Abstract

At the present time, industrial business are facing the situation of increasingly intense competition, the emergence of competition beetween brand of the old with the emergence of new brand at the same products. Therefor, a better understanding of consumer behavior is needed to maintain by the company.This resaerch aim to find out of the influence of positioning, differentiation and brand equity to the consumer decision order to purchase energy drink of kuku bima ener – g. Using  the purposive sampling technique 100 respondents were obtained and become the sampel for this research. Data was analyze by using quantative  analyze which focused on multiple regresion.The result show, all variabel of independent has a direct corelation with the dependent variabel. Coeficient of determination show in the adjusted squre 85.9%  which mean that is influence purchasing decision can be explained by three independent variabel in this research. And remaining 14,1%  can be explained by other variables outside the model of the research.

Abstract

This research was aimed for knowing the influence between motivation and work stress against the employees’ performance of staffing and Organization General Bureau, staffing and Organization the Ministry of Tourism. This research used a quantitative approach through survey to 40 employees. All population is used as sample. Hypothesis test (t test) result that shows that the variable compensation affect significantly to these performance proved by t value about 2.693 which is more than t table. But the variable of work stress do not affect significantly with t value about 1.994 which is less than t table. The conclusion of this research is motivation is the most dominant variable over the performance of the employees. This means that increasing performance of the emplooyees can be seen from the way the institutions provide motivation to employees. Keywords: motivation, work stress, employee’s performance

Abstract

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan metode kombinasi Ceramah, Demonstrasi dan Latihan terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Palembang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 156 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas XI AK 6 dan XI AK 7 (kelompok eksperimen), serta kelas XI AK 2 dan XI AK 3 (kelompok kontrol). Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu deskriftif kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Dari pengujian hipotesis rata-rata hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen sebesar 91,47 berada pada ”Kriteria Baik” sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelompok kontrol sebesar 85,17 berada pada “Kriteria Baik”. Besar pengaruh penerapan tersebut sebesar 23% dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,49 berada pada “Kriteria Sedang”. Melalui persamaan regresi linier dummy variabel diketahui Ŷ = 85,175 + 5,45X. Selain itu pada uji U Mann Whitney sampel besar diperoleh harga Zhitung = 5,90 dan Ztabel alpha 0,05/2 = 1,96. Kriteria pengujian hipotesis bila Zhitung> Ztabel alpha 0,05/2 terima Ha, dan bila Zhitung ≤ Ztabel alpha 0,05/2, maka tolak Ha. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut, Zhitung = 5,90 dan Ztabel alpha 0,05/2 = 1,96, maka dengan demikian hipotesis berbunyi terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode kombinasi Ceramah, Demonstrasi dan Latihan (CDL) terhadap hasil belajar Komputer Akuntansi siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Palembang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 terbukti kebenarannya atau Ha diterima bila Zhitung> Ztabel, maka tolak Ho.Kata Kunci: Kombinasi Ceramah, Demonstrasi dan Latihan (CDL), dan Komputer Akuntansi.

Abstract

This research was aimed for knowing the influence between promotion effectiveness above the line and below the line to the attractiveness of visitor of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This research used a quantitative approach through survey to 150 visitors. Using a convenience sampling Hypothesis test (t test) result that shows that the variable above the line affect significantly to these attractiveness of visitor proved by t value about 5,867 which is more than t table. And the variable of below the line affect significantly with t value about 5,345 which is more than t tabel. The conclusion of this research is promotion of above the line and below the line be influential effectively increase the attractiveness of visitors of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This means that the promotional media which can increase the wishes of the people for a visit to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Keywords: promotion,above the line, below the line, marketing

Abstract

This study aimed to determine to what extent rebranding had effect on corporate reputation. Through the implementation of quantitative research design, this project involved Telkom customers of Bandar Lampung as population where the sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling and purposive sampling approach. The research instruments were questionnaires which were handed out to 100 customers of Telkom Bandar Lampung during May 2013 period. Afterward, the data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results showed the value of R square of company rebranding was 0.235 which indicated that the contribution X variable (rebranding) played significant role in influencing each additional of Y variable at 23.5% for corporate reputation while 76.5% were influenced by other factors. Further, hypothesis test results signified that t-test 5,486 was greater (>) than t-table 1,984 so that it can be concluded that rebranding had significantly affect Telkom Ltd. corporate reputation in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat banyak perubahan dalam gaya hidup masyarakat. banyaknya penggunaan komputer, terutama untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Para pengguna komputer berasal dari kalangan dan umur. Penggunaannya bisa berupa browsing, e-mail, bermain game, dan sebagainya. dengan game yang dikemas secara simple dan menarik bermanfaat sebagai media hiburan yang bersifat pembelajaran bagi anak-anak, serta dapat menjadi media alternatif bagi guru,dan orang tua dalam merangsang kerja otak anak serta menumbuhkan gairah anak untuk “belajar sambil bermain”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis game. Penulis mengumpulkan data, melakukan pengamatan, melihat, dan menganalisa secara langsung kepada objek. Diawal game ini dijalankan langsung memunculkan game quiz memilih gambar yang benar sesuai dengan soal. Game ini diawali dengan halaman depan,terdapat tombol menu halaman2 sampai dengan halaman5 terdapat soal,dan halaman ke 6 hasil skor.

