Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan Asta Brata Dan Disiplin Kerja dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pegawai di LPD se-kcamtn Gerokga, Penlitan i menguakn pedkatn kuantif, diman data-data yang digunakan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada seluruh karyawan LPD se-kecamatan Gerokgak yang diantrany LPDPejarkn,Sumberkima dn Pemutran yang berjumlah 5 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis semua pengaruh yang diteliti dalam penlitan i menujkan hsil yang positf dan signfkan terkait denga dany pengaruh Kompetnsi, Kepmipna Asta Brta dnDispln Kerja terhadp Kinerja Kryawn. Diman dari penlitan diperolh Kompetnsi Karywan menujkan pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selanjutnya kepemimpinan Asta Brat juga meproleh pengaruh yang positf dan signfkan terhadp Kinerja Karywan. Sedangk Displn Kerja uga meproleh pngaruh yang positf dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Sehingga dalam aplikasinya LPD se-kecamatan Gerokgak diharpkan untk menigkatn Koptensi, Kepmipna Asta Brat Dan Displn Kerja dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pegawai.

Abstract

The results of this study stated that the parameter coefficient value of the effect of Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance was positive and significant where the coefficient value was 0.542 and t value was 6.568 which turned out to be greater than t table 1.96 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.50 , the relationship between Training on Employee Performance is positive and significant where the coefficient value is 0.302 and t value is 3.400 with a significant level of 0.001 <0.50, the effect of Competency on Employee Performance is positive and significant where the coefficient value is 0.160 and the value of t is 2.499 which turns out to be greater than t table 1.96 with a significant level of 0.013 <0.50. So it can be concluded that the value of the positive coefficient and the value of t is greater than t table then it can be stated that the results of this study are significant so the first to third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to improve the SustainableCompetitive Advantage in the face of all the changes. This study uses aquantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study was aquestionnaire / questionnaire measuring devices in the form of Agree-DisagreeScale, which were selected for the study is the LPD board in Buleleng many as 53people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a structural equation model(Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based variance or Component based SEM,the famous so-called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 2.0. Allrelationships are examined in this study showed a positive and significant. Thisstudy recommends, in order to improve the Sustainable Competitive Advantage,the LPD can implement the Strategic Human Resource Practice, KnowledgeManagement and Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership and ability of village heads based on tri Kaya parisudha on the performance of village officials in Seririt District. The types of data from this study are quantitative and qualitative data and the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The problem in this study is whether leadership has an effect on the performance of village officials in Seririt District, whether the ability of village heads based on tri Kaya parisudha affects the performance of village officials in Seririt District. The results of this study are that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Device Performance in Seririt District Village, Tri Kaya Parisudha-Based Ability has a positive and significant effect on Device Performance in Seririt District Village.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan kinerja pegawai melalui budaya kerja, dan lingkungan kerja di Kantor Camat Sukasada. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pegawai Kantor Camat Sukasada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji model dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS ) dimana jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 57 dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja diterima dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja diterima.
