Abstract

This research explores the influence of financial literacy, self-confidence in managing personal finances, and the use of fintech payments on the personal financial management of Sharia Financial Management students at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. This research is motivated by students' lack of understanding regarding personal financial management, which has the potential to affect their readiness to face financial challenges in the future. Through good financial literacy and self-confidence in managing finances, students are expected to be able to manage their finances more wisely. On the other hand, the use of fintech payments is also thought to have an influence on students' financial management behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods and purposive sampling techniques, involving 86 students from the class of 2020-2022. Data was collected via questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS-26. The research results show that financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and payment fintech together have a positive and significant influence on personal financial management, financial literacy has a positive and significant influence, financial self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence, and payment fintech also has an influence positive and significant on students' personal financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accommodation, transportation and food service prices on interest in travel in Tulungagung. This research is a quantitative study using primary data for 2015-2022 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The method used uses quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaires. Based on research that has been conducted on the effect of accommodation, transportation, and the price of food services on interest in travel (case study of Sharia Tourism Study Program Students UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Class of 2020-2022). Accommodation, Transportation, and Food Service Prices have a positive effect on interest in travel. The higher the level of accommodation, transportation and the price of good food services, the higher the student's interest in trying to travel. Accommodation has a positive effect on interest in travel. The higher the level of accommodation regarding travel interest, the higher the interest in travel will be. Transportation has a positive effect on interest in travel. The higher the level of transportation regarding travel, the higher the interest in travel will be. price of food services has no effect on interest in traveling. The small value of the price of food services does not necessarily attract tourists to travel.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is important in order to develop a business. In the era of technological development like today there are many ways to market a product. It is known that currently many people in their daily lives use online media or the internet in carrying out their activities, therefore online marketing is something that must be emphasized in business. In addition, with online marketing, businesses can be reached by a wider audience. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of (1) online promotion on purchasing decisions at Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food business (2) customer value on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food (3) ease of transactions on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food (4) online promotion, customer value, and ease of transactions on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents, namely all buyers of Frozen Food Mbak Bakul Kediri. The data collection technique in this study using a Likert scale through distributing questionnaires, which was then analyzed validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, namely t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test, and multiple linear regression test. From this study, the results show that it is known that the variables of online promotion, customer value, and ease of transactions simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test show the R Square coefficient value of 0.761, which means that the online promotion variable, customer value, and ease of transaction are able to explain the purchasing decision variable by 76.1%.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of macroeconomic variables in stock market investments, such as interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates. The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) is often used as an indicator of Indonesia's capital market development, providing a general market overview. IHSG movements are significantly influenced by macroeconomic conditions, making it essential to analyze these variables to minimize investment risks. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative type of study. Data were collected from the official websites of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bank Indonesia using purposive sampling, with a total of 60 samples. The analysis utilizes time series data and includes tests such as unit root test, optimum lag, stability, Granger causality, cointegration, VECM, IRF, and VD, processed with E-Views 9 software. The results show: 1) A unidirectional causality relationship exists between IHSG and the BI 7-Day Repo Rate; 2) A unidirectional causality relationship exists between IHSG and inflation; 3) A bidirectional relationship exists between the exchange rate and IHSG.

