Abstract

The teaching of Indonesian in elementary schools is one area of education that is drastically changing in the digital age. It has been demonstrated that incorporating technology into language instruction improves instructional efficacy, enriches students' literacy experiences, and makes learning more engaging and individualized. By looking at numerous scholarly sources from the previous five years about the use of technology in Indonesian language learning, this study uses a literature review methodology. The findings of the study demonstrate that the use of technology, including digital libraries, augmented reality (AR), e-books, and applications based on artificial intelligence, helps students improve their language proficiency in speaking, writing, listening, and reading. Additionally, technology contributes to learning assessment by enabling more efficient and objective evaluations through digital platforms. Nonetheless, there are still issues with technology adoption, including the digital divide, infrastructure preparedness, and teachers' proficiency in making the most of technology. Thus, in order to enhance the quality of Indonesian language instruction in elementary schools, a thorough approach to technology integration is required.

Abstract

This theoretical analysis examines the conceptual frameworks and scholarly perspectives on employee commitment in organizations, synthesizing current literature to develop a comprehensive understanding of commitment-building strategies. Through an extensive review of contemporary organizational behavior theories, we explore the multifaceted nature of employee commitment and its theoretical implications for organizational success. The study analyzes various theoretical models of employee commitment, identifying key constructs and their interrelationships. The analysis reveals that employee commitment is conceptualized through multiple theoretical lenses, including social exchange theory, organizational support theory, and the job demands-resources model. This paper contributes to the academic discourse by proposing an integrated theoretical framework for understanding and developing employee commitment, considering both individual psychological factors and organizational contextual elements.This study examines the evolution of employee commitment concepts within the modern business context, focusing on theoretical frameworks including Social Exchange Theory, Organizational Support Theory, and the Job Demands-Resources Model. Employee commitment is regarded as a critical element for organizational success and stability, encompassing affective, continuance, and normative dimensions. In addition to psychological factors, work environment, and job satisfaction, the research highlights the need for a holistic approach in strategies to develop employee loyalty. Through a literature analysis, this study aims to provide comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and retention within organizations.Keywords: employee commitment theory, organizational loyalty, theoretical framework, organizational behavior, workplace psychology

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kolaborasi yang dilakukan oleh Aerostreet terhadap minat beli dari konsumen. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua jenis. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kolaborasi sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah minat beli. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu non-probability purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden mengetahui brand Aerostreet dan berusia antara 17-26 tahun. Sampel yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner di analisis dengan, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji korelasi spearman, uji parsial (t), uji koefisien determinasi dan uji regresi linear sederhana kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kolaborasi yang dilakukan oleh Aerostreet dengan brand, seniman atau tokoh masyarakat memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan bagian indirect PT Mitsuba Indonesia di Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 118 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier linier sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan bagian indirect PT Mitsuba Indonesia di Tangerang, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai thitung 7,848 > ttabel 1,993 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan bagian indirect PT Mitsuba Indonesia di Tangerang hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai thitung 7,274 > ttabel 1,993 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Beban Kerja Dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Bagian Indirect PT Mitsuba Indonesia di Tangerang, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai Fhitung 45,261 > Ftabel 3,97 dengan tingkat siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05.
