Abstract

Case Study: North Sumatra GRDP (2008-2022). Purpose of the study isto show the impact of labor costs, goods and services costs, and capital costs on the GDP growth rate of North Sumatra province in 2008-2022. The variables used in this study are gross domestic product (GDP) as the dependent variable and labor costs, expenditure on goods and services and capital expenditure as independent variables. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the official websites of DPJK and North Sumatra Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analysis technique used in this study is a multiple regression analysis model processed with evews version 9. Based on the obtained evaluation results, personnel costs, goods, services and capital investments affect the gross national product of North Sumatra.

Abstract

Penggunaan sistem informasi kasir point of sales (POS) berbasis cloud oleh UMKM telah meningkat sejak tahun 2015, ternyata masih memiliki kelemahan dalam sisi pencatatannya. Penelitian ini menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan sistem informasi kasir POS berbasis cloud dengan menggunakan perspektif dari model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Total 100 responden adalah pemilik UMKM di Kota Malang yang memiliki pengalaman menggunakan sistem informasi kasir POS berbasis cloud. Data dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, motivasi hedonis berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi kasir POS berbasis cloud. Untuk variabel kondisi yang memfasilitasi, nilai harga, dan kebiasaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi kasir POS berbasis cloud, tetapi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem informasi kasir berbasis cloud. Maka dari itu, penyedia layanan dapat menentukan fitur apa yang semestinya di tingkatkan agar pengguna bersedia untuk mengadopsi sistem informasi kasir POS berbasis cloud. Kata Kunci: Point of Sales, Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kasir Berbasis Cloud, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2.
