Abstract

Hospital Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are provisions for hospitals issued by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in the context of government efforts to ensure the quality of hospital services. This Minimum Service Standard can be used as a guideline for the quality of service for every hospital in Indonesia. This research aimed to study the infrastructure and human resources with implementation of minimum service standards in the Emergency Department (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo, East Luwu. The research used in this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach, in which all observed variables are measured simultaneously when the research is taking place. This research was conducted in the Emergency Room Installation Room (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo East Luwu. Sample selection with total sampling technique. The research subjects were 33 nurses in the IGD Lagaligo Wotu East Luwu Regional Hospital. The results showed that the results of the bivariate analysis used the Chi-Square Test. It shows that there is a relationship between infrastructure with implementation of minimum service standards with a value of p = 0.008, and there is a relationship between human resources with implementation of minimum service standards with a value of p = 0.000.

Abstract

The organizational culture has a strong influence throughout the hospital, apart from being an identity, it is also a reference or guide for nurses’ behavior. The relationship between organizational culture and work productivity of nurses has a positive impact on the hospital, where organizational culture can lead nurses to be productive. This study aimed to find out the extent of involvement and consistency with the work productivity of nurses in Lagaligo Wotu Regional Hospital, East Luwu Regency. This study was a quantitative research with a correlation descriptive research design. The research subjects were 81 nurses in the inpatient room of I Lagaligo East Luwu Regional Hospital. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of bivariate analysis using the Spearman Correlation test showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between work involvement and productivity with a value of p = 0.001, and there was a positive and significant relationship between consistency and work productivity. with p value = 0.001.

Abstract

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja perawat dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Metode: Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perawat di ruang rawat inap dan sampelnya dipilih berdasarkan syarat inklusi dan ekslusi dari 114 populasi, yaitu 37 perawat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan desain penelitian analitik korelasi Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat (chi-square). Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat di ruang rawat inap termasuk dalam kategori kurang puas pada tingkat kepuasan kerja, yaitu 56,80%. Sebagain besar perawat termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik pada mutu pelayanan keperawatan, yaitu 54,05%. Hasil analisis hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan menggunakan chi-square diperoleh nilai p = 0,368 lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi 5% yang berarti Ho diterima. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja perawat dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan
