 students. Analysis of research data using simple regression analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of the study showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of the use of e-learning on student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic by 33.3%; 2) there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic of 37.8%; 3) there was a positive and significant effect of the use of e-learning and self-efficacy simultaneously on student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic of 40.4%.Keyword: E-learning; Covid-19 pandemic; Learning achievement; Self efficacy

Abstract

Indonesia's rapid digital transformation has led to an increase in the use of electronic systems in various sectors, but has not been accompanied by adequate regulatory readiness and legal infrastructure to protect people's personal data. The rise of data leakage incidents shows the weakness of the national data protection system, both normatively and institutionally. This research aims to analyze the legal challenges in the implementation of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and formulate normative solutions and policies that are adaptive to the development of digital technology. This research uses a normative legal approach with document analysis methods, statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Data was collected through literature study, regulatory analysis, case studies, and semi-structured interviews with relevant experts. The results show that the implementation of the PDP Law still faces structural challenges, including the absence of an independent supervisory authority, regulatory disharmony between sectors, and low public digital literacy. In addition, regulations have not been responsive to technological developments such as big data and artificial intelligence that bring new dimensions to the risk of privacy violations. This research recommends strengthening supervisory institutions, harmonizing sectoral regulations, and increasing public education on personal data rights as strategic steps towards an effective and adaptive cyber legal system in Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu problematika pada era digital saat ini adalah terkikisnya sikap tasamuh siswa, hal ini terlihat dari seringnya kasus bullying, pertengkaran antar siswa, perilaku siswa yang fanatik tidak mau menghargai perbedaan pendapat menunjukkan karakter ta’asshub. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana sikap tasamuh siswa MAN 1 Pasuruan dan bagaimana peran guru di era digital dalam merekonstruksi sikap tasamuh siswa MAN 1 Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus retrospektif dengan analisa data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 25% dari total populasi siswa MAN 1 Pasuruan secara acak dan perwakilan guru mata pelajaran MAN 1 Pasuruan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket kuesioner melalui google form, wawancara, observasi di lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih ada siswa MAN 1 Pasuruan kurang bersikap tasamuh. Terbukti adanya beberapa siswa yang tidak pernah menghargai perbedaan pendapat sebagai suatu yang setara dan insani, tidak pernah bekerjasama dengan teman dan guru tanpa memandang suku, ras etnis, dan status sosial dalam kegiatan dikelas maupun di sekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peran guru sangat dibutuhkan dalam merekonstruksi sikap tasamuh siswa sebagai upaya meminimalisir problematika yang ada. Dari hasil penelitian menujukkan guru MAN 1 Pasuruan tanpa disadari telah berperan membangun sikap tasamuh siswa, namun perlu ditingkatkan dan diterapkan secara rutin agar semakin merekonstruksi sikap tasamuh siswa secara signifikan. Untuk itu perlu adanya penekanan terhadap peran guru melalui peningkatan strategi pembelajaran afektif berupa proses pembiasaan dan memberikan contoh keteladanan yang baik terhadap siswa. Harapannya hasil penelitian ini dapat menginformasikan dalam merekonstruksi sikap tasamuh siswa di lingkungan Madrasah. Kata Kunci: tasamuh, peran guru, era digital   Abstract One of the problems in the current digital era is the erosion of students' tasamuh attitudes, this can be seen from the frequent cases of bullying, fights between students, fanatical behavior of students who do not want to respect differences of opinion, showing the character of ta'asshub. This research aims to find out what the tasamuh attitude of MAN 1 Pasuruan students is and what the role of teachers in the digital era is in reconstructing the tasamuh attitude of MAN 1 Pasuruan students. The method used in this research is a retrospective case study with descriptive qualitative data analysis. The sample used was 25% of the total population of MAN 1 Pasuruan students randomly and representatives of MAN 1 Pasuruan subject teachers. Data collection techniques use questionnaires via Google Form, interviews, field observations and documentation. The results of the research show that there are still MAN 1 Pasuruan students who lack tasamuh attitudes. It is proven that there are some students 2 who never respect differences of opinion as equal and human, never collaborate with friends and teachers regardless of ethnicity, race, ethnicity and social status in activities in class or at school. Based on this, the teacher's role is very much needed in reconstructing students' tasamuh attitudes as an effort to minimize existing problems. The results of the research show that MAN 1 Pasuruan teachers have unwittingly played a role in building students' tasamuh attitudes, but they need to be improved and implemented regularly in order to significantly reconstruct students' tasamuh attitudes. For this reason, there needs to be an emphasis on the role of teachers through increasing affective learning strategies in the form of habituation processes and providing good role models for students. It is hoped that the results of this research can inform the reconstruction of students' tasamuh attitudes in the Madrasah environment.  Keywords: tasamuh, teacher's role, digital era

