Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh institutional ownership yang dimoderasi dengan state ownership terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2014-2018, dengan total sampel sebanyak 89 perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan alat analisis menggunakan  SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) institutional ownership berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan dihitung dengan Tobin`sQ (2) efek moderasi dari state ownership dapat memperlemah pengaruh positif institutional ownership terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Pegadaian Syariah Digital Simpang Peut. With the aim of finding out whether service quality and brand equity have an influence on customer satisfaction. From the results of initial observations, the author suspects that there is a positive and significant influence between variable X on Variable Y as the hypothesis. Based on the results of the t test (partial test) for variable X1, the sig value is 0.005<0.05. and the t value shows a positive value, this means that variable X1 (Service Quality) has a positive and significant influence on variable Y (Customer Satisfaction). For the variable X2, the sig value is 0.000<0.05. and the t value shows a positive value, this means that variable X2 (Brand Equity) has a positive and significant influence on variable Y (Customer Satisfaction). Based on the results of the F ANOVA test (simultaneous test), variables X1 and X2 obtained a sig value of 0.000<0.05. and the F value shows a positive value, this means that the variables X1 and X2. simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant influence on variable Y. So the conclusion is that the hypothesis has been answered, namely Service Quality and Brand Equity have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction of PT Pegadaian Syariah Digital Simpang Peut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  Motivasi Kerja, Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Serta  Remunerasi Terhadap  Kinerja Karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 responden dengan random sampling (Sampel acak sederhana) sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda Y = 9,025 + 0,064 X1 + (-0,397 X2) + 0,803 X3 + e. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 75,1% dapat memberikan pengertian ada pengaruh antara Motivasi kerja, keselamatan  dan kesehatan kerja (K3) serta remunerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menujukan bahwa: 1) Motivasi kerja Berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Remunerasi Berpengaruh Positif signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 4) Motivasi kerja, Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3),serta remunerasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN Nusantara Power UPK Nagan Raya.Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja; Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3); Remunerasi; Kinerja Karyawan.
