Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) siswa sekolah menengah atas di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan angket. Angket terdiri dari 16 butir pertanyaan yang bertujuan mengungkapkan motivasi siswa dimassa pandemi COVID-19. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 588 orang, yang terdiri dari guru PJOK sebanyak 48 orang, peserta didik sebanyak 344 dan orang tua sebanyak 197 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian “Motivasi Belajar PJOK Siswa SMA Pada Masa Pandemi Covid- 19 di Kep. Bangka Belitung”, yang telah dilakukan di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung terdapat peningkatan motivasi siswa tetap merasa termotivasi meskipun dalam keadaan kondisi pandemi sehingga pembelajaran PJOK masih tetap berlangsung. Motivasi belajar Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) siswa pada tingkat satuan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung mata pelajaran PJOK menunjukan hasil 57,75% dengan kreteria sedikit meningkat semangat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PJOK di massa pandemi COVID-19 dibandingkan dengan pada sebelumnya.The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation to learn Sports and Health Physical Education (PJOK) high school students in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method using a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 16 questions aimed at expressing students' motivation during the COVID- 19 pandemic. Respondents of this study were 588 people, consisting of 48 PJOK teachers, 344 students and 197 parents. Based on the results of the study "Learning Motivation for PJOK High School Students During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Kep. Bangka Belitung ”, which has been done in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands, there is an increase in the motivation of students to feel motivated even though in a pandemic condition so that learning PJOK continues. Motivation to learn Sports and Health Physical Education (PJOK) students at the unit level of High School (SMA) in Bangka Belitung Islands Province, the subject of PJOK shows results of 57.75% with slightly increased students' enthusiasm for learning about PJOK learning in the mass of the COVID-19 pandemic compared to before.

Abstract

Increasing the interest in tourist villages by both local and foreign tourists with the increase in human resources in the field of communication, especially communicating in English as the language most widely used as a liaison when communicating with foreign travelers. The members of the Pelangas Village Pokdarwis are hosts for visitors to the Sabong hill tour who must master the ability to speak good English. The purpose of this KKN activity is to organize training to help Pokdarwis members improve their English skills. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted before the program started, Pokdarwis members still do not have good skills in communicating using English for the benefit of travelers. In solving these problems, one good solution is through training methods or courses using English, namely by practicing/practicing directly using English in interacting with foreign travelers, outlining the potential for natural tourism, accommodation and equipment facilities for travelers. Based on the results of the field questionnaires given to the training participants, there were no obstacles or difficulties encountered in participating in this training. Pokdarwis and the Village Head felt very helpful with the English language training for tour guides, most of the participants could understand well all the material provided. The participants also realized the importance of deepening their English language skills, especially communication skills
