Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui pengembangan media pembelajaran Mit App Inventor dilihat dari hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hassil observasi pada studi pendahuluan yaitu dibutuhkannya modifikasi desaind pembelajan matematika yang menarik salah satunya media pembelajaran. Pengembangan system komonen utamanya Mit App Inventor pendukung dalam aplikasi ponsel berbasis Android. Tujuan dari dilakukanya penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh media pembelajaran yang layak digunakan, efektif, dan praktis. Jenis metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desaind), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi), dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah siswa kelas VII SMPN 26 Semarang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pree- experimental design dengan desaind penelitian one group pretest – posttest design. Hasil pengembangan dinyatakan bahwa Aplikasi Mit App Inventor pada materi Aritmatika Sosial valid digunakan berdasarkan perolehan validasi oleh ahli media 81,5%, ahli materi 79%, dan uji keterbacaan produk 90,4%, selain itu Aplikasi Mit App Inventor pada materi aritmatika sosial dinyatakan efektif digunakan karena adanya peningkatan pada rata-rata nilai siswa, berdasarkan perolehan rata-rata pretest siswa sebesar 46,9 dan rata-rata posttest diperoleh sebesar 73,2 Hasil Uji N gain juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil preetest dan posttest sebesar 0.48 yang diartikan adanya peningkatan dengan kategori sedang. Media Aplikasi Mit App Inventor materi aritmatika sosial praktis digunakan berdasarkan pada perolehan analisis sebesar 91% Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media ajar Mit APP Inventor materi aritmatika sosial yang telah layak digunakan oleh siswa.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Mit App Inventor dan hasil belajar

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of school principals as managers in improving the quality of education through sociocultural strengthening. A qualitative approach with a single-case study design was used to explore the managerial practices of school principals in planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising local culture-based programs, such as the Barongsai extracurricular program and the Adiwiyata program. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies, and then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validation through the triangulation of methods and sources. The results showed that school principals carried out managerial functions adaptively and collaboratively by involving local communities, developing programs based on the identification of environmental potential, dividing tasks based on teachers' competencies and interests, and implementing evidence-based supervision and reflective evaluation. This research presents implications related to the importance of contextual and value-oriented local cultural managerial leadership as a sustainable strategy in improving the quality of basic education, especially in multicultural environments.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the principal’s instructional leadership, the learning community, and their interaction affect learning quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design, data collection using psychological scales, and analyses using descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, and multiple regression. The study’s findings show that the principal’s instructional leadership significantly influences the quality of teacher learning, that the learning community has a significant impact on the quality of teacher learning, and that the quality of teacher learning is significantly influenced by both the learning community and the principal’s instructional leadership combined. This study provides implications: increasing quality learning requires synergy between school leadership and community learning; quality learning influences leadership and collaboration that form a culture of productive schools; and the Department of Education and Culture STEM should develop schools’ capacity and strengthen community studies.
