Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the factors that cause the development of the Tondok Bakaru Tourism Village in Mamasa Regency and what are the strategies for developing the Tondok Bakaru Tourism Village in the Regency. Mamasa was then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and SWOT analysis. From the results of multiple regression analysis, the factors that cause the undeveloped Tondok Bakaru Tourism Village are accessibility, and human resources (HR), and the development strategy for the Tondok Bakaru Tourism Village, mamasa district with the SWOT analysis approach, namely strategies for increasing and developing tourist attractions, empowerment strategies human resources (HR), Strategy for making tour packages (nature, culture, education), Strategy for improving and monitoring facilities and infrastructure, Strategy for increasing and improving accessibility.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine the major causes impacting the absence of green open space in Makale City and to suggest strategies for the development of green open space in Makale City. This research technique is a quantitative-methods. The Chi-Square analysis tool was used to assess the key elements impacting the shortage of green open space in Makale City, while descriptive qualitative analysis was utilized to generate suggestions for the development of green open space in Makale City. The fundamental conclusion of this study is that, based on the Chi-Square results, the element of land availability has a substantial effect on the absence of variable Y or Green Open Space (RTH). Meanwhile, education is a crucial element influencing the absence of Green Open Space (RTH). The Regional Government as the manager of Green Open Spaces in Makale City, issuing regional regulations or planning documents related to the utilization of regional Green Open Spaces in Tana Toraja Regency, and the Regional Government as the person in charge of providing Green Open Spaces (RTH) in urban areas are the directions for the development of green open spaces in Makale City. Makale Kelurahan Bombongan immediately resolves problems related to inadequate land in Makale City and increases the number of green open spaces to meet the minimum quota of green areas, and re-evaluates green open spaces (RTH) in Makale urban areas with reference to the relevant regulations

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to calculate the area of availability and need for Green Open Space (RTH) in Panakkukang District, Makassar City, and formulate a strategy for fulfilling Green Open Space in Panakkukang District, Makassar City. This research is qualitative research that is interpreted descriptively. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative analysis using the Indonesian Green-Blue Index (IHBI) method and descriptive analysis. (1) The results of the analysis obtained from calculating the area of green open space needs based on the area and population in Panakkukang District have been met to reach 30%, by looking at the results of calculating the area of availability of green open space using the Indonesian Green-Blue Index method, which is 668.10 Ha with a percentage of 39.2% of the area of Panakkukang District. (2) The strategy of fulfilling green open space in Panakkukang District is to maintain and maintain the preservation of existing green open space by meeting the criteria for the Green Open Space function consisting of ecological, water catchment, economic, socio-cultural, and disaster management functions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan pendapatan masyarakat nelayan Di Kecamatan Mariso dan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat nelayan Di Kecamatan Mariso terhadap pembangunan CPI Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kecamatan Mariso dengan fokus lokasi di Kelurahan Panambungan yang merupakan kelurahan paling terdampak dari pembangunan CPI. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari empat variabel yakni : 1. Jumlah Populasi Nelayan, 2. Kesehatan Masyarakat, 3. Jarak Penangkapan, 4. Tingkat Pendidikan. Metode analisis yang digunakan  berupa analisis regresi regresi berganda, uji f, uji t dan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan Analisis regresi berganda, uji f dan uji t yang dilakukan maka kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yakni faktor yang menyebabkan sehingga terjadinya penurunan pendapatan masyarakat nelayan di Kecamatan Mariso terhadap pembangunan  CPI  Kota Makassar adalah jarak tangkap dan berdasarkan Analisis SWOT strategi yang dapat digunakan Memanfaatkan jumlah populasi nelayan yang ada dengan membentuk lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat nelayan guna merealisasikan perda kota makassar no.41 tahun 2001 tentang pembentukan pemberdayaan masyarakat nelayan. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause a decrease in the income of fishing communities in Mariso District and to identify strategies for improving the economy of the fishing community in Mariso District towards the development of CPI in Makassar City. This research is located in Mariso District with a focus on the location in Kelurahan Panepang, which is the village most affected by the CPI development. The variables used consisted of four variables, namely: 1. Number of Fishermen's Population, 2. Public Health, 3. Distance to Catching, 4. Education Level. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, f test, t test and SWOT analysis. Based on the multiple regression analysis, the f test and the t test were carried out, the conclusions in this study are the factors that cause a decrease in the income of the fishing community in Mariso District to the development of CPI in Makassar City is the fishing distance and based on the SWOT analysis strategies that can be used to utilize the number of fishermen population. that exists by establishing a fishermen community empowerment institution to realize the Makassar City Regulation No.41 of 2001 concerning the establishment of the empowerment of fishing communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh penerapan konsep blue economy terhadap pengembangan pariwisata di Pulau Maratua, Kabupaten Berau, menggunakan pendekatan analisis univariat dan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan merumuskan arahan konsep blue economy. Metode penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dengan para pemangku kepentingan lokal dan survei, serta data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process untuk menetapkan prioritas berdasarkan kepentingan dan pengaruh relatif dari setiap faktor. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan konsep blue economy secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Pulau Maratua Kabupaten Berau, dengan prioritas tindakan yang telah ditentukan melalui analisis univariat dan analisis Analytical Hierarchy Process. Saran diberikan kepada pemerintah, akademisi, dan masyarakat untuk fokus pada prioritas-prioritas ini dalam perencanaan dan implementasi strategi pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. This research explores the influence of the implementation of the blue economy concept on tourism development in Maratua Island, Berau Regency, using univariate analysis and analytical hierarchy process approaches. The research objective is to analyze and formulate the direction of the blue economy concept. The research method involved collecting primary data through interviews with local stakeholders and surveys, as well as secondary data from relevant literature. The data were analyzed using analytical hierarchy process to set priorities based on the relative importance and influence of each factor. This study concludes that the application of the blue economy concept can significantly improve sustainable tourism on Maratua Island in Berau Regency, with prioritized actions determined through univariate analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process. Advice is given to the government, academics, and communities to focus on these priorities in the planning and implementation of sustainable tourism development strategies.