Abstract

AbstrakConsumptive behavior in the current era comes from the process and not from oneself because it follows the development of an increasingly modern era. The phenomenon that occurs to Islamic Financial Management students who are at PTKI throughout East Java also reflects the consumptive behavior that occurs in students which can be seen from the behavior of using trend goods and having a high purchase price. This study for examines the effect of lifestyle and use of electronic money on the consumptive behavior of Islamic Financial Management students in PTKI throughout East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of primary data from the distribution of questionnaires and then data processing using SPSS 25. The total population of this study was 1112 students with a sample of 95 students. From the findings of this research, it is known that lifestyle has a positive and significant impact on the consumptive behavior of students. Meanwhile, the use of electronic money does not have a positive and significant impact on the consumptive behavior of students.Kata Kunci: Finance, Lifestyle, Electronic Money, Consumer Behavio AbstractPerilaku konsumtif di era sekarang berasal dari proses dan bukan dari diri sendiri karena mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern.  Fenomena yang terjadi terhadap mahasiswa Manajemen Keuangan Syariah yang berada di PTKI seluruh Jawa Timur juga mencerminkan perilaku konsumtif yang terjadi pada mahasiswa yang dapat dilihat dari perilaku penggunaa barang-barang trend dan memiliki harga beli yang tinggi. Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh gaya hidup dan penggunaan uang elektronik terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Manajemen Keuangan Syariah yang berada di PTKI seluruh Jawa Timur. Study ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif berupa data primer dari pembagian kuesioner kemudian pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 1112 mahasiswa dengan sampel 95 mahasiswa. Dari temuan riset ini diketahui bahwa gaya hidup berdampak positif serta signifikan bagi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Sedangkan, penggunaan uang elektronik tidak berdampak positif serta signifikan bagi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Keywords: Keuangan, Gaya Hidup, Uang Elektronik, Perilaku Konsumtif.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak bentuk investasi yang ada sekarang, salahsatunya dalah investasi dalam bentuk reksadana. Dalam reksadana saham, terdapat pengumpulan modal-modal dari inverstor yang selanjutnya akan diolah oleh manajer investasi yang ada. Dalam kinerjanya, reksadana diihat dari NAB suatu reksadana tersebut. tentunya kinerja ini banyak dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal diantaranya, suku bunga, inflasi, cash flow, umur, ukuran dan masih banyak lagi. Dalam penelitian ini akan mencari pengaruh dari suku bunga dan inflasi dengan kinerja reksadana saham konvensional. Dilihat dari tujuannya, penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari website resmi seperti OJK, BPS, dan BI. Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tahun 2018 sampai 2021. Dalam pengujian hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dan di dapat hasil bahwa suku bunga berpengaruh negative sedangkan inflasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja suatu reksadana saham kovensional.

Abstract

The phenomenon of K-Pop idols from South Korea, known as Hallyu or the Korean Wave, has widely spread to Indonesia. This culture is highly favored by the community, especially Generation Z, who actively follow trends, including the consumption of K-Pop merchandise. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, self-control, and consumer behavior on K-Pop merchandise consumption among Generation Z students at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The research method used is quantitative, with questionnaires distributed via Google Forms to 116 respondents. The data were analyzed using SPSS 29 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on K-Pop merchandise consumption, while self-control and consumer behavior have a positive but not statistically significant partial effect. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on merchandise consumption.

Abstract

Profitabilitas menggambarkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam mendaptkan laba dan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan manajamen perusahaan. Tingkat profitabilitas  dapat mempengaruhi kondisi keuangan perusahaan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat berdasarkan dari nilai ROA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari variabel, yaitu variabel (X) Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Persediaan dan perputaran piutang terhadap (Y) profitabilitas yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2021. Metode penghimpunan data menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 10 sampel, model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan alat olah data Eviews 10. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel perputaran kas tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap profitabilitas, variabel perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilias, variabel perputaran piutang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilias. Namun secara simultan perputaran kas, perputaran persediaan, dan perputaran piutang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has dealt a severe blow to the world of business and industry. The post-pandemic distribution flow of goods is certainly a complicated problem that needs further research. This research aims to analyze the level of online shop loyalty to suppliers after COVID-19 in Indonesia. The relationship between online stores and suppliers has not been reviewed much in previous research, especially in the current era of digitalization. Judging from existing data, the business run by online stores is currently huge, with an annual transaction value of around 894 trillion. The value of this business contributes 72% to the total Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Retail Industry business in Indonesia. This research aims to describe the relationship between online stores and suppliers in terms of their level of loyalty in the business-to-business (B2B) industry. This research also seeks to analyze respondents' answers related to loyalty indicators. The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method to map the perceptions and opinions of online stores towards suppliers in Indonesia after COVID-19. Next, the Top Two Box method was used to assess the level of loyalty, while the respondent profiles were analyzed using cross-tabulation analysis. The respondents in this study were 550 online shop owners, and the sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling through a questionnaire distributed online. The research results show that the quality of retail service, trust, commitment, and satisfaction of online stores towards suppliers is relatively good. Meanwhile, product quality and website quality need to be improved. Around 76.4% of online stores are loyal to their suppliers, while the remaining 23.6% prove to be disloyal. The results of this research are useful for supplier companies to establish business-to-business relationships with online stores in Indonesia post-COVID-19 in order to create develop and maintain loyalty from online store partners.
