Abstract

Strategic management is a determinant of employee performance in the long term with the level of managerial decisions and actions. It includes environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. The research was conducted to analyze Sharia Strategic Management (MSS) at BMT Maslahah. It uses qualitative research methods, while data collection through interview techniques and documentation techniques. After the research was conducted, it was found that the strategic management process used by BMT Maslahah would be updated according to the needs and long-term development of the company. As for the strategy formulation, it is done by gathering all the members who will later be adjusted to the suggestions and the results of the joint discussion. The implementation of the strategy is adjusted to the existing mission at BMT Maslahah, such as managing cooperatives according to the identity of the students and also implementing the sharia system using the salaf book standards as well as in accordance with the fatwas of the National Sharia Council (DSN). It is stated that the BMT Maslahah in its implementation has implemented sharia principles which are marked by the implementation of four aspects differentiating it from conventional strategic management, including aspects of tawhid, orientation, motivation and sharia strategy.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada dasarnya manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang selalu membutuhkan orang lain, sehingga pada setiap manusia ada dorongan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Salah satu interaksi yang dilakukan oleh manusia dengan orang lain adalah dengan membangun hubungan kerja. Manusia bekerja sama dengan orang lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya, kolaborasi ini terjadi antara dua pihak yang saling membutuhkan. Salah satu pihak yang menyediakan layanan atau tenaga kerja disebut buruh. Sedangkan pihak lain yang menyediakan pekerjaan disebut majikan. Kolaborasi ini menghasilkan upah yang harus dibayar oleh pengusaha kepada pekerja. Upah untuk pekerja adalah sejumlah uang atau barang yang diterima pada waktu tertentu. Islam sangat memperhatikan masalah upah, ini terbukti dari penentuan tingkat upah minimum untuk pekerja dengan memperhatikan nilai penetapan upah yang layak dan adil. Upah yang adil diberikan berdasarkan tunjangan yang diberikan oleh pekerja dalam pekerjaan tertentu, yang dipengaruhi oleh jumlah uang yang diterima dan daya beli. Ini berarti upah pekerjaan harus sesuai dengan tunjangan yang diberikan oleh pekerja. Islam tidak merinci secara eksplisit tentang penetapan upah, ini terbukti dari tidak adanya ketentuan rinci dalam Al-Qur'an tentang upah minimum. Namun demikian penerapannya didasarkan pada pemahaman dan pemahaman teks-teks Alquran dan al-Hadits yang diwujudkan dalam prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan kelayakan. Allah SWT secara tegas mewajibkan majikan membayar upah para pekerja yang bekerja untuknya. Jumlah upah dalam Islam yang harus dibayar oleh majikan kepada pekerja didasarkan pada prinsip keadilan dan kelayakan, yang ditentukan melalui perjanjian yang didasarkan pada taradhin atau suka antara majikan dan pekerja. Penyimpangan upah dari aturan Islam menyebabkan pekerja merasa tidak puas dengan upah yang mereka terima. Padahal remunerasi dalam kerja sama sangat penting karena upah adalah bentuk remunerasi untuk tunjangan yang diberikan oleh pekerja di bidang pekerjaan tertentu. Memang remunerasi dalam pekerjaan bukanlah hal yang mudah untuk dilakukan, tetapi ini tidak berarti bahwa remunerasi yang layak dan adil tidak mungkin. Remunerasi berdasarkan aturan Islam akan membawa kemakmuran, tidak hanya kesejahteraan materi tetapi juga kesejahteraan spiritual

Abstract

Halal tourism is currently a new concern in the tourism industry because its growth has increased significantly. The main problem of this research is how the policy direction of the strategy, the implementation of policy direction in the development of halal tourism in Loang Baloq, and the inhibiting factors in implementing the halal tourism development strategy in Loang Baloq Beach. This study aims to find out how the management strategy in developing halal tourism in Loang Baloq. This study uses the descriptive qualitative research method, which is a study that seeks to obtain complete information to obtain information The observation and interview process is very important in data collection. From observations and interviews, it is expected to be able to explore the problems that exist in the development of halal tourism in Loang Baloq Beach to find out what strategies can be done to develop Loang Baloq Beach tourism in the eyes of local and National as well as in the welfare of local communities. Halal tourism development strategy in Loang Baloq. This includes increasing visitor comfort, and creating a friendly and friendly environment supported by (1) the development of halal tourist destinations including the development of halal tourism objects and the improvement of the development of halal tourism facilities and infrastructure (2) developing the Halal Tourism Industry Program including the development of the halal industry and halal facilities such as halal certificates.

Abstract

Sunset Land Beach is one of the tourist attractions in the South Ring Road area, Jempong Baru, Kec. Sekarbela, City. Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara is much sought after by tourists. This research aims to determine the strategy for developing halal ecotourism at Sunset Land Beach. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method, namely research that seeks to obtain accurate and effective information. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The main problem of this research is the strategy and implementation in developing sunset land halal ecotourism, as well as the inhibiting factors in implementing the sunset land ecotourism development strategy. The results of this research are that the strategy used in developing sunset land halal ecotourism is a program to increase the development of halal tourism facilities and infrastructure. The weaknesses of Sunset Land Beach include natural phenomena, halal certificates, and places of worship.

Abstract

This research aims to dig deeper into the role of the Mataram City Government, especially through the Department of Industry, in improving halal certification for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The main focus of this research is to understand the strategies and concrete steps taken by the Mataram City Department of Industry in supporting MSMEs to obtain halal certification, as well as their impact on the growth and development of MSMEs in Mataram City. In the data collection process, interview methods with stakeholders, including government officials and MSME owners, were used to obtain a comprehensive perspective on the efforts made by the Department of Industry. Apart from that, analysis of policy and program documents was also carried out to gain a deeper understanding of the policies that have been implemented and their impact on MSMEs. With this approach, it is hoped that the research results can provide a better understanding of the concrete contribution of the Mataram City Department of Industry in improving MSME halal certification, as well as provide valuable input for the development of more effective policies in the future. The research results show that the role of the Mataram city government in increasing the halal certification of MSMEs is Socialization and Assistance, Special Budget Allocation for Free Services, Quota for Issuing Free Halal Certificates, Collaboration Programs with the Central Government with Subsidies and with Private Parties.