Abstract

Abstrak     Kebijakan energi nasional adalah mengarahkan upaya-upaya dalam mewujudkan keamanan pasokan energi.  Penyediaan tenaga listrik yang bersumber dari energi terbarukan di Indonesia merupakan keharusan.  Beberapa alasan adalah adanya keterbatasan energi listrik  yang berasal dari fosil untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik seluruh rakyat, dan kebutuhan listrik yang terus mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan peningkatan ekonomi rakyat, serta adanya ekspansi industri nasional. Propinsi Jawa Tengah bermaksud meningkatkan pengelolaan energi baru terbarukan (EBT), antara lain pengelolaan sumber daya air.  Sungai Damar Kabupaten Kendal secara fisik potensial sebagai lokasi pengembangan PLTM.  Pengolahan potensi sungai Damar adalah dengan penentuan kapasitas pembangkit listrik tenaga mini hidro sesuai dengan kondisi sungai Damar.  Mengacu penelitian, elevasi ketinggian antara calon bendung penenang dengan calon power house 144 m, dan tinggi efektif 135 m.            Debit aliran sungai Damar maximum 4,9 m3/dt, rerata 2,2 m3/dt, dan  minimum 300 lt/dt.  Daya yang mampu dibangkitkan pada debit maksimum 5184,83 KW, pada debit air 60% 2073,93 KW, dan pada debit air minimum 518,5 KW.  Kapasitas generator yang sesuai spesifikasi pabrik untuk PLTM sungai Damar sebesar 2454 KVA.   Kata kunci : pembangkit, debit, daya Abstract National energy policy has  to be  efforts to achieve security of energy supply. Electricity  supply from the renewable energy in Indonesia is very important.  Some of the reasons are the limitations of electrical energy  from fossil and increasing of the electricity for  the all the people,  the demand for electricity continues to increase along with the increase in people's economy, as well as the expansion of the national industry. Central Java Province intends to improve the management of renewable energy (EBT) as well as  the management of water resources. Damar River at  Kendal has   potential for the development of micro power plants. Processing potential is by determining the capacity of a mini hydro power plant in accordance with the conditions of the river Damar Referring to the study, the elevation height between the prospective weir  with potential power house is 144 m  and the effective height of 135 m. Damar maximum river flow is 4.9 m3/sec with average flow is 2.2 m3/sec. The minimum flow  is 300 liters / second. The Power that can be produced electricity around  5184.83 KW with maximum flow and will be produced 2073.93 KW at maximum flow  60%  . The minimum  flow can be produced electricity 518.5 KW. The capacity of the generator according to the manufacturer's specifications for micro power plants Damar is 2454 KVA . Keywords: power, flow, power

Abstract

Abstrak Pembangkit tersebar yang terhubung di jaringan distribusi sedang dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik. Pemasangan pembangkit tersebut pada sistem eksisting memiliki efek terhadap kestabilan sistem, keandalan sistem, kualitas daya, dan sistem proteksi. Pada penelitian ini, optimasi kapasitas pembangkit tersebar dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode particle swarm optimization pada lokasi yang sudah ditentukan. Optimasi tersebut dilakukan untuk meminimalisir rugi daya aktif dan pengaruhnya terhadap indeks kestabilan tegangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data jaringan distribusi 69 bus dan jaringan distribusi Mrica05 Banjarnegara. Hasil simulasi menunjukan bahwa optimasi kapasitas pembangkit tersebar pada jaringan distribusi 69 bus dapat mengurangi rugi daya aktif sebesar 215,19 kW  dengan kapasitas optimum masing-masing ialah sebesar 548,08 kW, 584,75 kW dan 1200 kW. Pada Penyulang Mrica05, rugi daya aktif dapat dikurangi sebesar 28,97 kW dengan kapasitas optimum pada kapasitas maksimal dari rating pembangkit tersebar yaitu, 500 kW, 250 kW, 320 kW, dan 500 kW. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, selain dapat mengurangi rugi daya aktif, pembangkit tersebar dapat memperbaiki indeks kestabilan tegangan sistem. Kata kunci : Pembangkit tersebar, particle swarm optimization, rugi daya aktif, indeks kestabilan tegangan  Abstract Distributed generation that connected to distribution network is being developed to fulfill the need of electrical energy. The installation of the distributed generation on the existing system has effects to the stability, reliability, power quality, and system protection. In this research, optimization of distributed generation capacity is done by using particle swarm optimization methods on the specified locations. Optimization is caried out to minimize active power loss and the effect on voltage stability index.This simulation uses 69 bus and Mrica05 Banjarnegara distribution network data. The result shows that the optimum of distributed generation in 69 bus distribution network can reduce active power loss by 215,19 kW with the optimum capacity of each DG 548.08 kW, 584.75 kW, and 1200 kW. On a Mrica05 distribution network, active power loss can reduced by 28,97 kW with optimum capacity on the maximum capacity from distributed generation rates are 500 kW, 250 kW, 320 kW, and 500 kW. Based on simulation result, in addition to reduce active power loss, distributed generation can improve the voltage stability index system. Keyword: Particle swarm optimization, distributed generation, active power loss, voltage stability index

Abstract

Human resources have a major role in organizational activities, to mobilize and synergize other resources in achieving organizational goals. Employees together with leaders determine work goals, standards of achievement that must support and assess the results of achievement. The study of leadership, work skills, work motivation, performance is important for evaluation. This study aims to understand leadership, work ability on performance, the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office mediated by work motivation. The research sample was 255 people and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were collected using the method of observation and questionnaire, and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results obtained that the variables of leadership, work ability on work motivation, and work motivation support employee performance. Besides the leadership variable, work ability also influences employee performance.
