Abstract

To choose a mobile provider to use, prospective users often rely on reviews left by previous users of the mobile provider application. One source of information for finding reviews of cellular provider applications is the Google Play Store. The purpose of this research is to analyze user reviews of cellular provider applications and find out the comparison of the accuracy levels of the two algorithms to be used, namely the Naïve Bayes Classification (NBC) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. The object of this research is focused on the three most popular applications in Indonesia, according to the Goodstate website, namely Telkomsel, IM3, and XL Axiata. After testing using the Naïve Bayes Clasification method, the accuracy value obtained in the MyTelkomsel application is 75%, MyIM3 is 80%, and MyXL is 72%. While the Support Vector Machine method obtained an accuracy value of 77% for MyTelkomsel, 80% for MyIM3, and 76% for MyXL.

Abstract

The decision support system is able to provide the best recommendations from existing alternatives based on calculation results. One method that can be implemented is the Weighted Product (WP) Method.  The Weigted Product method is a method whose solution uses multiplication to connect attribute values, where the value must be raised to the power of the weight value of the attribute in question. In the academic activities of a Senior High School (SMA), there are activities to select outstanding students. This activity aims to ensure that students who excel can become school representatives in various activities at the sub-district, regency, provincial and national levels. The criteria used in this research are average grades, attendance, attitudes and behavior, extracurriculars, and non-academics. The case study used a total of five alternatives. The implementation results show that the alternative with the highest V value calculation results, namely 0.238, can be recommended as an outstanding student.

Abstract

At this time the Krealogi application wants to create a new feature, namely the Customer Relationship Management feature, with Customer Relations it is expected to be able to help provide a means to make it easier to connect with customers so that customers are more generous to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), but currently Krealogi does not have a suitable application design. user friendly to their target users. From the basis of this problem the author will design a user interface and user experience Customer Relationship Management that is user friendly with the design thinking method and for testing using the single ease question method. After testing the respondents, it was found a score of 6.5 which means that the value of the UI designed is quite easy for users to use.

Abstract

Air pollution and environmental pollutants directly exposed to the skin can damage the skin by accelerating premature aging, increasing the risk of acne, and causing hyperpigmentation. Skincare products such as facial serums containing vitamin C, niacinamide, and vitamin E can effectively address these issues. Awareness of the importance of using facial serums is increasing, so information about product quality through user reviews is essential before placing an order. Sentiment analysis used to classify product reviews into positive or negative, thus providing an overview of the product quality sought before placing an order. This research uses the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method for the sentiment classification process. In this process, the text is converted into a number vector through feature extraction using Word2Vec. In addition, several hyperparameters such as the number of epochs, batch size, and activation function are tested to obtain optimal accuracy results. Testing the number of epochs was conducted with variations of 10, 15, and 20 to determine the performance of the resulting model as the number of epochs increased. Testing the batch size is done to evaluate the batch size in influencing the performance of the model. The batch sizes tested were 16, 32, and 64. In addition, choosing the best activation function can help the LSTM model learn more complex patterns and improve performance in sentiment analysis. The activation functions tested were Softmax, Sigmoid, and Softplus. The results of this study show that the optimal combination of the number of epochs 20, batch size 16, and Softmax activation function can provide optimal accuracy of 96.45%.
