Abstract

Based on the policies, policy directions and governance system for PT Vale's program implementation,has implemented the concept of Creating Shared Value (CSV), in three stages, namely The first stage; improvement of program quality and achievement targets, where at this stage PT Vale develops and improves product and packaging quality in order to enter a wider market, and open market access for manufactured products processed by program actors who already have standard quality. second stage; Productivity and value chain development, at this stage 5 superior products prepared to fulfill local marketing and Go Sulselbar, production achievement of 10,000 herbal drink cups, cultivated area up to 40 hectares to supply rice needs 3 tons/month organic for PT Vale employees, producing 15,000 fish products to fulfill the needs of fresh and healthy fish for Patra Catering and PT . employees Vale, Non-B3 (3R) waste management in partnership can create a value chain. Third phase; local cluster development through plan preparation and implementation program work, implementation of trainings for capacity building and institutions, support for the provision of facilities and infrastructure such as; fish pond for organic cultivation, making concrete boxes for fish apartments, supplying 3 units of combine harvester managed by BUMDESMA, and training on preparing vegetable farms organic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Maros Regent Office. This research was a quantitative research that shows a causal relationship. The sample in this study were 46 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis using percentages, averages, and standard deviations using simple linear regression analysis techniques, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t-test) with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows software. Simple regression analysis with the testing of research instruments using factor analysis to see the validity of the research instrument, reliability testing of research instruments, and testing for normality to see the distribution of data in the research variables.Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the organizational culture is in a very good category in terms of the t-control indicator, which is about supervision from the leadership of the employee, the respondent answers agree as much as 93%. Employee performance is in the fairly good category in terms of loyalty indicators, namely performance measured by employee loyalty to their duties and responsibilities in the organization, respondents answered agreeing as much as 91%. From the results of the study obtained the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance by 38.5% and 61.5% influenced by other variables that have not been taken into account in this study.

Abstract

Banyaknya pengaduan masyarakat berupa pelayanan yang berlarut-larut, mempersulit, diskriminasi pelayanan dan lamanya waktu penyelesaian pelayanan di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Kota Makassar menunjukkan adanya patologi birokrasi yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui patologi yang terdapat dalam pelayanan pengurusan paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Tipe penelitian adalah fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan studi lapangan (observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi). Teknik penentuan informan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian patologi birokrasi dalam pelayanan pengurusan paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Kota Makassar, menunjukkan masih adanya perilaku negatif dalam hal ini patologi birokrasi dalam memberikan pelayanan seperti, penyalahgunaan wewenang, yang terdiri pemanfaatan kekuasan dan jabatan, dan memperlambat proses penyelesaian. Diskriminasi, seperti perbandingan promordialisme, satu almamater, status sosial, dan status kekeluargaan. Upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya patologi birokrasi yang terdiri dari: pendisiplinan pegawai, yaitu kehadiran yang tepat waktu, dan menjunjung etos kerja serta peningkatan pengawasan, seperti sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memadai, dan penerapan budaya organisasi yang optimal.
