Abstract

Self-efficacy is the belief in own abilities to be success in specific situation. Three dimensions of self-efficacy included magnitude, strength, and generality. Informational system of integrated service centre is an administrational system which could be used to accommodate and help the cadre in documenting of the integrated service centre activities. Aim of this study was to comprehend the difference of self-efficacy before and after integrated integrated service centre informational system supervision. This study design used One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. Study population were Cadres of Flamboyant integrated service centre. Samples of the study were 8 respondents. Sampling technique used total sampling. Paired t-test used to comprehend the difference of self-efficacy before and after intervention. Study result showed that there was a difference of self-efficacy before and after integrated integrated service centre informational system assistance with mean pre-test and post-test was –4.06250, there was tend to increasing of knowledge before and after integrated integrated service centre informational system assistance. P-Value was 0.019, there was association between efficacy and supervision.Keywords: Service center informational system, Self-efficacy, supervision

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate how well MTS Muhammadiyah Maligi students have been socialized about the risks associated with smoking, drugs, alcohol, and other addictive substances (NAPZA). This socialization program was created to provide adolescents with a thorough understanding of the adverse effects of drug and cigarette use, given the increasing incidence of these behaviors in this age group. This research utilizes a qualitative methodology that combines participatory observation and in-depth interview methods. The research findings show that students' knowledge and awareness of the risks associated with drug use and smoking have significantly improved after the implementation of the socialization program. In addition, their attitudes towards initiatives to stop the use of illegal drugs have also improved. In short, this socialization was successful.

Abstract

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has been over yet; one of the effects of this pandemic is plenty of hospitals in Indonesia have been applying for temporary health service closure. Objective: This study aimed to analyse the effect of health service closure during the COVID-19 pandemic. Design: Simple study literature is the method for this study. Data Sources: This study used two different search processes. The first search process came from online news platforms (detik.com, kompas.com, and okezone.com), which used a combination of the words “COVID-19”, “emergency room”, “hospital”, and “closed” during November 2020. The second search was from the database (CINAHL, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, PubMed, SpringerLink, and Wiley Online). Review Methods: The guidelines of the second search used Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis. Both searching processes applied COVID-19 and hospital closed or emergency department closed as the keywords from November 2020-January 2021. Results: The first finding showed more than 300 news about health service closure, and the second showed 13 selected articles. There were 42 health service unit closures from 16 provinces in Indonesia. These closures had disadvantages effect for patients, nursing care and nursing education side. Conclusions: Total or partial health service closure could be happened due to increased patient capacity, delays in the treatment of the patient, many nurses getting infected by COVID-19, and nursing students cannot practice directly. Therefore, this issue needs innovative solutions to keep the nursing student placement going well by considering safety for the patient, nurses, nursing students, and trainer/ facilitator.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in the Teluk Selong Road repair project, Martapura Barat District, Banjar Regency, with the main focus on improving the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) through education on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in piling works. The main issue faced was the high risk of work accidents due to the unstable environment along the Martapura River's edge and the use of heavy machinery during the construction process. This program aims to enhance workers' awareness and discipline regarding the importance of PPE usage and the implementation of safe work procedures according to OHS standards. The implementation methods included technical guidance, daily field supervision, and regular evaluations and feedback. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in PPE compliance among workers, the development of a better safety culture, and the creation of comprehensive documentation that can serve as a reference for similar projects in the future. This program not only had a direct impact on the protection of workers but also has the potential to encourage further research and the development of safety policies in the construction sector. Therefore, participatory OHS education has proven to be effective in improving work safety and productivity in high-risk project environments.

Abstract

Minimum service for patient satisfaction is above 95%. Jambi Province has 195 community health centers. As many as 49.74% of community health centers provide services that do not meet standards. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between medical staff communication and patient satisfaction while receiving health services at the Kuamang Jaya Community Health Center, Bungo district. The methodology in this research is cross-sectional. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the research show that the implementation of therapeutic communication by staff at the Kuamang Jaya Health Center is quite good. Most patients are dissatisfied with the staff's therapeutic communication. There is no significant relationship between medical staff communication and Kuamang Jaya Health Center patient satisfaction, with a p value (0.289) > 0.05. Based on the research results, it is recommended that community health centers improve the Therapeutic Communication skills of officers by attending workshops or seminars on therapeutic communication in health services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep etika seksual dalam rumah tangga keluarga Islam menurut pemikiran Husein Muhammad dengan melihat pada permasalahan yang terjadi dalam ranah domestik menyangkut pola hubungan perilaku seksual antar anggota keluarga yang cenderung disebabkan oleh relasi seksual yang timpang. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kontribusi pemikiran Husein Muhammad dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan etika seksual yang menyebabkan terjadinya kasus-kasus kekerasan seksual dalam rumah tangga. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik deskriptif analisis digunakan dalam menganalisa dan memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif atas sumber-sumber rujukan baik itu berupa naṣ (ayat al-Qur’an dan hadis), artikel ilmiah terpublikasi, maupun sumber-sumber ilmiah lainnya dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika seksualitas Islam dalam hubungan rumah tangga sejatinya berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan universal, seperti, kesetaraan, keadilan, tolong menolong, penghormatan atas harkat dan martabat manusia, dan kasih sayang. Di samping itu, prinsip-prinsip seksualitas tersebut juga berkontribusi dalam membangun pola hubungan keluarga yang sejalan dengan semangat ajaran Islam dan dapat membentuk ketahanan keluarga yang ideal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Elderly is someone who has reached the age of 60 and above aging is not a disease, but a process that gradually results in cumulative changes, is a process of decreasing the body's resistance in facing stimuli from within and outside the body. To determine the relationship between the motivation of the elderly and the visit of the cultural work elderly Posbindu at BKR Jorong Barat working area of the Sitiung 1 Public Health Center, Dharmasraya Regency. The research method used is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional study design in which the independent variables and dependent variables are measured simultaneously with the accidental sampling technique.  Based on bivariate analysis using the One sample T-test with data processing using SPSS, the results showed that there was a relationship between elderly motivation and elderly posbindu visits with P value = 0.000 < 0.05. Here is a positive relationship with visits to the cultural work of the elderly Posbindu at BKR Jorong Barat working area of the Sitiung 1 Dharmasraya Public Health Center. Keywords: Elderly Motivation, Posbindu Visit  ABSTRAK Lansia adalah seseorang yang telah mencapai usia 60 tahun keatas menua bukanlah suatu penyakit, tetapi merupakan proses yang berangsur-angsur mengakibatkan perubahan kumulatif, merupakan proses menurunnya daya tahan tubuh dalam menghadapi rangsangan dari dalam dan luar tubuh. Untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi lansia terhadap kunjungan posbindu lansia karya budaya di BKR jorong barat wilayah kerja puskesmas sitiung 1 kabupaten dharmasraya. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study yang merupakan variabel independen dan variabel dependel diukur dalam waktu yang secara bersamaan dengan teknik acidental sampling. Berdasarkan analisa bivariat menggunakan One sample T-test dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS didapatkan hasil adanaya hubungan motivasi lansia terhadap kunjungan posbindu lansia dengan hasil P value = 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat hubungan kotivasi terhadap kunjungan posbindu lansia karya budaya di BKR jorong barat wilayah kerja puskesmas sitiung 1 dharmasraya. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Lansia, Kunjungan Posbindu
