Abstract

The education office has been present in Indonesia since independence was proclaimed. In its development the work program of the service always experiences amazingly fast dynamics. This is in order to meet the needs of the educational academic community in the field. This study aims to describe the duties and responsibilities of the Department of Education in carrying out its program so that it can be useful for the community. The research method used in this research is literature study. The main data in this research is based on published journal articles which are corroborated by arguments about theories in education management. The findings in this study are the education office implements its work program in the duties and main functions of the education office. It has the same meaning as a work program.

Abstract

The research purpose is to describe the cooperative type learning model Think,Talk,Write to increase the students’ independence and achievement of the student learning at English subject of the first class SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Selatan Lahar Regency. The subjects of the research are the students of X IPA at the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020 SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Selatan. The research design used is classroom action research and quotient experiment. The instuments used are the tes instruments of objective questions given ti the students at every cycle.Non test instruments used are the observation sheet of teacher’s activity and the observation sheet of students’ independence. The data of test result is analized by using descriptive statistics and the data of on test result is analized by using quantitative description. From the result of this research shows that the cooperative type learning model Think,Talk and Write can increase independece and achievement of the students learning of X IPA class SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Selatan Lahat regency.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Transformasi digital dalam tata kelola pendidikan menjadi bagian penting dalam mewujudkan good school governance. Kabupaten Lahat menghadapi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan PPDB yang masih manual dan semi-digital sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan inefisiensi, keterbatasan transparansi, dan inkonsistensi prosedur. Tujuan: Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Penerimaan Siswa Terintegrasi (SIPERI) sebagai platform PPDB online untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas layanan pendidikan. Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama April 2023–Januari 2024 menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang terintegrasi dengan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Tahapan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan dan uji coba, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta implementasi dan evaluasi dampak. Hasil: Implementasi SIPERI mempercepat proses verifikasi administrasi dari 2–3 hari menjadi kurang dari 1 hari, menurunkan kesalahan input data, serta meningkatkan transparansi kuota dan hasil seleksi secara real-time. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna mencapai 87% berdasarkan survei internal. Kesimpulan: SIPERI berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan tata kelola PPDB berbasis digital di Kabupaten Lahat dan dapat direplikasi pada daerah dengan karakteristik serupa.
