Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence the behavior of the people of Denpasar in consuming fast food where there is the highest percentage of commodity types of population expenditure, namely in the food and beverage sub-group which has increased from year to year with the most regional classification is urban and experienced a significant increase in 2018 namely 44.12 percent in urban areas and 32.31 percent in rural areas. This shows that people prefer to consume processed foods and beverages rather than make their own home-made foods or consume traditional foods and urban communities tend to spend more on consuming processed foods and beverages. The data used in this study are primary data in this study obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who have met the established criteria and secondary data in this study were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The variables analyzed use path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects and the Multiple Test to determine the level of significance of the intervening variable as a mediating variable. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with 150 respondents. The results of the analysis show that buying motives have a positive and significant effect on lifestyle, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on fast food consumption behavior, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on culture, culture has a positive and significant effect on fast food consumption behavior, Lifestyle is a variable mediation between buying motives for fast food consumption behavior, Culture is a mediating variable between lifestyle for fast food consumption behavior. Based on the analysis that people tend to prefer fast food than traditional food in the cooking process made themselves so consumers need to consider consuming fast food with a companion supplement nutritional value of fiber are better than consuming fast food. The lifestyle of today can not avoid the era such at this time where the development of technology and information is growing rapidly with the flurry that a wide variety of fast food is certainly an option for the consumer. With the knowledge possessed by the people of the city of Denpasar should be more wise in determining the food menu that is consumed for health.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee discipline and employee performance on the management support system at CV. Asta Bali Cargo Denpasar. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Asta Bali Cargo Denpasar. The sample of this research is 50 respondents. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 25. The data collection procedure in this study used observation techniques, documentation studies, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results obtained from statistical analysis showed that the magnitude of the influence of work discipline on the management support system at CV. Asta Bali Cargo Denpasar is 51.4% by testing the hypothesis using the t-test, with the result that the work discipline variable (X1) has a significant effect with the t-count result of 4.087 and sig 0.000 on the management support system variable (Y). Employee performance variable (X2) has a significant effect with t-count results of 2.335 and sig 0.024 on the support system management variable.Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Management Support System ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari disiplin kerja karyawan dan kinerja karyawan terhadap manajemen support system pada CV. Asta Bali Cargo Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada CV. Asta Bali Cargo Denpasar. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS for Windows version 25. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisisdata menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari analisis statistikmenunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap manajemen support system pada CV. Asta Bali Cargo Denpasar adalah sebesar 51,4% dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t, dengan hasil bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dengan hasil t-hitung sebesar 4,087 dan sig 0,000 terhadap variabel manajemen support system (Y). Variabel kinerja karyawan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dengan hasil t-hitung sebesar 2,335 dan sig 0,024 terhadap variabel manajemen support system.Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Manajemen Support System

Abstract

Bank is an institution that acts as an intermediary that connects partieswho have excess funds with those who lack funds in the form of savings andchannel them again to the public in the form of credit or other forms, which aimsto improve the standard of living of the community considering its very importantfunction for the wheels of the economy and life. Public. the banking industry musthave superiority SDM good and have high competitiveness and have good performance. Therefore, a study was carried out with the title Excellence SDMand competitive on performance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk CabangDenpasar during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine theExceelence of SDM and Competitiveness of Performance PT. Bank TabunganNegara Tbk Cabang Denpasar. The sample in this study were employess PT. BankTabungan Negara Tbk Cabang Denpasar. The research method used in thisresearch is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The process focollecting research data using a questionnaire distribution technique to 56respondents and processed using SPSS. The data analysis technique in this studyis multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package For SocialScience) version 23 application. The results obtained by the author are that theadvantages of SDM positive and significant effect on performasce,competitineness has a positive and significant effect on performance, SDMexcellence and competitiveness together have a positive and positive effect onperformance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Cabang Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of product innovation and oncompetitive advantage in Pia Kukus Made Bali MSMEs; (2) to determine the effect ofmarketing performance on competitive advantage in Pia Kukus Made Bali MSMEs; and (3)to determine the effect of product innovation and marketing performance simultaneously oncompetitive advantage in Pia Kukus Made Bali MSMEs. This research is a research withcausal quantitative methods. The subjects in this study, namely Pia Kukus Made Baliconsumers and the objects of this research include product innovation, marketingperformance, and competitive advantage. In this study using a sample of 100 respondentswho are consumers of Made Bali Steamed Pia. The data source is primary data collectedthrough questionnaires. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS 25. The resultsof this study are: (1) Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on thecompetitive advantage of MSMEs; (2) Marketing performance has a positive and significanteffect on the competitive advantage of; (3) Product innovation and marketing performancetogether have a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of MSMEs.
