Abstract

PT. PEB is one of the groups of PT. PBT which is engaged in industry. To support the raw material that is needed by the company, a decision support system is proposed in selecting the best supplier. This study aims to analyze supplier selection and can help provide analysis of suppliers based on the criteria desired by the company, there are 8 criteria, namely low prices, quality goods, timeliness in delivery, availability of goods, good service to customers, delivery time, discounts, and payment due. Then as an alternative, there are 50 suppliers who have collaborated with the company. The selection of the best suppliers was analyzed using the TOPSIS and SAW methods, the results obtained from each method. In the TOPSIS method, CV.AP got the highest score of 0.779 while the SAW method, CV.CH got the highest score of 0.963. Then the results of the calculation program speed of the two methods are also different, the TOPSIS method is completed in 0.0327 seconds and SAW is completed in 0.0371 seconds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan tingkat psychological well-being pada guru honorer di kecamatan Abung Semuli. (2) Mengidentifikasi butir item skala psychological well- being pada guru honorer di kecamatan Abung Semuli yang terindikasi paling rendah sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai usulan pemberian topik bimbingan. (3) Mengusulkan topik bimbingan guna mengoptimalkan, memelihara, dan menjaga psychological well-being guru honorer di kecamatan Abung Semuli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik populasi dengan jumlah sampel 36 guru honorer. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tingkat psychological well-being yang berjumlah 50 item valid dan memiliki indeks realiabilitas Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,959. Penyusunan item berdasarkan pada aspek psychological well-being yaitu penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi (kemandirian), penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Hasil penelitian: (1) skor tingkat psychological well-being guru honorer di kecamatan Abung Semuli diperoleh 35 atau (97,20%) guru honorer masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, 1 atau (2,80%) guru honorer masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan tidak ada guru honorer yang masuk dalam kategori sedang, rendah, dan sangat rendah. (2) dari hasil analisis item, peneliti menemukan 5 item yang dapat dijadikan usulan pemberian topik bimbingan yaitu item pada nomor 7 pada aspek penerimaan diri dengan indikator menerima berbagai aspek diri termasuk kualitas baik dan buruk , 3031 pada aspek otonomi (kemandirian) dengan indikator menghadapi tekanan sosial, 3435 pada aspek otonomi (kemandirian) dengan indikator mengatur tingkah laku sendiri. (3) usulan topik yang dipilih oleh peneliti yaitu memompa semangat mencapai kualitas hidup terbaik, kecakapan dalam mengembangkan diri dan keluar dari zona nyaman, dan berani dalam menentukan pilihan hidup

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out at Rainbow Kids Kindergarten as an effort to improve teacher competency in implementing interactive learning based on digital technology. The problem faced by partners was the limited use of interactive digital learning media, so the learning process was not optimal in increasing student engagement and motivation. The purpose of this activity was to provide training on the use of the Quizizz application to teachers as a fun interactive learning innovation that is appropriate to the characteristics of early childhood. The implementation method included socialization, material delivery, demonstration of application use, hands-on practice in creating interactive quizzes, and activity evaluation. The implementation results showed an increase in teacher understanding and skills in designing and implementing game-based learning. In addition, teachers became more creative and innovative in compiling interesting and participatory learning materials. This activity is expected to contribute to improving the quality of learning and supporting digital transformation in early childhood education environments.