Abstract

Multinational companies face challenges in managing financial data spread across various global branches. Distributed database architecture is considered a solution to integrate and manage data more efficiently and securely. PT. Syntax Corporation Indonesia as a multinational company has implemented this system, but its impact on the efficiency of financial data management and decision-making needs to be studied further. This research aims to explore the application of distributed database architecture in financial information systems in PT. Syntax Corporation Indonesia, as well as analyzing its impact on operational efficiency, risk management, and financial decision-making. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with case studies. Data was collected through interviews with relevant stakeholders, questionnaires to system user staff, and documentation related to system implementation and evaluation. The data were then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques and descriptive statistics. The implementation of distributed database architecture at PT. Syntax Corporation Indonesia has succeeded in improving the efficiency of financial data processing, accelerating decision-making, and improving system reliability. However, challenges related to the cost of implementation and staff training remain a major obstacle. This research provides recommendations for strengthening IT infrastructure and ongoing training for company staff.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan pada cara organisasi mengelola proses bisnis, termasuk dalam konteks sertifikasi kompetensi di Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP). Proses sertifikasi tradisional yang manual sering menghadapi hambatan seperti keterlambatan, duplikasi tugas, serta rendahnya transparansi alur kerja. Dalam era yang menuntut efisiensi dan akuntabilitas, penerapan teknologi berbasis visual workflow seperti Trello dipandang sebagai solusi inovatif untuk melakukan streamlining proses bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengevaluasi model streamlining proses sertifikasi kompetensi dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan Business Process Management (BPM) dan visualisasi tugas melalui Trello. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan (bottleneck) dalam alur sertifikasi, merancang proses bisnis berbasis Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), serta mengukur dampak penggunaan Trello terhadap efisiensi waktu dan akurasi administrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan dukungan analisis kuantitatif sederhana. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, kuesioner Likert, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Trello mampu mempercepat waktu proses sertifikasi rata-rata hingga 35%, mengurangi kesalahan administrasi sebesar 40%, dan meningkatkan kepuasan tim kerja. Trello juga terbukti meningkatkan transparansi, kolaborasi, serta pemantauan tugas secara real-time, sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja LSP

Abstract

Digital economy transformation has become one of the key factors in encouraging the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. As a contributor to more than 60% of GDP, MSMEs face the challenge of adapting to digitalization, especially in inclusive financial management. This research aims to: (1) analyze the readiness of MSMEs to adopt digital-based financial management, (2) identify effective strategies to increase global competitiveness, and (3) develop a conceptual framework for the transformation of the MSME digital economy towards the international market. The research method uses a mixed methods approach, with quantitative data collection through surveys of 300 MSMEs in four regions of Indonesia, as well as qualitative data through in-depth interviews with 30 MSME actors and stakeholders. Quantitative analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while qualitative data was analyzed through thematic analysis. The results showed that digital readiness had a significant effect on inclusive financial management with a path coefficient of 0.65 (p < 0.01), and inclusive financial management contributed to an increase in operational efficiency of up to 38%. In addition, the integration of digital technology encourages the acceleration of transactions and global market access. The qualitative findings confirm that MSMEs that adopt digital financial applications are better able to expand international networks through e-commerce platforms. This study emphasizes that policy interventions, digital financial literacy, and access to inclusive services are key factors in strengthening the global competitiveness of Indonesian MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) outline the Tahfidzul Quran programs at MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah and MA Al-Fathmiyah Lamongan, 2) examine how each school manages the survival of their Tahfidzul Quran programs, and 3) compare the differences in management approaches between the two schools. It employs a qualitative methodology with a multi-site study design, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Analysis follows Huberman's method, involving data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings indicate that while MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah's Takhassus Tahfidz program is internally managed, MA Al-Fathimiyah's program is overseen by LPTQ and implemented within a formal institution. Additionally, MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah's program is integrated with the boarding school, while MA Al-Fathimiyah's is executed by the formal institution on behalf of LPTQ, which is owned by the Foundation.

Abstract

Background: Syria is one of many Arab countries in the Middle East that are undergoing revolution and civil war. It was motivated by the authoritarian attitude of the government and the economic downturn that occurred until there was popular resistance to Bashar al-Assad's regime. This conflict in Syria has attracted worldwide attention, because one of these cases in Syria has entered into the most glaring case today, namely regarding human rights violations. Aim: This paper is intended to discuss the role of the United Nations (UN) in human rights violations in the Syrian conflict, the conflict in Syria the ruling government that uses the tools of the state (military) to deal with protests by its people, thus, triggers a domestic battle between the government (the ruling regime of Bashar al-Assad) and the civilians. Method: This paper uses qualitative research techniques with role theory analysis, with  a realist theory approach, namely by describing the roles of international organizations (United Nations) where through secondary data, produce descriptive data according to analysis and existing facts of the subject or object observed. Findings: Efforts by the UN and the international community to uphold human rights in Syria are to send former UN secretary-general Kofi Annan to trade in Syria, as well as the Arab League, which calls for opposition groups to unite and proposes the establishment of a transitional government on the proposal of the UN.
