Abstract

This study aims to analyze the tofu production process in the household industry in Jambu Lor Hamlet. This research was conducted using observation methods and in-depth interviews with household tofu entrepreneurs in the area. The main focus of this study is to describe the stages of tofu production, starting from the selection of raw materials, the manufacturing process, to the distribution stage of the finished product. In addition, this study also evaluated factors that affect the quality of tofu products, such as soybean selection, processing techniques, and the influence of the surrounding environment. The results showed that despite using simple equipment, the household industry in Jambu Lor Hamlet was able to produce tofu with good quality, with some innovations in the production process tailored to the needs of the local market. This study is expected to provide useful insights for the development of the household tofu industry in the region and strengthen the local economic sector.

Abstract

Islamic education requires more attention today, especially in the era of globalization. Anyone who is not ready to compete, think and move fast, will be alienated or even crushed by the fast and dynamic wheels of globalization. Religious education is the process of transinternalization of knowledge and Islamic values to the learners through the undertakings of teaching, habituation, guidance, care, supervision, and development of their potential, in order to achieve perfection and harmony of life in this world and in the hereafter, both physically and spiritually. The role of parents and teachers in directing religious education is very important. They influence the process and the outcomes of education. However, it takes ways that parents can unify thoughts and perceptions with the teacher either through parenting or continuous communication, so that parents are aware of the need for moral and religious education of their children. Thus, the formation of morality and religion of the children can go through in balance; either children are in the home environment with his parents, or are in the school environment. Abstract

Ibn Taymiyyah is known as the inspiration of the Wahhabi movement that aims to the purification of the teachings of Islam. This movement departs from the separation between the ‘ub?diyyah and un-‘ub?diyyah teachings, which are also inspired by Ibn Taymiyyah's thought. In 'ib?dah, Ibn Taymiyyah holds the rule that as long as there is no ordered argument it should not be done. However, the notion of ib?dah according to Ibn Taymiyyah is not limited to mahdlah worship but more broadly. Whereas in mu'?malah, he holds the rule of allowing doing anything as long as there is no prohibition against it. In shaping the concept of 'ib?dah and mu'?malah, at first, Ibn Taymiyyah accepted it as something normative from the thought of Ahmad ibn Hanbal. But when he saw the social reality with the number of deviations' in ib?dah done by Muslims, the concept that has been obtained normatively from the thought of Ahmad ibn Hanbal is reaffirmed and expanded to become a sociological concept, in addition to being normative.
