Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelengkapan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di RSIA Moelia Muara Bungo. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan total sampling 33 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner beban kerja dan lembar observasi kelengkapan pendokumentasian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki beban kerja sedang (57,6%) dan melakukan pendokumentasian tidak lengkap (72,7%). Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Spearman Rho menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kelengkapan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan (p=0,006; r=0,466). Semakin tinggi beban kerja, semakin tidak lengkap pendokumentasian yang dilakukan. Ketidakseimbangan rasio perawat-pasien dan kompleksitas tugas menjadi faktor utama yang berkontribusi pada fenomena ini. Optimalisasi beban kerja melalui penyesuaian rasio tenaga kesehatan serta implementasi sistem dokumentasi elektronik direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan.

Abstract

Minimum service for patient satisfaction is above 95%. Jambi Province has 195 community health centers. As many as 49.74% of community health centers provide services that do not meet standards. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between medical staff communication and patient satisfaction while receiving health services at the Kuamang Jaya Community Health Center, Bungo district. The methodology in this research is cross-sectional. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the research show that the implementation of therapeutic communication by staff at the Kuamang Jaya Health Center is quite good. Most patients are dissatisfied with the staff's therapeutic communication. There is no significant relationship between medical staff communication and Kuamang Jaya Health Center patient satisfaction, with a p value (0.289) > 0.05. Based on the research results, it is recommended that community health centers improve the Therapeutic Communication skills of officers by attending workshops or seminars on therapeutic communication in health services.

Abstract

According to Programmer for International Student Assessment (PISA) in 2023, Indonesia is ranked 5th in terms of bullying cases in the world out of 78 countries surveyed, where 42% of 15-year-old students in Indonesia become victims of bullying within 1 month. Based on the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) 2023, it is stated that 236 cases of physical and psychological violence occurred. This research aims to determine the effect of bullying prevention education on students' attitudes and behavior. This research uses a Pre-Experimental research type using a design (One group pre-post test), research time 06 June 2024 at SMPN 1 Padang Laweh with a population of 60 students with a total sampling technique. Based on univariate analysis, it was found that the majority, namely 39 respondents (65%), had a positive attitude, and almost half, namely 28 respondents (46.7%) had low bullying behavior before being given bullying prevention education. Based on the Wilcoxon test, the results of the research on the influence of bullying prevention education on students' attitudes showed a P-value = 0.683>0.05. It could be concluded that bullying prevention education had no effect on students' bullying attitudes. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test, it was found that the P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of bullying prevention education on student behavior. It is hoped that students will be able to understand and always apply attitudes and behavior to prevent bullying at school and in everyday life.

Abstract

In 2023, there were 19,593 cases of sexual violence against adolescents in Indonesia, with 9,047 victims aged 13-17 years, according to SIMFONI-PPA West Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on adolescent knowledge and attitudes about sexual violence. This research method is pre-experimental. The population is 169 students. The research sample is 63 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test. A total of 32 respondents (50.8%) had sufficient knowledge before receiving Health Education. A total of 60 respondents (95.2%) had sufficient knowledge after receiving Health Education. There is an effect of Health Education on adolescent knowledge and attitudes about sexual violence at SMPN 2 Sitiung with a P value = 0.000. The school should form a special team of teachers and students in preventing sexual violence at school.
