Abstract

This study aims to knowing the influences of work motivation and job training on the performance of employees of the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatra. The population in this study included all Civil Servants (CSE) at the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatra, the total are 45 people. While the sample in this study includes the all of population. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument for research results, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was the saturated sampling method (the entire population was sampled, namely 45 employees at the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatra). The results of this study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of the employees in the Regional Finance Agency in Agam Regency, West Sumatra, 2) There is a positive and significant influence between job training on the performance of employees in the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatra. , 3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and job training together on the performance of the employees of the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatera.Keywords : Work Motivation, Job Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze "The Effect of Supervision, Discipline and Occupational Safety & Health (K3) on Employee Performance of PT. Citra Agro Sejati, Simpang Kanan Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency ”with 44 respondents in the processing division. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis testing conducted, the results showed that supervision had a significant effect on performance, discipline had a significant effect on performance, and occupational safety & health had a significant effect. on performance. Supervision, Discipline and Occupational Safety & Health (K3) have a significant effect on performance.Keywords : Supervision, Discipline, Occupational Safety & Health (K3), Employee Performance.

Abstract

his research was conducted at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. The purposeof this study was to determine whether work motivation, work environment, andwork stress affect nurse performanceat Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. Thepopulation in this study were all nurses at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinciwith a total of 76 employees. The sampling technique method uses a saturatedsample method, namely as many as 76 respondents. Technical analysis for testhypothesis that used in this study are double regression. using descriptivestatistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis to produce classicalassumption tests, data analysis models, coefficient of determination and provehypotheses. The of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation has apositive and significant effect on the performance of nurses, the work enviromentvariable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses andwork stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of nurses.Work motivation, work environment and work stress simultaneously affect theperformance of nurses. Keywords: Work Motivation; Work Environment; Work Stress; Performance
