Abstract

Employees receive routine services and compensation in the form of salaries as part of their work performance through company operations. However, several companies still rely on manual payroll processing, including those that participated in a recent business exhibition. One such company continues to use Microsoft Office applications to manage payroll data manually. This outdated method significantly slows down the process of generating employee payslips and frequently leads to calculation errors in employee compensation. Furthermore, the Human Resources Department (HRD) is required to manually verify all data before integrating the final salaries of permanent employees into the monthly payroll report. This process is not only time-consuming but also increases the risk of human error and administrative inefficiency. As a response to these challenges, the company developed a web-based employee compensation information system. This system is designed to automate the entire payroll process, from attendance tracking and allowance calculation to deductions and payslip generation. With simultaneous salary data entry and report generation, the system improves business performance, enhances accuracy, and reduces processing time. The final outcome of this study is an automated payroll system that adheres to predefined business rules and allows for easy future updates. Most importantly, it helps reduce human error in payroll calculations by up to 60%, offering a more efficient and reliable payroll management solution.

Abstract

PT. PEB is one of the groups of PT. PBT which is engaged in industry. To support the raw material that is needed by the company, a decision support system is proposed in selecting the best supplier. This study aims to analyze supplier selection and can help provide analysis of suppliers based on the criteria desired by the company, there are 8 criteria, namely low prices, quality goods, timeliness in delivery, availability of goods, good service to customers, delivery time, discounts, and payment due. Then as an alternative, there are 50 suppliers who have collaborated with the company. The selection of the best suppliers was analyzed using the TOPSIS and SAW methods, the results obtained from each method. In the TOPSIS method, CV.AP got the highest score of 0.779 while the SAW method, CV.CH got the highest score of 0.963. Then the results of the calculation program speed of the two methods are also different, the TOPSIS method is completed in 0.0327 seconds and SAW is completed in 0.0371 seconds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web untuk mendiagnosis Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku pada ternak sapi dengan metode forward chaining pada studi kasus Peternakan Bapak Ladi. Pengetahuan pakar direpresentasikan sebagai aturan IF THEN sehingga gejala terstandar dapat ditautkan ke lima kategori Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku yaitu oral dominan, podal atau kuku, laktasi, juvenil atau pedet, serta akut generalisata. Arsitektur terdiri atas basis pengetahuan yang memuat penyakit, gejala, aturan, serta ambang, mesin inferensi berbasis data, dan basis data MySQL yang diakses melalui antarmuka web. Pengembangan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan ERD dan LRS serta UML yang meliputi use case, activity, sequence, dan class, lalu implementasi modul otentikasi, pengelolaan data master, konsultasi diagnosis, dan pencatatan riwayat. Pada proses konsultasi, pengguna memilih gejala, kemudian sistem menghitung rasio kecocokan setiap aturan terhadap total gejala relevan, memperoleh persentase, menyeleksi kandidat yang melewati ambang, lalu mengurutkannya untuk menentukan hasil terbaik beserta rekomendasi penanganan. Pengujian kotak hitam memverifikasi fungsi utama sesuai spesifikasi, sedangkan pengujian kotak putih menilai ketepatan perhitungan, alur cabang, dan stabilitas proses inferensi. Hasil menunjukkan sistem memberikan penyaring awal yang cepat, konsisten, dan mudah ditelusuri, sekaligus menstandarkan pencatatan gejala di lapangan. Dari sisi operasional, platform web memperluas akses pengguna, memudahkan pemeliharaan data, dan mendukung adopsi lintas lokasi tanpa instalasi khusus. Kontribusi penelitian terletak pada perancangan basis pengetahuan Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku yang terstruktur, penerapan forward chaining yang transparan, serta integrasi antarmuka ramah pengguna untuk mendukung keputusan awal pada peternakan sapi. Sistem juga membuka ruang evaluasi berkala aturan dan ambang guna menjaga relevansi keputusan di lingkungan nyata.
