Abstract

Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (BPPKB) kabupaten Sukabumi merupakan salah satu Dinas yang dimiliki oleh pemerintahan kabupaten Sukabumi dan salah satu bidangnya bergerak dalam pendistribusian Alokon/fasilitas kesehatan, Alokon/fasilitas kesehatan. Dalam pengolahan data dan persediaan barang belum terkomputerisasi dan belum adanya ketersediaan aplikasi yang menunjang untuk mempermudah pada proses pendistribusian barang alokon. BPPKB merupakan salah satu dinas yang tentu telah memakai sistem berupa perangkat komputer dalam menjalankan aktifitas kerja. Sistem ini menekankan sekumpulan elemen yang terdapat dalam suatu organisasi, perusahaan, aspek, dan sudut pandang yang berbeda sesuai dengan keterangan fungsi dalam hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem yang memiliki ciri dan karakteristik tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan data yang terkomputerisasi dapat diproses dengan mudah menggunakan Java Desktop dan MYSQL.

Abstract

An assessment of faculty performance are (1) the process of assessing how a person has worked compared to predetermined targets. (2) the process of documenting measurement, knowledge, skills, attitudes, and beliefs on the individual learner or groups of people, institutions, or the education system as a whole. GAP Analysis and Fuzzy Logic models Mamdani is a form of analysis and methods used in assessing faculty performance on AMIK Citra Buana Indonesia (CBI) Sukabumi. Analysis is conducted an analysis of the difference (gap) between the assessment by students and faculty performance and assessment standards institutes of some indicators of assessment, namely productivity, quality of work, problem solving and motivation and responsibility. Steps being taken in mamdani fuzzy methods are (a). Fuzzification. (B). Apps function implications (c). The composition of the rules with maximum method. (D). Centroid defuzzification method. The results of the research faculty performance assessment is fairly accurate with the difference between the appraisal value of 0.6 to the fuzzy method mamdani and use conventional methods that have been carried out by the institution.

Abstract

The development of information technology (IT) so rapidly, including for the field of ERP (Enterprice Resources Planning). To design and build an ERP system, it is necessary to first analyze the system to be built, especially for the design of Rekayas Software (RPL). The results of this study are expected to find the results of good and correct analysis so as to be able to implement the system into a program using JAVA. This research consists of several parts analysis. The core of this research is to review the problems that exist in the company, in determining user requirements or user needs, then generate design in the form of diagrams used as a system design tool. The point explanation that will be done is Business Overview, Organizational Structure, Department Description, User Requirement. While the design of the system using UML consisting of several diagrams are Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagrams, Entity Diagrams, Communication diagrams, State Machine Diagrams, Component Diagrams, Deployment Diagrams, Composite Structure Diagrams, Interaction Overview Diagrams, Object Diagrams , Package Diagram, Timing Diagram, The author takes the object case that is PT. Abstract

UMKM Roti Maryam Opay, located in Sukabumi, still uses a manual ordering system through WhatsApp or by customers coming directly to the production site. This system has many limitations, such as unstructured order recording, a high risk of data entry errors, and difficulties in summarizing daily, weekly, and monthly orders. In addition, customers find it difficult to place orders outside working hours or from certain areas. To address these problems, the author designed and developed a web-based bread ordering application using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The application development follows the Waterfall method, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, program implementation, program testing, and program maintenance. In the analysis phase, the author conducted direct observation and interviews with the business owner to understand the ongoing ordering process. The analysis results showed that the manual system caused inefficiencies and inconveniences for both admins and customers. In the design phase, UML was used to create important diagrams such as Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. The database structure was designed using ERD to clarify table relationships. The application features include user login and registration, product and bread variant management, ordering process with detailed delivery addresses, order management by admins, and automatic, structured transaction reports daily, weekly, and monthly.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Library Information System in Cisarua Sub-District, Sukabumi City. Currently, the library still employs a manual system for borrowing, returning, and recording visit data, which results in inefficiencies and difficulties in data management. This information system is developed using PHP and MySQL technologies, and applies the Waterfall development method to ensure a structured process. The system design adopts the Model-View-Controller (MVC) approach and utilizes UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, Class) to visualize workflows and interactions among components. Additionally, ERD diagrams and database normalization up to the third normal form (3NF) are used to maintain data integrity and storage efficiency, which are crucial for accurate information management. The implementation results indicate that this system can replace manual processes with a digital system, enhancing library administrative efficiency, providing automated and real-time reporting, and facilitating data access and search. Functional testing through the black-box method yielded positive results from library administrators, indicating that the system satisfactorily meets user needs. However, there are some limitations, such as the absence of overdue return notifications and an application. This research is expected to contribute significantly to improving library service quality and serve as a reference for the.

Abstract

In the digital era, social media has become a significant tool in redefining how Society participates in politics. Platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram enable individuals and groups to voice their opinions, organize movements, and influence public policy more directly and swiftly than traditional media. This study aims to examine the transformation of political participation in the digital age, focusing on the role of social media in shaping public opinion and mass mobilization. The research method used in this study is a literature review. The research finds that social media has the power to expand the reach of political participation, especially among younger generations and marginalized groups who were previously difficult to engage through traditional political channels. However, this study also highlights several challenges, including spreading misinformation, opinion polarization, and the risk of political manipulation through social media algorithms. In conclusion, social media has great potential to transform political participation, but it also requires a cautious approach to managing its negative impacts. Further research is needed to understand how policies can be adapted to this new reality to ensure more inclusive and healthy political participation in the digital age.
