Abstract

This study aims to describe the moderate educational views of the Pondok Pesantren Wali Songo community in Ngabar Ponorogo and their efforts to prevent radical ideology. This is a qualitative research and the subject is the main source of data. The informants are the Kyai (the leader) and the Asâtîdh (the teachers) Council in the Pesantren. The results reveals that the Pesantren Wali Songo designed a curriculum that provided a comprehensive understanding of Islamic teachings. For example, the material of fiqh is embedded with uṣûl al-fiqh. In uṣûl al-fiqh, there are rules of istinbâṭ al-ḥukm besides the Quran and hadith such as ijmâ‘, qiyâs, ‘urf, maṣlaḥah al-mursalah, and maqâsid al-sharî‘ah so that fiqh is flexible. In addition, the Pesantren recruited a board of teachers who had moderate understanding and background in kâffah Islamic ideology. Santri (the students) are protected from information access and certain association  which lead to radicalism. In developing moderate Islam, the curriculum there require them to study books that explain the understanding of Islam Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jamâ‘ah.

Abstract

This academic paper discusses the creativity of third-grade teachers in improving students' interest in reading at MI Negeri Bengkulu Selatan, as well as identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers' creativity in enhancing students' interest in reading. The research type is field research, which is conducted directly in the field using a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The creativity of third-grade teachers in enhancing students' interest in reading includes: a) Developing teaching programs to enhance students' interest in reading, such as syllabi and lesson plans; b) Providing interesting books; c) Giving motivation, encouragement, and guidance for reading; d) Visiting the library; e) Developing learning strategies, such as introducing various books to students, including workbooks, textbook packages, comic books, storybooks, and others; f) Creating enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences, such as greeting students warmly and enthusiastically, showing appreciation, and singing together to create a joyful classroom atmosphere; g) Utilizing learning media effectively, such as visual and audio-visual media, images, and videos, and developing diverse teaching materials with attractive visuals and engaging content; g) Generating new innovations through guidance and counseling sessions. Otherwise, inhibiting factors for teachers' creativity in enhancing students' interest in reading include the lack of learning resources and available teaching media, as well as students' lack of awareness regarding the importance of reading books. Supporting factors, on the other hand, include teachers' interest in reading method books and learning strategies, as well as their active participation in KKG forums to attend training on teacher creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Educative Game Tools media on student learning outcomes in the Thematic subject of class 1 flat shapes at SDIT IQRA' 2 Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all first-grade students, while the sample in this study were students in grades 1A and 1B at SDIT IQRA' 2 Bengkulu City, with 26 students in each class. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are observation, tests and documentation. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the t test formula. The results of this study are that there is an effect of using Educative Game Tools on student learning outcomes in the Thematic subject of flat shape material at SDIT IQRA' 2 Bengkulu City between the control class and the experimental class. This is evidenced from the results of the calculation of the t-test test data for learning outcomes using the Independent Sample T-Test obtained t-count = 3.812 and t-table = 1.711. The significance value in the Sig table. (2 tailed) obtained 0.000 ≤ 0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on student learning outcomes in the thematic subjects of class flat material at SDIT IQRA' 2 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Peneltian ini menggunakan metode eksprimen dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design yaitu terdapat satu kelompok diberi pretest sebelum diberi treatmen/perlakukan, posyyest, dan selanjutnya observasi. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode demonstrasi terhadap kreativitas mozaik siswa MIN 01 Kota Bengkulu, subjek penelitian ini 36 siswa dan 2 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, obsetvasi dan dokumentasi. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu pedoman observasi, data yang diperoleh melalui instrument lembar pedoman observasi dideskripsikan dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik non parametrik menggunakan uji Willcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perkembangan kreativitas siswa MIN 01 Kota Bengkulu diperoleh nilai terendah sebesar 110, nilai tertinggi sebesar 270 dan nilai rata-rata 197,5. Perkembangan kreatvitas siswa setelah melakukan kegiatan mozaik di MIN 01 Kota Bengkulu mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai terendah sebesar 265 , nilai tertinggi sebesar 350 dan nilai rata-rata 308,9 dan Hasil penelitian jika dibandingkan sebelum dan setelah melakukan kegiatan kolase mozaik maka terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan kreativtas siswa MIN 01 Kota Bengkulu. Pengaruh ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata yang mengalami peningkatan antara nilai pretest yaitu 197,5 dan nilai posttest sebesar 308,9 serta dengan melakukan uji signifikansi menggunakan rumus tes ranking-bertanda Willcoxon, diperoleh hasil uji hipotesis p (0,002) ≤ 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.
