Abstract

The soybean population of F4 strain descended from a cross between Grobogan varieties with KM19 and KM25 lines aims to observe the selection progress of several lines selected from the F3 population in the Faculty of Agriculture Experimental Garden, Riau University. The experimental design in the field used a randomized block design with 4 replications, the treatment consisted of 20 different soybean genotypes and 3 elders, thus there were 72 experimental plots measuring 300 cm x 100 cm, with a spacing of 20 cm x 30 cm. The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of branches, age of flowering, age of harvest, seeds per pod, seeds per plant. seed weight per plant, weight 100 seeds, total pods, pith pods, yield per m2 and harvest index. Harvest age has a high heritability value, while the parameters of plant height, total pods, pod pods, number of seeds per plant, weight of seeds per plant, flowering age have moderate heritability values which means inheritance of these parameters in the next generation is not too large. The number of branches, seeds per pod, weight of 100 seeds and harvest index, has a low heritability value. The largest selection response value is the yield character per m2 that is equal to 46.04%, which means that each selection cycle using the yield criteria per m2 will change the middle value of 46.04%. Next there will be a change in the middle value of 33.47% in the number of seeds per plant, followed by a change in the middle value of 4.10% at the age of harvest, then a change in the mean value of the pods of 10.32%, followed by a change in the mean value seeds per plant is 33.47%, and the change in the mean value of the total number of pods is 10.75% if selected with criteria for the number of seeds per plant, age of harvest, number of pods in a row, and number of seeds per plant in a row. Keywords: Soybean, variability, selection, heritability,

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini memberikan tantangan baru bagi pelaku usaha yang ada di Indonesia.Perekonomian di Indonesia mengalami tekanan begitu berat pada saat ini.Sehingga pelaku usaha harus mampu beradaptasi dengan keadaan seperti ini.Penerapan Pricing-Strategies salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat terhadap produk yang dipasarkan.Strategi bisnis yang dilakukan agar mampu bertahan dengan kondisi seperti ini,maka perlu dilakukan perubahan harga pada produk.Perubahan harga yang dilakukan tentunya nanti akan memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap permintaan konsumen.Hasil pembahasan akan di implementasikan pada bisnis yang dijalankan pada masa pandemi ini

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of students who are less able to manage emotions, are empty and build relationships and the absence of information technology (IT) emotional intelligence instruments, therefore researchers are interested in making website-based emotional intelligence instruments that can facilitate BK teachers in revealing intelligence. owned by students. This study aims to reveal the emotional intelligence of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang and to design a website-based emotional intelligence instrument that is acceptable theoretically, practically and IT. This research was conducted by the method of development research (R&D). The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The development procedure used in this study includes 5 steps, namely: 1) Potential and problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Design validation, 5) Design revision, so as to produce a website-based emotional intelligence instrument final product design. The subjects in this study were 37 students of class XI TKJ and XI TBSM. The results of this study reveal that in general the emotional intelligence of students is in the moderately intelligent category, and website-based emotional intelligence instruments that have been validated by theoretical, practical, and media experts are categorized as "very acceptable" and suitable for use. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for BK teachers to use website-based emotional intelligence instruments by researchers and the implementation of effective guidance and counseling services at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In manufacturing companies whose main activity is to produce, it is very important to do cost calculation techniques. Methods that have a significant influence are Least Square and Cost-volume-profit. Least Square and Cost-volume-profit methods can help business entities to determine competitive selling prices on the market. Taking into account the cost analysis that can provide a major influence on management decisions within the company. The existence of this method is very important in manufacturing companies. Especially in controlling and controlling the cost drivers in production activities. However, overall management also considers the profits the company gets in each period. And management also needs to determine the target unit of production that must be achieved. With the number of activities that occur in manufacturing companies, of course the costs incurred are also increasingly numerous and varied. Thus, the Least Square method and Cost-volume-profit are very important. obtained from the results of the analysis will be used by company management both now and in the future.
