Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and job training on employee job satisfaction among Bontang City Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) employees. This research method is descriptive-quantitative, using data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The population in this study were Bontang City BPBD employees. The sampling technique in this research used saturated samples with a sample of 50 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 16 application. The results of this research show that from the results of partial test calculations or t tests on team collaboration, the results obtained are t count 12.142 > t table 2.011 and work training t count 3.759 > t table 2.011 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. The results of the simultaneous test, or F test, in this study obtained a calculated F of 77.674 > F table 3.20 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. From the results of the T and F tests, it was found that teamwork and job training had a partial and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Bontang City BPBD employees. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Training, Teamwork

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of price perception and product completeness on sales of goods at PT Segar Harum Kalimantan Bontang Branch. This research is a type of quantitative research. The respondents in this research were 100 consumers who shopped at PT Segar Harum Kalimantan Bontang Branch. Data was processed using SPSS version 16.0. The results were tested using multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and R2 test. In multiple linear regression testing, it was obtained that Y= 20.179 + 0.176X1 + 0.270X2. F calculation shows a value of 148.349 with a significance level of 0.000. Meanwhile, the F table value is 3.09. This shows that the calculated F value is > F table, namely 148.349 > 3.09 and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05. Testing the tcount value for the price perception variable (X1) is greater than the ttable value (9.395 > 1.984) with a significance level below 0.05, namely 0.000. Meanwhile, the tcount value for the product completeness variable (X2) is greater than the ttable value (13.955 > 1.984) with a significance level below 0.05, namely 0.000. The obtained value of R Square = 0.754 = 75.4%. This means that the independent variables price perception and product completeness together influence the dependent variable sales of goods by 74.9% and the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. From these results it is shown that the perception of price and product completeness together have a significant effect on sales of goods at PT Segar Harum Kalimantan Bontang Branch

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dan Beban Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) di PT.PLN (Persero) UP3 Bontang. Pengambilan sampel pada 50 pegawai sebagai responden yang bekerja di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bontang. Pengujian hasil dilakukan dengan pengujian analisis regresi berganda, uji F, uji t dan uji R2. Pada pengujian regresi linear berganda diperoleh Y= 0,297 + 0,536X1 + 0,536(X2). F hitung menunjukan nilai 48,5387 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Sedangkan nilai F tabel sebesar 3,18. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya nilai F hitung > Ftabel, yaitu 48,5387> 3,18 dan tingkat signifikasinya0,000<0,05 Dengan demikian Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dan beban kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Pengujian nilai t hitung untuk variabel lingkungan kerja (X1) lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel (3,790>2,011) dengan tingkat signifikan dibawah 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Sedangkan untuk nilai t hitung untuk variabel Beban Kerja (X2) lebih besar dibandingkan nilai t tabel (3,886>2,011) dengan tingkat signifikan dibawah 0,55 yaitu 0,000. Dari hasil tersebut ditunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT.PLN (Persero) UP3 Bontang

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of brand image and trust on customer satisfaction in IndiHome PT. Telkomsel Bontang. Brand image and trust are key factors in shaping customer perceptions and loyalty in the telecommunications service industry. This research employs a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The research sample consists of customers using IndiHome services in the Bontang region. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that brand image has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction. The more positive the customers' perceptions of the IndiHome brand image, the higher their level of satisfaction with the service. Furthermore, trust is also found to have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Customers who trust IndiHome tend to have higher levels of satisfaction. These findings indicate the importance of brand management and efforts to build customer trust in enhancing customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Product Completeness and Word of Mouth on Purchase Interest at the Aziz Bontang Bookstore. This research method is descriptive-quantitative, using data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The respondents of this research were 100 respondents, namely consumers who had purchased and used Aziz Bontang Bookstore products. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 16 application. The results of the research show that from the results of the partial test or T test on Product Completeness, results are tcount 4.931 > ttable 1.984 and word of mouth are tcount 8.062 > ttable 1.984 with a significance of 0.00 < 0, 05. The results of the simultaneous test or Ftest in this study obtained Fcount of 169.040 > Ftable 3.09 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. From the results of the T Test and F Test, it is known that the Product Completeness and Word of Mouth have a significant effect. on purchasing interest at the Aziz Bontang Bookstore.
