Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of education management in an effort to develop students' creative thinking skills at SDN Kenari 07 Pagi in Mathematics. One of the advantages of managing education is that teachers are able to guide students in using the various concepts, principles and skills they have learned to solve the problems they are facing. With the implementation of educational management, the ability to think creatively can develop, because the creative thinking skills observed in this study are in the form of the ability to identify, analyze, solve problems, think logically and make decisions correctly and be able to draw conclusions

Abstract

Numeracy-based Cooperative Learning is the basis for students in solving mathematical problems. Based on the results of initial observations conducted on students at SDN Setia Asih 01 Bekasi Regency, it was revealed that working on math problems is a problem, therefore a numeracy-based Cooperative Learning learning model is needed. Thus, the ability of numeracy-based Cooperative Learning can be used as an alternative solution to educational problems. This study aims to analyze the ability of numeracy-based Cooperative Learning of grade VI students through numeracy-based Cooperative Learning for students in elementary schools. The type of research used is The method used in this study is a mixed method of quantitative and qualitative methodology, with the design used in this study is The exploratory sequential design. Respondents in this study were 32 grade VI students. Data analysis in this study used descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the ability of numeracy-based Cooperative Learning can significantly improve their mathematics learning. Students' numeracy-based Cooperative Learning abilities are influenced by Cooperative Learning by 44.2%. Meanwhile, 55.8% was influenced by other factors outside of student numeracy-based cooperative learning.

Abstract

Increasing Teacher Understanding by Learning Numeracy Skills (PKN) is a learning model based on solving mathematical problems that uses intelligence so that they are able to face everything that is new and complex. Increasing Teacher Understanding by Learning Numeracy Skills is a model that aims to instill and develop the learning process in teachers. The aim of community service activities is to increase knowledge which changes over time. The subjects of this community service are all teachers at SDN Setia Asih 01. Based on the results of observations, in the learning process teachers still use conventional teaching methods or are centered on the teacher as a provider of information. With the empowerment of teacher skills, it is hoped that students will improve their good numeracy skills from each problem-solving concept in the form of problem applications. Based on this, recommendations for solutions to problems need to be carried out through mentoring activities and increasing teacher understanding by learning numeracy skills both when learning is done at school or studying at home (online). The method used is through socialization, self-reflection and program mapping, measurement and evaluation
