Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) mengungkapkan bahwa sekitar 12.230.142 ibu hamil di seluruh dunia mengalami masalah selama trimester ketiga kehamilan, dengan 30% mengalami masalah kecemasan saat melahirkan. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan didapatkan data sebanyak 158 ibu hamil trimester III. Hasil wawancara pada ibu hamil trimester III didapatkan 3 dari 5 ibu mengalami kecemasan. Kecemasan ini umumnya disebabkan oleh ketakutan dalam menghadapi persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara hubungan paritas dengan kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III dalam menghadapi persalinan di Puskesmas Mlati II Sleman. Desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan waktu yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 61 pada penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai p value 0.000 (p-value < 0.05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara paritas dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III dalam menghadapi Persalinan Di Puskesmas Mlati II Sleman. Kesimpulan ibu hamil yang sudah pernah melahirkan cenderung akan bisa meminimalisir kecemasan dibanding dengan ibu hamil yang belum pernah melahirkan. Saran diharapkan kepada responden agar menyiapkan fisik dan mental yang prima serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang hal-hal yang perlu dilakukan menjelang proses melahirkan melalui buku, media massa maupun media elektronik sehingga kecemasan ibu selama kehamilan trimester III dapat berkurang.

Abstract

The impact of high age of life expectation places most of aged women to complain about their premenopausal age. This issue happens as a signal that perhaps they are not ready, and the worse, many of them do not know about women menopausal phase on the other hand. Thus, this study aims to see the correlation of premenopausal age women knowledge about menopause with their readiness to face it. The research design of this study was an analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population of this study is women aged 40 to 49 years old who attended Sei Pancur Health Centre through purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted on June 2017 by using questionnaires as the research instrument. Further, the data collection was analyzed by chi square statistical test. The result reveals 52.5% respondents have good knowledge level on menopause, nevertheless, 57.5% respondents admit that they do not ready yet for that. The Pearson correlation obtained from the test shows p-value of 0.01 < 0.05. Therefore, the researchers conclude that there is a significant correlation of premenopausal age women knowledge about menopause with their readiness to face the menopause phase particularly the ones came to Sei Pancur Health Centre of Batam City on June 2017. To suggest, it is hoped that the health center to be able to provide more detail information about the menopause both in and outside their working environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost and profit of amplang processing business and determine the feasibility of amplang processing business. This research uses saturated sampling method or census. Data analysis using cost analysis and business feasibility analysis.  Based  on the  results of the  analysis  of costs  incurred amounted to Rp 100.696.857 / month, profit of Rp 139.303.143 / month, R / C value of 2.38, payback period 1.16 month.
