Abstract

This study aims to determine employee performance strategies through competence and work discipline. The population and sample used were employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Pati Regency in the general section, totaling 50 respondents. The data collected were 50 respondents from the Regional Secretariat Office of Pati Regency, specifically the general section. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. Data collection methods using primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis reveal that partial competence can be used as a strategy to improve employee performance through knowledge, skills, experience, attitudes, and education levels that support the positive and significant results of the analysis, as well as work discipline that to improve employee performance can use work discipline through high attendance, obeying the rules, obeying work standards, working ethically according to the results of the analysis which show positive and significant.

Abstract

Many factors can affect employee performance such as teamwork and work commitment. This study aims to analyze the effect of teamwork and work commitment on employee performance. The population in this study was all employees and the sample in this study were all employees of 50 respondents at PT. Duta Sarana Jaya Seventeen Semarang. Therefore, this study uses a saturated sampling technique, which means that the entire population is used as a sample or respondent. The analytical tool used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and the application uses SPSS ver. 20. Based on the analysis results show that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The public still complains about the performance of employees in Demak District, Demak Regency. Based on the research gap in previous research, this study aims to empirically test the role of knowledge sharing, employee competency, and employee empowerment to improve the employee's performance. The sample used in this research was 52 employees of Demak District, Central Java, taken using the census. The data was collected through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 25, including validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and R2 test. The results stated that sharing knowledge, employee competency and employee empowerment positively and significantly affected the employee’s performance. The implications state that employees should maximize their ability to convey their knowledge to other employees, prioritize the values of honesty, openness in work, and responsibility.
